This review is about my experience with Dimitrious at the service department he is god send man very courteous punctual and great listener one of the key aspects of customer service is listen to customers by being there and not cutting them off while they re still talking and he does it really good plus he has that first principle thinking mentality of his compatriot Aristotle which is awesome treat to have to solve any problem. Absolutely rude and unprofessional service. Benny Gomez has been treating my family very poorly throughout an unexpected car breakdown. He refused to have a conversation with my dad and told him to take a hike to the rental car across the street. When we called for an update he picked up and immediately said "stop calling, we have no update on your vehicle, goodbye". No courtesy, no niceties, and no offer of a loaner car. Expected better customer service from Jaguar and thoroughly disappointed.

The customer service representative Dimitrios was super knowledgeable and helpful. He made it easy to get the work I needed done on my 2000 XKR. Mr. Mike is an old pro, who's been working on Jaguars for 50 years. I needed major work done. He knew exactly what to do and took the time to get it right.

I recently had my car in for service, and as usual everyone was very helpful, courteous, and professional. That s always been my experience on every service call. Chris Lara was my service rep and he s the best! He kept me informed every step of the way with timely messages on the status of my car s service and made the whole process easy and seamless.

The service department at the Jaguar dealership in San Francisco is fantastic. I brought it in for major service and rim repair. They shuttle me to my house and picked me up the next day. DimitriosWhen out of his way to accommodate me. My wheels look great again, and the F Type is driving beautifully. The drivers were also prompt and respectful. I would definitely continue to use Jaguar service in the future. There s been a lot of personnel changes, and it was great to see Dimitrios was still there. He is a keeper!

(Dec. 2023) update:The high quality service and longtime friendships you attain from getting notably the most elite care and maintenance available for your luxury vehicle is invaluable and immeasurable! Not only are these guy's the best, sweetest, most respectful, helpful technician's in the business but the actual building is clean, inviting and absolutely beautiful. It's definitely worth paying dealer prices for the services you get, my favorite besides catching up with my friends is the courtesy loner you get if they have to keep your car for a couple of days I got to take the top level trim 2022 Jaguar F-PACE SVR I literally fell in love although I love my F-PACE S Always, that SVR got me to thinking. anyways, they know what they're doing! Those evil genius' (2021)I love this place! This is were I bought Jack-Jack and these guys are all like my little extended family. No negative experience just all love .

Excellent service team. Chuck went far out of the way to make sure that I was taken care of. He also promptly returns calls with real solutions. This is why I always drive from San Jose to SF to have my vehicle serviced.

One of the finest experiences I have had at a Service Center. Tyler is awesome. My car had a coolant leak and Tyler took care of it very professionally. I would not take my car to any other service center.

Nick in their service dept was excellent. A very friendly guy and quite serious about the work being done. Made me feel like a total VIP. Even with some extra issues on my car, they all got it done right quick. I would highly recommend you see him for servicing.

It was great service from the Jaguar! I needed to get the recall handled quickly before my registration renewal and the team was really accommodating and very helpful. They also performed full annual service on my car. Dimitrios and the team are always professional, friendly and efficient. Always a pleasure to deal with great Jaguar team.

The most disorganized experience I've had in 4 year at this location. Showed up for my original appointment at 1pm and was advised to reschedule since the services needed would take several hours and they would need to keep my car overnight. Since I didn't get an email confirmation I called the next day to check. Still when I arrived there was no record of my appointment and the service advisor did not recall what services we had discussed. Once my car was checked in, I was told the service time would take only 2hrs compared to 4+ originally. The advisor agreed to provide a shuttle for pickup when my car was ready. Again, he didnot recall his commitment and said he would call me back in 10 minutes to arrange a pickup location. After 15+ minutes, I called him for the driver status and didn't get an answer. The shuttle driver called another 20+ minutes later after I had walked 1+miles, up-hill back to Jaguar. The advisor claimed he had a bad headache as an excuse for the debacle. Was told my battery was replaced, yet the low battery warning light still appeared on my dash. Consequently, I waited an additional one hour to have the problem fixed.It's not worth my time, the bridge toll nor the 101 traffic to go to this location again.

My service advisor Rafael is amazing! Great communication and very knowledgeable. My car was done the same day and I was updated throughout the process. The service manager Joe is also a great guy to work with and shows that he cares. Great job!

Honest and friendly service. My service rep Demetrius was friendly, attentive and went extra mile by offering a loaner while car was being serviced. As well as answered my service Qs without making me feel stupid. I liked how others there were equally nice (e.g porters checking in/ out vehicle) and how they all worked together in delivering great service and a friendly comfortable experience in getting car serviced from start to finish.

Have dealt with British Motors and Putman Jaguar for over 25 years, great service always! It was sold about a year ago and those in the service dept are just like used car salesman, shysters! Will never purchase a car from them again. It was shocking! The new folks in the service dept are rude and in my opinion, dishonest. Too many other choices. Stay away. Service dept guy has a bad attitude!

Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable about the service provided for our Jaguar F-Pace. We love the San Francisco Land Rover service department. They provide quick responses and follow up during and after the services performed. We did not get this at the Marin Land Rover service department which is why we moved our maintenance to the San Francisco dealership.

First of all I want to give a HUGE thank you to Adil and Josh at Jaguar SF. I recently purchased a 2019 Jaguar E-Pace and Adil really made sure to take of my husband and I. Adil is so down to earth and non pretentious:) I am so excited to be in the Jaguar club, the E and F Pace have been my dream car ever since I laid eye on this beautiful fleet of cars. I never felt pressured throughout the experience. Adil and Josh are the definition of professionalism in every sense of the word. Honestly they made us feel like family <3 Jaguar SF is extremely lucky to have them both on their team. I am more than happy to share my experiences with anyone who would like more info, Jaguar has a customer for life :)

Fantastic experience as always! My service advisor Harry is the best I ve ever worked with! He s knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Nothing snobby here...the shuttle drivers are always timely and very friendly as well. This team really keeps me a loyal Jag customer

Always a pleasure to bring my car into the service department of British Motors SF. Very professional and friendly staffs, especially Dimitrios. We were driving Porsche for 7 years prior to Jaguar, and we enjoyed the high level of service for the past 5 years from British Motors.

I came to Jaguar / Land Rover of San Francisco to sell my car that was fully paid off and with title in hand and have dealt with the following:1/27/22 - Sold the car and was told that because I had title on hand they would send me a check in 2 weeks and at most 3 weeks. I had other offers to pay me same day but wanted to work with the team.2/17/22 - Called to check on the status as it had been 3 weeks. Was told to wait another week. I wanted to be respectful and patient so I gave them another week.2/24/22 - Called again to check on the status. Was given the runaround by a sales rep who questioned every step of the process even though this was a very straightforward sale. Was told to wait another week. I was very unhappy about this as I was going to use the money to pay my rent which was now going to be late. I asked for the sales rep's email to start a paper trail. He said he didn't have an email. Now I'm starting to feel like I got scammed.3/1/22 - A friend of mine noticed my car on the dealership's website and asks for pricing. The sales rep tells him the car is not available because it was already sold to another party.3/2/22 - It has now been 6 days since my last contact with the company. I have called them 4 times today and left two messages with the sales manager over the course of the last 5 hours. My calls have not been returned, my money has not been received, I am losing faith that I will ever be made whole. I plan to begin legal proceedings tomorrow should Jaguar not contact me and/or pay me for my property that seems to have been stolen.Go to Jaguar / Land Rover of San Francisco if you want to be stolen from and not have your calls returned.Update: 3/3/22 - I received a call from the interim general manager. He assured me that my check was in the mail and if it had not already arrived it would arrive by 3/4/22. He was very polite and seemed apologetic about my experience which I appreciated.3/8/22 5 days later I have not received my payment and do not have an update. I gave the general manager a call but it went to voicemail.

Obscene pricing for labor and parts, new owners obviously think San Franciscans will pay any price charged. I will never return for servicing. With previous owners (Mr. Qvale) they were at least honest. I purchased the car from the dealership 11 years ago, and they have done the service on the car since. Never again.

Good service from service department , thanks to DJ , Rafael , Harry and Cole.Cole was especially helpful and courteous in helping to answer all questions and taking me to the department that addresses the needs.However , the parts and sales department could really have been more helpful . I was trying to find a part that works with my car model . At the counter there was no readily available catalogues until I asked for it . Then in the catalogue there were different options for that same part and it was hard to tell the difference ; however the sales manager did not care to clarify or explain . I was just plainly expected to just place an order with the item number without question . This shouldn t be the standard of service for a premium brand like Jaguar , should it ?
