I have been going to J&T the last few times I've needed repairs for my vehicle. I never like going through the hassle of getting repairs done, but at the very least, J&T can ease the burden with their excellent customer experience. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, giving you peace of mind that your issue will be resolved. I want to highlight Maggie Reyes in particular. She had helped me both times when I got repairs done, and on both occasions, I have nothing but praise for how she handled my case. She communicated with me periodically and updated me on the status of my vehicle. Overall, I am very satisfied with J&T and would recommend them to my friends and family 10/10 times if they ever need to get their cars repaired.

2023 Update:This time I brought in a Hyundai Ioniq 5 after it was sideswiped by a pickup truck on the driver side. Joe the owner once again took me in on short notice. Damages seemed minimal initally, but Joe discovered more damages in the front headlamps, hood, and other parts I did not notice. He managed to repair all broken parts, trims, and refinished the scuffed wheel. He also worked seamlessly with a trusted shop nearby (Werkshop) to re-apply the PPF, alignment, tire M&B, etc.The paint (digital teal) on the Ioniq is also hard to match. The color appears differently depending on environment lighting. The final result looked identical to OEM, and it was impossible to notice any imperfections. Another 10/10 experience, would highly recommend.2022 Original Review:I brought my AMG in for a bumper repair caused by a minor scrape. Joe took me in on short notice and maintained great communication throughout the whole process. The finish on my vehicle is matte (Designo Selenite Grey Magno) and it is extremely difficult to replicate. As you can see below, the result is phenomenal and looks exactly like the OEM finish from factory.During the repair process, Joe discovered more damages (stress cracks) and took the extra step to address them. There was also residual adhesive from when my paint protection film had to be removed for the respray, which caused even more trouble. Despite so, Joe honored the original quote before such issues were discovered. This was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend the folks at J&T to take care of your vehicle repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Handled all communication with insurance company and coordinated our rental car. Excellent communcition. Car looks brand new. They even washed the inside and cleaned the inside of the car. You wont be disappointed.

Had them fix up my Audi and they did a great job. Very easy to communicate with and received timely updates. Glad I didn t go with the dealer recommended Audi shop. Highly recommend!

Joe and the crew and J & T are incredible. SUPER friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Having this be my first time getting real car repairs and dealing with insurances, they made the process very smooth and answered the millions of questions I had. I bought a used car a few years ago that had good mileage and ran really well. After I got the car back, it felt brand spanking new, even better than when I originally bought it. I forgot what it was like to drive a car that smoothly. The issues they took care of were shown to several mechanics around the area and no one seemed to find anything wrong. Joe took one initial look at my car and asked a few questions and knew exactly what the problem was. Most importantly, even better than their incredible service and mechanical work, was how genuinely friendly everyone was. Nothing felt forced, everyone is just naturally nice and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone coming here! Rental car companies within walking (10ish minutes) distance as well.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

The whole team is great! They were able to fix my car from a minor accident with no issues. Great communication, fast service, great price, great ownership and team! It was my first accident ever but they made this process so smooth instead of going to Honda. I would 11/10 recommend to everyone I know!!! This is a personal review of J&T Auto Collision on San Bruno.My precious car was hit on February 6th by a careless driver leaving me completely stressed out. This car has been my project car since 2002, and was my first accident in as many years as I started working on this car. I had no idea what I should do or how to proceed, and I'm just so very lucky I stumbled upon J&T.There are countless auto body shops in this area in San Bruno, so why J&T? J&T stands for Joe & Tony, the two co-owners of this body shop with years of experience between them. Unlike other body shops in the area, it was very easy to talk to Joe and he not only helped me to get my car fixed, but was able to calm me down and guide me through the whole process. From helping me to deal with the other party who hit me (which wasn't easy) to dealing with the insurance, he was able to help me to get the maximum money possible for my car. He knows how to deal with the insurance companies and adjusters and everything. I don't know how he did it, but he was able to get enough money from the insurance to cover the complete job to repair it and WITHOUT a write off! My car is 27 years old this year and doesn't have much value apart from my sentimental value of all the hours I've put into maintaining it and modifying it, and I was expecting at best to have to pay a couple thousand myself out of pocket if I wanted to keep my car going. But no, Joe turned a nightmare situation for me into a very relaxing, and in the end positive situation! Although the damage was on the front right of the vehicle, he was able to get the insurance company to agree to repaint the roof even, which needed a respray anyway! He kept me updated every step of the way, always sending me photos or any other information I wanted whenever I wanted. There was never a moment I couldn't reach him and he always treated me with respect even though I probably ask a lot of stupid questions since it was my first accident.I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to go here if they need any body work. I would recommend anybody to at least check out their work place and see if you feel comfortable. There are a lot of choices in the area but not all have the same quality. The work repair on my car was top notch, and I can tell right away the paint they used on my car very good quality, and I don't see any orange peel. Joe takes his work very seriously and is a bit of a perfectionist, a trait you want in somebody in this trade if you care about how your car is repaired.Another big tip, if your car has been modified IE lowered suspension etc, these are the guys you want to go to. Joe is a car guy himself as I learned, and he knows what to do with special cars. If you know the likes of Elite Motorsports in Burlingame, this is where you want to take your car to for any body work. Joe also does custom special projects on the side too, if you're looking for something of that nature.Anyway, just my suggestion, but give these guys a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of taking my wife s Tesla Model Y to their shop for some repairs and was blown away by their exceptional customer service and quality work. From start to finish, Joe, Maggie, and Jay made sure that I was taken care of and that my car was in the best hands. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of what was being done and why. When it came time to pick up my car, I was amazed at how great it looked - it was like it had just come off the showroom floor! Overall, I had a wonderful experience with this auto body shop and would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and repairs. Regarding repairs on my 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Spare parts for my car are very difficult to come by, the dealer network is not great.It took two months for the repair to take place which started to really drive me insane once we got into mid December. Communication from J&T was generally good. There were a few points where I didn t know what the status was and they could ve communicated a bit more so that I was always aware. In all of those cases, I believe they were waiting for parts and didn t know when they would arrive.The quality of the repairs so far is incredibly good. Looks like new and drives like new. I am very happy with the results. And I promise to never crash my car again, ha ha!

Joe and the team did an amazing job getting my car repaired after being vandalized. They took care of all the work with my insurance, and made the process incredibly easy. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time, and came back looking better than brand new. I randomly was looking for an autobody shop to get my Wife's Lexus 2016 NX 200T repaired from an accident we got into. I came across J & T Advanced collision center on google & yelp and I decided to check them out. I met Joe the owner and it was pretty smooth sailing from start to finish. Joe was super transparent with what he could offer, turn around time, and what to expect. Joe and his team did an amazing job on the repair as the car looks brand new again. My passenger window was broken into twice and at both times, they were able to order a new window which arrived the next day and installed right away. Their response time and install is quick with quality. I highly recommend them. They'll take good care of you.

Brought my car here after someone back into me. They were fast, quick and honest. Easy to work with and they even cleaned my car inside and out after. TY guys I'll be back! Paint looked great too! No orange peels or bad drip. You can tell by the types of cars they process which are $100k and up...good quality paint and work.

I brought in my 2015 GLK-350 for all around body repairs from dings, shopping cart dents, and hit & run dent on left rear fenders, the result was a show room quality. They restored my GLK-350 almost Brand New quality superb workmanship, and there charges is just right for the pocket.
