Lowest price around after calling a few places in the area. Got my rear window broken into and they were able to fix it and clean up the broken glass in the panels the same day. It seems like they have a ton of inventory as you can see in the picture. Definitely recommend.

I recently had my auto glass replaced here, and I was impressed by the quality of work. The new glass looks great, and the installation was done professionally. This shop is amazing. Only $220 for a full windshield replacement. They are first come first serve. I came right after they opened and my car was ready in about 2.5 hours. I highly recommend this shop for your windows. Easy, fast, and good service. They picked up their phone and answered any of my questions before hand.

Will recommend this place to all my friends. Passenger rear window was smashed in SF. Received a quote over the phone and they told me to come in the next day (first come first serve). Got to the shop at 8am at opening and it took 40min. So quick and professional. They vacuumed my seats to remove all of the glass as well.

Unprofessional and rude staff. They changed my glass but they had to change the sealing too. They ordered it and called me to come and install it. I went there early morning and was first in shop. Tim Chen was the person was in office and so rude. He told me wait 20 minutes, after 40 minutes I asked him how long more it will be done and he said 20 more minutes. Finally after 1 and half hours it was done and looked bad. When I asked what is taking so long Tim said I don t know it is not my problem. Someone else helped you not me.

My rear passenger window got broken in and they were able to fix it within 1 1/2. Really good price for quality work. And they cleaned up all the glass on my backseat!!

Needed a total windshield replacement. Dropped my car off, and they had it done within 4 hours. They charged significantly less than a national service provider quoted me (see my reviews for more info). The coolest thing was they made sure they saved my dash cam mount and even put new adhesive tape on it for me! Good guys, hopefully I don t have any more glass needs, but if I do I m seeing these guys.There is a waiting room, but I didn t look in - so no further details about that.

Had my car broken into and was seriously upset about it. They vacuumed out the glass and replaced the window within an hour of arriving. Huge game changer. Like it never happened.

My passenger window and front windshield were broken(In San Francisco you know the reason!!!) So I called AAA insurance company to claim. They sent me to a auto body shop which cost me $950 to fix 2 windows. Long story shortly!!! I called In & Out the prices they offer is way way way cheaper than the body shop! And their customer service, quality are all good! Hopefully not coming back again! But if anything happened this store will be my first choice! And they did cleaning!!!

These guys are fast and efficient like a well-oiled machine! They're open 7 days a week, so you're not waiting around till Monday if, for example, someone breaks your window over the weekend (it's SF, it's bound to happen eventually).

out of the 10 places I got quoted for auto glass replacements, this was buy far the best deal in the city. super fast service, staff were helpful, and the replacement glass looks better than my original. Also there are no hidden fees, they ll tell you the out-the-door cost once you call for a quote! 5/5 stars

Great value and efficient teams. Get a quote online or over the phone and they will take care of you. The lower prices take the sting out of having to replace glass, especially when it's due to theft or vandalism.

Heard from my uncle avout this glass replacement shop. really nice customer service, efficiently, and reasonable prices. They even clean all the glass fragment inside my car. So what s the reason not 5 stars. 10/10 recommend!

After our car passenger window got broken into, I was unable to find many places who had the right window for the replacement, but In & Out had a perfectly good used one and installed it quickly and for half the price as some others quoted me. I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service, especially after I asked them to vacuum the car a bit more to pick up some remaining glass shards. If the car gets broke into again (fingers crossed, not) I will call this place first!

My passenger window was broken for no reason(nothing was even stolen). So I called around diff glass repair places, only to be disappointed.When I called In & Out they had 2 different windows in stock & were already prepared for my visit. An hour & a half later, they were done!!! Their customer service, quality, and care supersedes all others...Yay!!!

Quite literally "In & Out", had a broken side window, dropped off car around 9:30 on a Saturday, and repair was done in less than an hour for a great price. Also, a very thorough cleanup job. Hopefully will not need to use them again, but I know where to go now.

Cheap, fast, and efficient. They worked with my insurance and replaced my windshield in less than 2 hours. They have a big Warehouse of car glass. They had the windshield in stock. The only downside they installed a junk Chinese windshield. I wish they'd warned me ahead of time so I could have got something better. But all good its an old car. If you have a nice car ask ahead of time what brand glass they're installing.

Really couldn't be better. I called 7+ shops on Saturday after a break-in and they were the only ones with the glass in stock and able to complete the job same day. I left the car with them (they're very busy) and they called me to come pick it up a few hours later. $220 for a rear quarter glass on an old luxury SUV.

Wow, can't sing the praises of this place enough. Friday night I find I can't sell my car because Safelight installed the previous windshield with glass without an opening for the VIN! So I call them on Saturday morning and get in by 8:30. They perform heroic efforts to get the glue off the VIN without destroying it. An hour later, I'm out! And the bill! Wow, half what I was expecting. Completely recommend!
