Eddy is quick, reliable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. He fixed our flat tire the same day and didn't overcharge us - he said we could fix it instead of replace it. He also took care of a scratch on the side of the car for free. Thanks Eddy!

Dropped off the car the night before and got a motel room. Upon returning to the shop the next day they had it up on the lift and knew what was wrong with it. All I had to do was say yes to get the work started. Thanks guys. Your the best. Oh, and there was this antique car in the shop called the Excalibur in extremely nice condition. Well worth the time to check out.

Been coming here for years for all my fixes.Eddy is on top of things and been doing this for years,only certain shops get to work on my car!Trust worthy and worth what they charge. The mechanics are spot on too!

They did an absolutely amazing job on my door mechanism for my 2001 E46! I ve been to a lot of different shops in San Francisco and I gotta say this is best one I ve ever been to. Very professional and punctual. Eddy is the man! Thanks guys.

Eddy and his team did a great job on my car. Excellent communication and they were transparent about pricing. They did exactly what they said they would, and did tonnes of tiny extra bits of work for free. And on the way out, they gave me a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the holidays. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Eddie! Fantastic job sorting out my check engine light and replacing the water pump in my Audi for a very reasonable price and time! So relieved to find a good mechanic in SF!

Lovey experience. Our car battery was dying late in the afternoon on Saturday. I called and not only were the only folks who picked up, but when reception got bad and the call got dropped, actually called me back!!Upon arrival, they were so nice, immediately checked everything and made a sound recommendation. They replaced the battery all for a very reasonable price. My husband was in and out in time for dinner!

We have taken our car to Horizon for about 5 years for regular and surprise maintenance. Eddy is a great guy who you can trust to charge you fairly and recommend the right fixes. The mechanics do a great job and the repairs last. Also a great price for an oil change in SF. Its great to have my go to mechanic, especially since I don t even have a barber or a physician. Could not recommend them more.

Went to Horizon Auto for a few regular repairs over time. Very honest, never felt like I was being over-charged or that they were looking for things that needed "fixing". The team always fixed my car in a timely manner, even helped pinpoint some hard to diagnose issues that even the manufacturer couldn't help me figure out.Overall would recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Horizon Auto Repair delivered a fantastic service. I brought in my Beetle for repair. Eddy provided me quickly with a quote and patiently explained me all the details of the problem. I am not an auto expert but he walked me through the names of the auto parts. The repairs were performed very efficiently. Because the damage was issued by a third party, I couldn't pick up the car for a few weeks. Eddy was very patient in waiting for me to resolve the issue with the third party. He kept my car cleaned and safe during that period. I recommend Eddy's repair shop to get your car work done professionally and honestly.

Eddy is the absolute best. He goes out of his way to inform you and do what is the absolute right thing for your car. He also has tons of contacts and can put you in touch with larger auto body repair needs. Have put multiple friends in touch with him. Don t think you can find a better repair go to in the city.

Actually talked me out of doing repairs on 2 occasions. Spent a bunch of time and didn't make a single cent on the second time. Probably the best mechanic I've ever had. Didn't push to sell me repairs on non critical parts at all and simply informed me of other issues with the car. Fast service and easy availability with a reasonably central location, he earned a return customer.

I had a flat tire and they let me walk in right before they closed. They gave me a great price and fixed it in under 20 minutes. They were also very nice.

...sure wish that eddy didn't lie to me about prices ..... got a hundred fifty dollar radiator ..... for four hundred and thirty dollars ..... even though i knew this at the time ..... i was over a barrow ..... broke down in that part of SF really sucks ...fifth and bryant ..wierd ... just till the truth if ya are goina add $3OO.oo on to the price ......

Excellent service. They ran a $95 diagnostic but said they wouldn't charge me for it if I fix the issue with them. In the end, indeed they didn't.
