What s not to love? Honest, reliable and hardworking describe this business. Been here twice a year apart and have left completely satisfied by the professionalism provided by PING and his crew. Prices are reasonable and he doesn t try to nickel and dime you. This is seen by the many customers waiting each time I ve been here. The best part, this shop backs up their work. Any issues, reach out they make it right. I highly recommend this mechanic shop!!

I've been a loyal customer at Hayden's since I first moved to the city, and I must say, the experiences have consistently exceeded my expectations. It's truly a relief to have found an auto shop that I can wholeheartedly trust. On a couple of occasions, my partner ventured elsewhere and encountered less-than-honest practices that left me wondering why she hadn't chosen Hayden in the first place. Ping, the owner, stands out for his unwavering honesty and straightforwardness. Moreover, his prices are exceptionally reasonable, making the whole experience even more commendable.Thank you, Ping!

Super friendly, explained everything, asked tons of questions, suggested cheaper alternatives, and did everything incredibly quickly. Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic.I'd give 6 stars if I could for the shrine to Guan Yu in the waiting area

I have a Lexus ES 330 and got several things done on my car for maintenance from rotor service to transmission service and I am very happy. I am always treated with professionalism and respect which means a lot. Now, I don't trust anyone with my car but them. The prices are right and I have never felt that they try to rip me off. I appreciate the service they provide, especially because I am a female and it is hard to find a good mechanic. They have always accommodated me and are patient. The staffs and Ping himself are very professional and friendly, honesty is the main thing that every shop should have and they re on top of all I ve been using them for years now and they still maintaining the same nice attitude and professionalism at all time strongely recommended to all my friends and whoever needed their car, truck and van to work on .this is a must go shop!!!!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance

As I recommend my friends, family especially women who honestly need a mechanic.And won't be taken advantage just because a young or older woman comes in.I give a comforting referral to see Ping at this/his shop. With every high cost of rents, food, gas. We need to pay and get an idea of what's wrong with our cars. You go in and tell Mr. Ping the problem your having. He will explain every part of the problem. He will show you the part was bad if you ask.He has a gift of being humble, and a good listener.I must say being patient & honest is rare to find.If he cannot do the job, he will tell you straight out.My sister & a friend were very content with my referral. Will return to do more work if needed.Staff employee like technician Eddy never gives up on a problem. Until its corrected. They are like teams and ready to please everyone with a right estimate & smile.I am so relieved I don't have to look for another mecanic. So stressful. Happy Holidays everyone.

Replaced my Honda Fit transmission sensor, brakes with reasonable time and price. The owner is very honest and knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend

Use this place. You will not regret it.Ping (owner/operator) saved the day with an urgent repair, and turned my problem around super fast with lots of good advice and conversation on how to best manage my car. Auto shops are almost universally terrible, but Hayden is the exception to the rule. Thank you Ping for your help, you guys rock!

I love this place! I called in and they got me in that day!!! This shop is ran right and smooth. I WAS IN AND OUT IN 45MIN Dealer wanted way too much and it wasn't even the problem. +

This was my old review with 5 stars that now i have to take back. And lower to 1 star for being completely ignored for over 15 min.5 star review 6 months ago.I decided to try hayden auto care. I can say the customer service is on point and they are extremly detailed and ask questions. Which type of oil would you like.? They recomend if you dont know much. They check fluids. They are fast and observant. They have coffee its extremley clean and welcoming. They have earned my trust one which most places in the past have lost it.They also speak chinese and understand a bit of spanish. 5*****Definetly bringing my car for all type of mechanical needs to this place.Todays waste of time.This was my favorite place to bring my car for an oil change, but after today i might not ever go back. I was just ignored by the whole staff. There was no one on the desk. The owner wasnt there as if no one speaks or bothers to speak english. Im not sure if they only speak chinese or they are just racist and decided to ignore me for 15 minutes . Just watching me walk around and ask for help. Trully dissapointed . In the photo This is them just ignoring me. Did not expect that. I wish the owner was there but i guess after 6 months on business their cutsmer care starts to trend down a lot. I will post up a pic and youll understand what i mean. Nobody aproached me i was directly ignored for over 15 min.If the manager/owner is not a his desk be prepared to be ignored by everyone else. Taking my business somewhere else.

I routinely come here to pick up UPS packages. The guys always make sure to get ID so your packages don't get stolen. Very nice guys all around
