Great customer service from the beginning to end. Leo was kind and professional. His staff definitely know what there doing. They installed my custom racing Stripes on my 2016 Challenger SRT Hellcat in a timely fashion. I am very happy with there work. I will definitely be back for my other cars.

What an exciting adventure to take your 10-year old car that's showing its age and breathe NEW LIFE in it with a dash of color and style! It was so much fun working with the team at Graphix Lab, walking through all the colors, seeing different designs and imagining all the possibilities. They were just as excited as I was to make my dream come true and they sure delivered! Now my only problem is all the looks my car gets on the street ;)

The entire staff is great. Leo and team did a great job with PPF and CC for me. Super easy to communicate over email with. Was kept in the loop about progress at all times. Definitely recommend them.

Recently got some chrome deleted on my new car's window trim, front grill, and rear bumper. Naomi was a pleasure to work with and was quick to give me information and details via a Yelp request. We set up an appointment a few days later. While my car was with them, she was great at providing updates via text. The chrome delete turned out excellent!

The customer experience is excellent. Every time that I have reached about getting something done, Graphix Lab is very quick to respond and get me set up for an appointment. All the work that I have gotten done has all been over the top great and done really well, I couldn t be more happier.

Great experience with Leo. He performed a full front PPF on my Tesla model y with carbon fiber accents. The follow-up appointment was great as they were able to fix any imperfections, but was pretty much perfect for the most part. Would highly recommend taking your car here. Top notch service and quality work. Just note that you will have to drop off your car for a few days but that's okay because good work takes time. Thanks again, Leo.Oh I also forgot to mention that I took my car here to get the tints done as well with 3m. They did a great job and any bubbles were taken out on the follow up appointment. Highly recommend for the service as well. A+

Best prices, best service, and wrap lasted over 5 years. At SS customs in RWC, I was not only quoted double what I was quoted at GraphixLabs, but I also had to pick one of their designs VS crafting my own with them. The pattern flows smoothly like an LV bag, & it isn t slapped randomly on different parts of the car. I'm very thankful to have come across this shop. Fast, efficient, and one-of-a-kind people to work with.

FOLLOW UP:I contacted them bc I thought I had a problem with my tint a year after the installation, and the team bent over backward to make it right. The service tech straight up told me in person (to my face) that they would replace it if it wasn't to my satisfaction. No hassle. I just rolled up and they took care of me - I didn't even have to ask/hint/hope/whatever. There didn't end up being an actual issue, but I'm impressed that they took such a strong customer-focused position right away. Very impressive.----These guys are my new shop for tinting. I've been to several others, and it's obvious that this team actually takes great care with their installations. Why do I say this? Bc they managed to get 95+% adhesion of the film on top of those maddening black dots that run along the border of the glass panels. No other shop in norcal or socal was even able to get close to this level of proficiency.While I'm not crazy about the 3M product that's offered, the installers are top notch, and their pricing is fair.I'll be back with my next car for sure.

One of the best tint shops that I've been to. Perfect install with not one bubble. and after two plus years it still looks like new, which means their quality is top-notch. Highly recommend. Will definitely use for future vehicles.

Took my daughter s car in to get a few car windows tinted. Process was very smooth. Many people asking if I needed help or being helped. The actual job was done within a day and we were totally satisfied. I will be taking future cars there for tinting service. Appreciated the overall experience and all people involved. Definitely an A team crew working there!!

I had a fantastic experience with Graphix Lab Window Tinting! Their team was professional, efficient, and their attention to detail was impressive. My car looks amazing with the new window tint, and the added privacy and UV protection are a huge plus. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch window tinting. It s been over a year now and everything is still perfect .

I contacted Graphix lab, to work on our company and they were very responsive and when I talked to Leo it showed that he's very knowledgeable about the work he does and gave us some advises, they did great job wrapping our fleet of 8 box trucks and 6 Priuses with our logo and vendors info on it, pricing were great, I do recommend Graphix lab to any company looking for branding their business, they do such a great work on the design to make sure it gets noticed

They did the tint on my car and i was very happy with the result. Very clean and detailed job. Even became very satisfied when 3 years later becuase of the sunlight the tint on the back glass of my car formed bubbles. Without question asked when i called Graphix lab they fixed it right away under the lifetime warranty. Great Customer service. Rare find!

Graphix Lab gave me a superb experience. They are professional and the best paint protection film shop in the San Francisco Bay Area. They specialize in PPF and got my vehicle delivered on time. They also worked on window tinting & ceramic coating for my Tesla. My car is now protected. Super happy with Leo and his team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a restyling shop.

Working with Leo and Marie was absolutely amazing! Had my cla45 wrapped kpfm matte black and it could not look better! Also got my wheels powder coated gloss black.They care and do everything meticulously. They would answer any of my questions and be honest. I am glad to have found an amazing shop in the bay that has this kind of service and quality. They also charge a fair price and perform the work to perfection. Glad to have a place I can go to in future and share with my friends.

I got a chrome delete. The customer service by Leo was phenomenal. There were a FEW errors with installation that caused multiple trips back to get redone. It was frustrating but Leo always took care of any issues without any hassle.

The workmanship was excellent on my 2nd Gen Prius. I wish I went with the tint they recommended. I elected to go lighter. Found them because they had an ongoing sale/promotion.

Pleased with the ceramic coating applied to my vehicle which has held up great 8 mos in. There was a spot above the windshield that had slight clear coat damage (sap removal) that did not appear to be treated but I never went back to address if.

Had my entire Tesla model Y wrapped. 3 years later the car still looks like new without needing to wax it. Just a wash and dry.
