This was a preferred Body shop for GEICO, so I made an appointment to take my car in.When I got there, I signed in on the iPad and stood around for 20 minutes while everyone sat at their computers and talked on the phone. The receptionist barely acknowledged me and it was evident they couldn t have cared less about helping me.The staff gave me absolutely no estimate for how long I d be waiting and when I told them I needed to know so Enterprise could come pick me up, one of the guys on the phone condescendingly told me you won t be leaving your car and then returned to his call.I ended up just walking out of there and making an appointment down the street at a more reputable shop. GEICO told me they are going to remove this place from their vendor list- so hopefully other people won t have the same rude and unprofessional experience.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt it was worth it in this case. Everything at G&C Auto Body went very smoothly with my recent car repair. They did a great job on the repair, kept me updated regularly with texts along the way, and worked directly with the car rental while my car was in the shop so I could pick up and drop off the rental car at their shop rather than having to go to the rental place. It's about as painless of a car repair as I've ever had. Thanks!

Awesome experience with this shop. I was in a car accident, rear end damage to my vehicle. Called insurance company right after accident and brought vehicle in same day (Monday). Jeremy and the rest of the folks at shop were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. I got my car back on Friday same week! My vehicle looks great and no issues at all with how it is driving. Probably one of the best experiences I ve ever had with a body shop. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband s car was hit while I shopping at Safeway. This was one of the auto repair shops that AAA recommended.The staff was excellent and the repairs went smoothly. I brought my dad with me to drive my rental while I picked up my car. They informed me as a courtesy I can leave my rental car at the shop and Enterprise will pick it up from there. Which is what I did. Smooth transition and Enterpriae called to confirm my final receipt later in the day.My husband s car looks brand new. I couldn t ask more from a shop.I would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I have a Subaru Forester 06 that was vandalized: left rear view mirror was torn off its hinge & thrown thru the rear window, breaking the window, rear window wiper motor, & cover assembly. Eddie Sounedara of G & C Autobody gave an estimate, worked with my insurance company to repair & replace all the aforementioned broken items described (except rear window glass, which was replaced previously) & return my car back to its pre-vandalized state! I am very satisfied the with this highly rated auto shop & you will too!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Horrible service. I went there ask for estimate repair cost. One of the staff told me that s waste of his time and refused to help me do the estimate repair cost. Terrible attitude.
