I love how fast they answer their phone. Good job for that! I loved how fast they fixed my car. Mark was very nice to me and gave me the reassurance I was in good hands, he was very confident about the process they needed to do with the insurance from the person who hit my car. I really liked that he gave me peace in mind that everything was gonna go well and they knew what to do. Lei was very professional and answered all my questions on the phone.Thanks for your nice job, Fix Auto Folsom!!

Highest recommendation! USAA insurance sent me here to have my car fixed after their client rear ended me. It was a fast, wonderful, seamless experience . truly unexpected!! They returned my car in beautiful condition.. even washing it inside and out! Nice touch!

I am so happy with my experience!! It s overwhelmingly stressful to deal with insurance / car accident repairs as is, but Josh, Mark, and the entire Fix Auto Folsom team were amazing and easy to work with. I was anxious to get my RAV4 repairs done after getting rear-ended a few weeks prior. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they seamlessly coordinated with Fix Auto to complete the repairs. The entire team provided excellent customer service - they provided an accurate estimate of the repairs the day I brought my car in, dropped off my car just two days after, and my car was fixed back to its original state within just 1 week! Throughout this entire process they were transparent and maintained consistent communication. Beyond grateful for Fix Auto Folsom for coming to my car s rescue!!

Great experience when I needed to take my car for repairs after someone hit it. The car was done earlier than they promised, the service was friendly and the quality of work is good. They have a relationship with Enterprise a couple of blocks away and getting to and returning your rental is a breeze.

This was a shop in a recommended list from my insurance. They were very attentive and polite, calling me about any updates they had so I knew what was happening at all times. No problems going through my insurance, and they did a great job with my car! Very pleased with the service from here.

Everyone was really kind and they were able to fit me in and go above and beyond after my car was stolen and needed some major repairs. They updated me every step of the way and I felt completely comfortable leaving my car there after such a difficult experience. Been here 3 times. Have had good experience with them. But just got my car back and I thought the right blinker light was out so I went and got a new bulb. Nope turns out they didn t plug in my right break light or the turn signal. Good car shop but attention to detail was not there.

Had the car dropped here after a minor collision based on a recommendation from USAA. They were able to get our repair done in a timely manner and with a personal touch. They were also able to take care of returning our rental car so when our car was done we could just pick up our vehicle and leave the rental with them to take care of, which felt like a luxury.Thank you, Fix Auto!

unprofessional! Car repair outside! Made the interior of my car filthy! Maintenance date is long! After procrastination and procrastination, some parts have not been repaired well, and there are many traces of glue! a mess

After a minor accident (with an uninsured drive who backed into my car), my insurance (Farmers) sent me to Fix Auto Folsom. It was the first time I had an accident and had to get my car fixed. I had an amazing service and a great experience. All of the employees were super helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed properly. They even helped me with some minor things that I could not figure out myself just because they were so kind. They had to keep my car one more work day than initially estimated but they communicated with me regularly throughout the process to make sure that the delay did not cause any issues. Also Farmers and Fix Auto have an agreement with Enterprise. My insurance organized a rental and I was able to return the rental car to Fix Auto, which made everything much easier. I hope I never have to get my car fixed again but if I do, Fix Auto Folsom would be my first choice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great communication from my first phone contact, through estimate, revisions with insurance, through potential delay alert (parts availability), to call to pick up car as originally promised!Knowledgeable, polite, very clear in defining steps considering my insurance company. They are really overpriced! 2 small dent they said 5 6 hours work which is impossible and they asked 1800$. I asked couple place and everybody said 500-800 $ I just wanted to get offer but I was shocked!

Our beautiful car was hit in the parking lot and someone broke the tail light. While for some this may be trivial we keep our car in excellent shape so we had it repaired by the pros. The job was completed and Mark the scheduler and parts man was just terrific.We have actually used this place once before and came back because of the quality workmanship.Also just referred a friend who had a fender bender so that s the highest form of thanks!Service: Body & Trim

Great service! I was referred to them by Farmers insurance after my unfortunate side swipe. They took the time to inspect the damage, explained everything to me, scheduled the drop off date, had rental company pick me up to get a rental car. They told me it was going to take 6-7 days. On day 4 they called me and told me it was ready. I was able to drop off my rental right at the collision shop. The repair was flawless. They were very courteous and informative. I was completely satisfied with my the work performed on my car to repair the driver s side fender that was hit parked on the street in front of my house. Looks like new. Fix Auto is terrific. My front bumper had been nearly completely torn off the car. They took amazing care of me. When I first took the car in for the estimate, the front bumper was barely hanging on by one end. Not drivable. Mark did the estimate and temporarily attached the bumper using clear tape, so it was fully drivable while they ordered parts etc. Then they had the car for 3 days to do all the work and they did outstanding work. And they washed and detailed the car .. It looks brand new. Josh, Mark that the team are all great and their work best in class. And the work is guaranteed as long as I own the car. My insurance company pointed me to a list of body shops I could use, and I chose Fix Auto Folsom because the reviews looked good, but more importantly, they are a local business and I will always support locals first.I was blown away by the extra effort the crew went through to support an oddball situation with my car. These guys went to two dealerships trying to find a spare wheel lock key that I had misplaced. Where anyone else would have said "you're SOL", these guys put customer service into overdrive.My car's bodywork turned out showroom new, and my faith in humanity boosted up with their high octane kindness.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
