Fix Auto really helped me out this month after a minor accident. They were incredibly responsive (call-backs within minutes), provided an estimate within 40 minutes in the shop, and fixed my car up just like new. Plus they were friendly and conveniently located. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, friendly auto repair!

No fun having to get your car repaired but Fix Auto Divisadero made it a very good experience. A quick, thorough inspection (even suggested I wait in Starbucks across the street. Thoughtful). Called me just over 30 minutes in, then explained what they found, saw, expected in terms of overall repairs and costs, explained that there may be hidden damage and then provided cost and repair time estimates. I gave the go ahead. It did go a little beyond both ways but they were so good about keeping me informed and in the end, it was a reasonable wait and my car looks like new. Highly recommended!

These folks are great! I ve been using this company for the last 10 years and keep coming back. (Unfortunately I have a lot of fender benders . But they are professionals, keep things right on time, let s me know exactly where my car is in the process and had it ready exactly when they said they would. Love Fix Auto! aka F. Lafrano and sons. Highly recommend them

We were super happy with the repair of our car. We brought it in to Fix Auto after we were rear ended. They communicated well and completed the repair to our satisfaction on time.

It was horrible. There was zero follow up regarding my catalytic converter for several months while I left my Prius with Fix Auto. I called and called and called. Customer service was not good as well. After 4-5 months of waiting for the part, I had my Prius moved to the Toyota dealership for the replacement. Within one week my replacement was provided and completed. While at Fix Auto I had the use of two rental cars and the waiting was so long that my insurance threatened to total out my car because of the extensive time wait for a replacement converter that never happened with Fix Auto.When they were with Lofrano Auto service was great and efficient.I do not plan to use Fix Auto.

This review is only for the customer service we received today from the estimate department at fixauto. The lady was arrogant and acted hostile.She promised to email quote however I didn t even expect her to come through hence her obviously poor work ethic, so glad she didn t as I contacted the other shop to avoid any further interaction. Received excellent customer service from Aliotos.Cheers.

I had insurance pay for the repairs, so I can't comment on the cost, but in terms of service they were very helpful, responsive, and communicative, and the work they did seems good.

Took my truck here after getting rear ended, and the team at Fix Auto was wonderful. They saw me quickly, made careful note of everything that needed repair, and even noticed that the affected area had been repainted by a previous owner and color matched the repair. They really knew their stuff! Every staff member was so friendly, and the office manager updated me on the repair as it progressed. They were a breeze to process with insurance as well. I'm in no rush to get rear ended again, but I would bring my truck back here in a heartbeat if I were.

Nice auto body work. Unfriendly customer service. My car looks great. But the customer service really lacks and the representatives are in need of serious Customer training.I walked in for my appointment and stated my name and said I have an appointment this morning. No acknowledgment from anyone. Nothing. One person (who I didn't even see behind a computer) said to the other representative, "check under the name...."And about 3 minutes of silence, one representative finally said, "Please wait outside. We will be with you in about 20 minutes." That was it. No other communication. Really poor customer experience.

My experience and interaction with Fix auto was excellent. During the initial visit for the estimate, I watched Gregg do a thorough analysis, with photos, of the damage. He explained the entire process to me as well as the process with the insurance company. He kept me well informed as to the extent of the damage, what was entailed in the repair, and the process and coverage of insurance. Drop off of the vehicle was done quickly & smoothly. Upon completion of the repair, I received a phone call that the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted and necessary business was conducted. I then went to inspect my repairs. I was very please with the repairs. I was also very pleased that the vehicle had been washed and vacuumed. Throughout my interaction with the people at Fix Auto, I felt the employees made me feel, comfortable, appreciated, and treated professionally. The folks there were friendly and ensured all of my questions were answered thoroughly while being courteous and respectful. Should I need repairs in the future, I will be returning to Fix Auto. Should friends or associates need repairs, I will be suggesting Fix Auto for their needs. Thank you again for your service and assistance.Service: Body & Trim

Tesla recommended as an option and I was totally satisfied with the replacement of my front end of the car. Dedicated family business with a personal touch - owners moved my car into the garage on a Sunday when they were closed. Great service and outcome.

I was referred by insurance company for an body work estimate after someone ran into my car. The damage evaluation and work estimate was very thorough. Greg explained all the steps of the process and answered all my questions. The body work completed by the guys at Fix Auto exceeded my expectations! The folks at Fix on Divisadero repaired the driver's door, let fender, and mirror which were damaged by someone backing into it. Fortunately, they got parts and were able to schedule the repair on the Monday following my Wednesday estimate. They finished it in four days working with State Farm. Was delighted to see the car had been detailed when I picked up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They have done fantastic job aligning my Tesla Model X Falcon Wind door. Three official Tesla service centers couldn't get their sh...t together and put that door in a right place, but here in Fix Auto they figured it out. These folks are awesome! Our car was splattered with cement, which required nearly every section of the body to be sanded and repainted. The customer service here exceeded every expectation, before during and after we entrusted them with the vehicle. The estimated cost and time to repair were spot on. Every question was patiently answered. Frequent status updates throughout the month. Car delivered a couple days early. Beautiful work, as good as new. Highly, highly recommend!

A really pro outfit. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Having someone damage your car is really stressful. This shop makes the repair part frictionless. They worked with my insurance company and fixed the car in a week. They were really good with calling me and letting me know the process every step of the way. I cannot say more positive things about this shop. They are prompt and professional. They provided timely updates, and they remained flexible. We had our front passenger wheel well smashed by an unknown pedestrian, and this was one of the shops recommended by my insurance company. I was planning on getting a few estimates, but they offered a decent estimate and timeframe for completing the job. An added bonus is that they were seamless in communicating with my insurance company, State Farm. With their already great reviews, I took their offer. A few days later, I get an update and the job is complete on time. The manager (Aaron) was so kind to be flexible with the pick up. He even stayed late beyond the closing time to accommodate my unpredictable schedule. Top notch service and the job was done incredibly well. I went to Fix Auto 5 months ago to fix my front end that got damaged by someone so there insurance sent me to Fix Auto, I thought my car was all fixed but I come to find out it was not and a plastic cover underneath the front was not even put back on. I go to Fix Auto and the I assume Manager came to talk to me and first started getting argumentive in front of my 4 year old daughter and said that it's not on them. Horrible staff and I should not have trusted them, I should have looked myself.. Bad business for sure..

This was a very hard moment for me in my life it s Christmas my car was hit, in a hit and hit run. The receptionist called me to come get my things after they deemed it totaled. AAA recommended the shop was it the best choice idk I don t think so Anyways my sons says he was like five minutes into cleaning the trunk out and she was like you almost don t yet I had already stated to her on the phone that I wasn t expecting the news so to have to come do this was unexpected and saddening. Plus she didn t say she had to stay and watch is clear out My OWN CAR!!! Her attitude was rude for this season. I still showed kindness and wished her a happy holiday!!!Service: Body & Trim

We ve had our car worked on here previously and it was a solid experience. No complaints. Recently reached out again and the customer service rep honestly didn t seem interested in our business. Dismissive, flippant, and over explaining things in a condescending way. I get I m not an expert in the insurance process and claims and willing to learn and listen but I don t need to be talked down to.
