I had to repair a sunroof and came here as a local shop via insurance. Despite the sunroof being *very* difficult to source and the repairs being much more than originally expected, Aaron was great throughout the process and kept me informed and had the car ready by the original estimate. I would absolutely go here again for future repairs.

Fix Auto on 17th Street was great! They kept me in the loop from the time I took my car in for the insurance estimate till I got my car back all repaired and looking like new. I felt like a friend of the family. The auto repair work was excellent.This is the second time I have had to take my car to them for repairs. I wouldn t go anywhere else!Michael

Although it took me 45 minutes to get to the Folsom garage to have my car fixed from a collision, I was happy to do so. Aaron, Josh and staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They even had my car washed and detailed. Although my car is 7 years old, it looks like new. Thank you all. I needed a part painted to match my car and also needed it installed. Not only was Aaron able to match the color perfectly, but the job was done extremely quickly. Aaron was able to accommodate my schedule and have the part installed for free at the Folsom St. location (shout out to Josh and Franco).

My car had a mysterious leak after the rainy season this year that Aaron thoroughly got to the bottom of. Really transparent, Aaron thinks out loud and keeps us informed along the way. My scion is feeling great for the first time in a while.

They were fast and efficient. The owner, Aaron, was so helpful and understanding. He really made sure that I got informed and arranged for the rental company to pick up their vehicle at the shop so I would not waste kite time. What amazing service! Aaron fixed my mirror in only two days, and it was way less expensive than I thought it would be! AND they cleaned my car inside and out incredible bonus!

Aaron was absolutely genuine, nice, and great to talk with. I was satified with his consistency of what happened. My catalytic converter got stolen and Fix Auto well-fixed the problem! . Not only now is there greater awareness of what happens out in the streets, but I m very likely for sure to go back to this Fix Auto do to the friendly and excellent service. Thank you again Aaron!

My wife is pregnant and we've been trying to get our car fixed quickly. After a great initial appraisal experience we didn't hear anything back and it took a week of daily calls and leaving messages with no response before we finally got hold of them. They said they can't order our parts to repair our car because they had some outstanding account with Tesla and therefore can't order parts. I understand if they can't do the work, but would have been great to let us know so we can move on with our lives and not waste time chasing them.

Went in for an estimate, left it there same day, and got it back 2 weeks later as promised. I didn't know Fix Auto was a franchise and calling other Fixed Autos in Potrero was disappointing. The Fix Auto on 17th St. Is the one you want to go to. This is my second repair job. And like the first time, Everything went perfect. You deal mainly with the owner and you won't be being disappointed. If you got car problems, file a claim with your insurance and fix Auto will do the rest. Easy peasy!

Everyone at Fix Auto was amazing! My car got backed into, with no note from the perpetrator of course. My insurance company recommended Fix Auto. At every step the folks there were great, especially Paul, who was so kind and patient. But everyone was professional and personable at the same time. Aaron was my intro to the business, he was the epitome of kind, caring and helpful. I later met Paul and Josh. My car took almost 3 weeks but I know how booked up the shops are. I had to wait in the 17th St. office for more than 3 hours, when Josh arrived with my car, I was stunned by how amazingly beautiful was. My Honda looks far better today than when I purchased it in 2015. I recommend Fix Auto without reservation. The Lofrano brothers only ever had making my car perfect, as their aim. From the time I called the owner was helpful and quickly attended to my situation and needs. I was quickly directed to a shop where a nice guy did an estimation on my car and then Lucia helped me w my rental car and all other logistics. Easy and stress free. I had my driver s mirror replaced which is part of my car s safety system. I was about to go on Vacation in a few days. Aaron picked up my part on his own time after work and made sure my car was fixed before I had to leave. He got a Lyft for me when I left my car the same day and made the appointment for my rental when my insurance company lagged on setting it up for me. He went beyond in making a stressful situation go smoothly. I ve have been rear-ended and had several hit and run accidents so I have lots of experience with auto body shops. Hands down this was the best shop I ve ever dealt with and would highly recommend they to everyone.Service: Painting

Couldn t have been a better experience. Paul made sure I was taken care of. Great communication and he took care of coordinating my rental car return. Car came back in better condition than prior to the accident and it was sparkling clean. 100% recommend.
