I was recommended to visit William by a neighbor for my BMW and the experience was excellent. He performed visual inspections and diagnosis for some regular maintenance (brakes), and offered to postpone until the optimal time for parts that still had life left in them.When the time came to get the work done, he was easy to work with on scheduling, transparent on the work and costs expected, and had a recommendation to avoid a part replacement with a simpler fix. He also offered services and communicated well during the process for things that made sense to bundle at the same time. This allowed me to have a streamlined experience without having to come back again very soon.Obviously goes without saying that this was a great service at a much better pricing than quoted by a local dealer.

We came to Epic being recommended by a car mechanic himself saying Will (owner of Epic) is one of the best mechanics in the Bay Area. We think Will is great! Quick, honest and skillful.

I brought my Porsche to Will for general maintenance and a check light that had come on. Will was great, and was able to diagnose my issue and fix it! Will definitely be back for any future repairs and maintenance.

Wow I'm absolutely amazed with what a great experience I had with Epic Automotive. My headlight on my car went out, and when I called the nearest auto shop they said they don't do Honda but to call William at Epic Automotive. He slotted me in quickly, I dropped my car off at 8:15 AM and by the afternoon he called to let me know it was ready. The price he gave me was super reasonable. William is a really friendly guy and I definitely will be coming back for any auto needs I have. Cannot recommend enough!!!

William was incredible. I noticed weird hiccups in my Lexus RX when driving. I had driven cross country to LA from Toronto and knew my car well and now was driving back from LA, San Fran to Toronto. I had two Lexus mechanics check out my complaints and no one could figure out what was happening and said everything was fine. The issue kept bothering me and now we were delayed in San Fran with this issue and a baby. Other shops couldn't immediately check it out but two of them recommended William who took my car in asap understanding we had a baby and needed to drive across country and were already delayed. William was great. He immediately found what Lexus dealerships couldn't find! A little clamp had come off (probably caused by Lexus while doing oil change, or my shock/ mount replacements), and it was allowing air into the engine. He did a visual check of the car and found it. Also, with short notice, he changed my spark plugs and coils with toyota denso ones after realizing one was broken and that lexus had told me they were OEM when selling me the car years ago but they were aftermarket ones and was lied to. Everything was a much better price than what Lexus and Toyota would have charged for similar work. Cleaned the throttle body and Reset my idle and my car was good to go within a day. I got much better gas mileage all the way back across the USA. Now its months later and the car is still driving great. I've dealt with tons of mechanics in my life, at Lexus, Honda, Toyota, independent Lexus mechanics, and William was by the best and truly had an eye for finding out what was wrong, really listened to the concerns, and cared about the issues. If his shop was closer and not thousands of miles across country, I would bring all my cars to him! Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Great service and William is a very friendly guy! William took care of my issues very promptly (other mechanics told me it'd be a couple of weeks to even look at the car). William is very thorough, finding the cause of some odd sounds near my front wheels, even though I couldn't recreate the issue, he still spend the time to investigate it. Would definitely come back here!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have 10 years old Panamera all Sensor about to expire and the dealer in Burlingame ask for a lot of money. My friend recommended Will at Epic and WOW this is place amazing! Will help save me saved cost of maintance, honest business and best customer service and if you have my type of car and live in SF please check out Epic automotive before drive out of town to your dealer .

I bought a 1997 BMW with questionable maintenance on Craigslist (maybe not a great idea) and brought it to William at Epic (which was definitely the right choice). He was super patient. He explained what needed to be done now and what needed to be done soon and what parts he d be taking off for other repairs anyway. His prices were super reasonable, and he gave me tips on things I could fix myself.Truly an expert! I m so grateful for all of his help.I will be back!

A wealth of knowledge mixed with excellent customer service toss in a helping of this man really likes what he does and you have an epic experience in automotive caregiving . Know your ride and learn how to fix it if need be. Hes the doctor for your car.. Ask him what? why? where? when? Hes knowledgable and knows how to speak human.
