100% the right place for good service and trustworthy mechanics.It s always hard to find an auto shop that you can trust, but this crew has great customer service, a beautiful shop and you can tell they take pride in their work. Could you shop around endlessly and find better rates? Maybe..? But from the first call to the pickup at Earthling auto, I felt like I made the right choice.

I've been taking my high-mileage Prius here for many years. They've always given me honest quotes for only necessary services (unlike the dealership). Their experience with high-mileage cars has been very useful to me as they have given me lots of helpful tips to keep my car running forever, like how it needs a bit of extra attention to oil levels.Recently my AC stopped blowing cold air so I took it to Earthling. Their charges were very fair - if it only needed refrigerant they'd bill me for that, otherwise they'd charge me for time needed to diagnose the problem and quote a fix. Fortunately my car passed the vacuum test and only needed refrigerant.

This place is amazing. Great communication. Explained what was wrong and answered all my questions. Waiting area is very clean and well kept and the garage itself was very clean! I had my Prius battery replaced for a great price and was ready very quick. Would highly recommend.

What a refreshing repair experience. Professional, courteous, easy to connect and be informed -- online, by email, text and especially nice, by promptly answered phone. Bright, really helpful and knowledgeable service reps.My wife was very apprehensive before going there. But we discovered that the Earthling reception area and facilities are new, clean and welcoming.Of course, importantly, the repair to our Prius worked, and was completed in far less time than other shops quoted. It also was very reasonable and finished on time and exactly as estimated (in writing).Kudos! I'll be back for sure.

I was really sad when Earthling aka Luscious moved from downtown, but it definitely says something that I m happy to commute to their new location.The crew here are really good at what they do, there s no upsell or shady pricing ever. I also love that the estimate is sent to you before your appointment so you can review all the charges and services first.Also, the waiting area is nice, the WiFi works great and the bathrooms are clean. Huge bonus since it would be an hour round trip for me to go home in a Lyft and return again.

Earthling could not have been a better experience! This was my first time needing service to my Fiat 500e after owning it for 9 years. I was at a loss about how to proceed and Earthing was so patient and kind. They were super communicative, and fixing my car was reasonably priced and they explained very clearly what had happened and what to look out for in the future.

Great working with these folks for my Toyota Prius. I've worked with them before and plan to come back when I next need service. Easy scheduling, clear communication on the work to be done and the cost, easy pick-up. Great team.

I would give this place 5 stars since they were very professional. Diagnosed my car without trying to sell me something I didn t need (Like my local Toyota dealer tried to do). But I subtract one star due to the fact that after I drove for an hour to be there 5-10 minutes before my appointment (as their email suggested) only to find out that I might have to wait 2 hours before my appointment would start!! Fortunately it was only an hour I had to wait and they have a nice waiting room with fast internet and good coffee (although the room was freezing cold). But still, having to wait that long for my appointment to start distracts from their otherwise perfect service.

This place gets an A++ from me. From the reminder to bring the car in for service to the estimated cost and the final invoice and receipt, this is a smooth operation. In addition, the people who work there - Bobby helped me today - are so nice and knowledgeable. I would not take my car anywhere else!

I had an excellent experience at Earthling Automotive. Customer service was amazing: the representative was thorough and able to explain what (or as it turns out, what wasn't) wrong with my car, the diagnostic appointment was easy to make, reasonably priced, and ran on time. They were very communicative and clear about what my options were. Highly recommend!

Great service!I had a problem with electronics in my car, after a long search where to repair I chose Earthling Automotive which I'm happy about. Clean and comfy waiting room , service not pricey, the staff are friendly and answered all questions.Absolutely my favorite place. Thank you very much!

I found myself not taking our new car in for scheduled maintenance because they just weren t Luscious Garage.Well, Luscious Garage is now Earthling Automotive and our car really needed service. I m happy to say everything I liked about Luscious Garage has carried forward and I m not going to be skipping scheduled maintenance anymore.

Carolyn and her Luscious Garage team continue to amaze me with their professionalism. Eg - although they were authorized to change rotors and pads, after they knocked some dust off from the regenerative brakes / pads they found this was not needed. They reported that and then did not undertake the work. The integrity and service of Earthling goes above and beyond. Thank you.

When your old car shudders and the engine light goes on, you sweat a little. My research brought me to Earthling as a local shop and I managed to get an appt the very next day which was a relief. I was assured they could help me, a non-EV car owner.From drop-off at their clean, pleasant shop with bespoke decorations in the wait room, to every text and phone call with Derin - the customer service was phenomenal. He walked me thru 2 options of repair and costs and I was able to make an informed choice. I almost didn't mind the unexpected $1500 repair because they were so darn nice! I know my old girl is taken care of - most pleasant vehicle repair service I've had! Thank you

Received an email about EV training. First, never asked for it, so not sure why I'm being emailed. Second, no up front pricing. Any automotive shop knows there's no trust without upfront pricing. They're happy to take your info though, and then they'll give you a call to talk about pricing I'm sure. If not, they now have enough info to sell for marketing purposes

I appreciate they check everything, and if they notice something is damage, they kindly ask me if I would like to fix it. I like the system they use to give you details of all charges straight to your phone. They sent me a reminder that it was time to give a service to my car :). I feel my car and my family, are very safe driving on my car! I am so thankful for such a wonderful service they give to my car. Thank you

Always a pleasure to deal with. Straight shooters and so thorough. Especially good for women (or anyone really) who don't want to deal with opportunistic grease monkeys. And now that they ALSO do non ev and hybrid cars I can bring my little old boxster and tiguan and get the same great service they have given the escape all these years!

I ve been using Earthling/Luscious for almost as long as they ve been in business. They have kept my 2007 Toyota Prius (with >150,000 miles) and 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid (>50,000 miles) running strong. I trust them to do high-quality work quickly and at a fair price. They have never disappointed me, and every time I use their services, I wish more businesses were as a professional as them and provided as exceptional customer service as them. They are a local business I am happy to support.

I have been a customer of their old location for 7 years. Had a quasi emergency when I was driving on the freeway and warning lights came on my hybrid and it decelerated as if it was losing power. I was near the location and I called and the person answering the phone was not very sympathetic to my plight and was short with me about bringing it in. They said they didn't have time for me to bring it in even though I was a couple blocks away. What am I supposed to do- wait for a few hours a couple of blocks away until it looses power and then have it towed there?? Turns out they have plenty of parking. Then they "fixed" it but turned on different systems that made me have to return two weeks later to get it "fixed" again. Then they were going to charge me for "fixing" it. The whole process made even more annoying with trying to call them and getting a text message from them to text them instead of calling. They have some kinks to work out there at the new location.Edit- to change to one star. They made an enormous mistake on my Amex bill and charged me for the next five customers bills and months later I am still trying to fix it. This has taken several hours out of my life trying to fix their mistake which they should have caught way earlier and they should have reacted to their mistake with a little bit better customer service rather than their blas� "dude" attitude. Have to find a new mechanic because these people are way too lax.

This is the first of me using Earthling, though I had been to Luscious before. I couldn t have been more satisfied with the quality of service, attention to detail, honesty and fair pricing Earthling provided. It s also a super great waiting room with sachets of condensed milk for your coffee (though I sucked it straight out of the little pouch). I m going to recommend Earthling to everyone! Thanks for such a great experience!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
