After hitting my front passenger door against a pole, I couldn t open it and there was a gap that worried me about someone stronger than me being able to easily get into my car. I was so afraid that I would need to drop $1500 to replace the whole thing. But I was absolutely blessed to be helped by Gunther, who decided to try to get it to work first. He used a tool to help realign the door and now it opens, closes and locks once again!! So generous, he didn t charge me a dime for his time. Thank you thank you thank you Gunther and team Don!!!

Big thank you to Don's for fixing up my toyota rav4 today! Had a pretty big paint transfer mark (white paint on blue car ) on my passenger side door. They took care of it quickly and were super fair and helpful. Looks so much better now.

After over a month of needing to call several times to ask if they had remembered to write up a quote for my vehicle damage, I was finally given an offer that was over twice as much as a nearby competitor would do the work for. So whether it s quality of customer service or cost of repairs, I would seek your auto body work literally anywhere else.

Kind and professional service. Luis and his team returned our car to original condition following a fender bender. They offered good value for the price, took the time to explain all the repairs and did the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend

I used to work here and they use used parts and charge insurance for new parts. Surprised they haven't been caught yet. Owner is a greedy old man who is disliked by almost everyone in the auto body industry in the Bay Area
