We have been going to Don s for years and continue to be so impressed with their customer service and work. They do a phenomenal job, and are so trustworthy. If they can t do something, they recommend a solution or person to fix. I trust them fully with my car. Can t recommend them enough!

I have been going to Dons when my father was alive and I was ten years old and now i'm 73 and they have been servicing my cars for over 50 years when Don was there and now his handsome Son does the job his Daddy taught him and Carol the lovely Secretary bookkeeper etc..... Quality service and not a rip off. They back up there work.

A great place to get your car worked on. Very professional and personable. Just make sure you get there early or make sure they aren't too busy, because it's a place that's in high demand (and for good reason!).

Don and his wife Carol are the best. They came recommended by a neighbor, and I m so glad I went to them for my oil change. They thoroughly checked my little beetle and were so nice and knowledgeable. Moreover, they were extremely honest, helpful, and very reasonable with pricing. It can be intimidating to approach a garage as a female with no expertise in this field, and they made me feel so at ease and taken care of. They even offered to drive me home as I am pregnant! Thank you Don and Carol, we will be back with both our cars and will do all our repairs with you from now on!

Good luck trying to get a quote for a simple oil change from these guys. The reason they don t provide any is because they charge so high that if they tell you upfront you ll take your business elsewhere. Typical rip off business style. They better keep their old customers happy because they re not going to get any new ones

Friendly, transparent with pricing, effective, and quick. Replaced my alternator belt and topped off my oil and had my car back in less than 24 hours. So lucky to have Don s in my neighborhood!

We always take our Honda here. They are very trustworthy. No appointments needed for oil change. Everyone is always nice here.

AMAZING service. I loved my experience at Don''s Auto Services. Their customer service was impressive. I took in our car for an oil change and checkup and was immediately pleased by the friendliness of the staff. I was told that it might take 2-3 hours to get it done (since all of their bays were filled at the time) but they were done in well under 2. We also got a great explanation of the service that they had done and recommendations for future service. I would highly recommend them!Service: Oil change

Simply called for a quote and the woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude. She said something and I didn t hear her, so I said excuse me I m sorry and she responded as if I cursed her. I don t know how they get any business with her answering the phone.

Dave dosnt work on older vehicles anymore cause yuppies bring him more $$ & not get dirty jobs.He dosnt want oil&greese on his floor anymore-he told me.He rather do a new cars for clean jobs.I dont know how U greese wheel bearings,or frt.ends-without gettn greesy! I thought I knew him for lik past 40+years,but people change with age I guess!! He did my rear end seal& still leaks 90wt.oil! He dosnt hav to fix it now,but I will!!!

Just got an oil change but service was fast and great. A bit pricy compared to quick oil change places but I've seen too much shoddy work at those to trust them with my car.

Wanted to bring my car in to get the transmission flushed, so called to get a ballpark estimate and to find out when I could bring the car by. The man I spoke with was super rude - he cut me off more than once trying to get off the phone when I wasn't done talking, kept saying "just bring it in and I'll take a look ok bye!" and then when I tried to ask another question gave me a deadpan "what." He also refused to give me any information at all about an estimate, said he couldn't give me one (not even a range) without knowing whether or not there was a drain plug on my transmission. Other service places have been able to give me estimates without a problem. I won't be bringing my car in.

Don's is great. Used them about 6 months ago for some wheel trouble shooting. Turns out who ever I bought the car from didn't know brakes!Great local auto Care!

They tell you what's wrong and why you do or do not need to fix it. Never rip you off except maybe the occasional excessive air filter change :)

Called for a SMOG check, they nicely said they stopped that service 8 years ago but recommended Richie on 14th & Mission.
