Got into an accident early in the morning on my way to work. I called Don s Auto Body at 8 AM and they told me to bring the car in. They took a look at the car that morning and ordered all the necessary parts and had it painted and installed super quickly. Everyone was super friendly. I really especially appreciated Collin. He was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend Don s Auto Body.

They gave me estimated on repairing my truck and went over damage told me what needs to be done!

They promised to deliver my car in 2 weeks and on the last day before their delivery deadline, they send me an email requesting additional money for some parts and it turns out that they haven t even started fixing the car. During that 2 weeks the car just laid down there. After they gave me a second deadline, on the day they claimed to deliver the car, they called me and let me know they haven t completed the job yet and asked for 3-4 more business days. Do not ever bring your car here, this is the worst car repair service ever. I am pretty sure their quality of repair will also be low after my engagement with them so far.

I took my car in for accident repair and Carey was fantastic. He communicated with me while I was away. He not only repaired the damage, but he also looked into replacement tires for me. I was so excited to pick my car up. The repairs were done beautifully and my car was thoroughly washed and detailed.

I am so superbly impressed and humbled by my experience at this auto body shop. My break lights completely died off out of the blue and I found this nearby shop on my phone. The owner Don personally took care of my car and fixed my break lights, then he charged me $0. Yes he fixed my car for FREE. I am so thankful, this place definitely does not want to rip you off, to say the least :)

I used to work for these greedy scam artists. This was the first body shop I worked for and I used to think they all had cheap and shady business tactics like Don does. From a former employee, do yourself a favor and don't go to this shop

Excellent job, even buffed out a scratch on my door unrelated to my accident and cleaned and vacuumed my car!

They are a small business and accurate and fair granted they said my car was a total loss but yet they were at least honest compare to other comoanies

I had to go back after they did my repairs. It's been almost a year and I'm still waiting for them to contact me about changing these off market parts for my actual dealership parts
