My vehicle had a minor accident and I just wanted this repair process to go smoothly and quickly. Rica was super kind and helpful. Paperwork was straight forward and communication was very clear. My car and I were well taken care of from all the employees here! I got my car back in a week like they promised and received text updates along the way to show the progress. Thanks so much for your assistance. My car looks like nothing ever happened.

I was directed to them via my insurance and initially went there for an estimate. Everything went super smooth and Alex was great at responding to all of my questions! Came back later for the job after estimate was approved by the insurance and again the experience was so effortless. One thing that I was impressed with was that they managed the car rental drop off and pick up to their shop which made my life much easier. You never hope to go back to a body shop but if I have to, this is the place I'll go.

I was pleasantly surprised how my experience went in a very good way. I brought my car to Chilton Auto Body because my rear bumper was damaged by being rear ended. The customer service was great, the staff is friendly, welcoming and kept me informed when I would get my car back.The repair work is fantastic and I recommend anyone to Chilton!Service: Painting

The employee Sean G was very communicative from beginning to the end. The estimate date reflected the actual day of pickup. I was very impressed with the repair and the service done to my vehicle. Chilton was amazing to work with when I messed up my side mirror. Rica was so knowledgeable and helpful and got my new mirror in right away for me and replaced it in the same week. I was quoted over $250 more at other local auto body shops. I highly recommend this shop and will be coming back here again for any car issues. 10/10 service! Thank you!

I found this place through my insurance, after a tree fell on my car. The original dealings with them were great - the staff was super friendly and responsive. Unfortunately when I picked up my car, the replaced bumper was completely crooked. I tried to bring this up and got a lot of excuses and reasons why it was done right and couldn t be better than that (even though it was LESS crooked before the repair, after a tree had been sitting on it for a week). In particular one of the mechanics was extremely aggressive and rude. However, I insisted and they said they d try again, and later that day it was repaired and straight. Now the car looks great! They do a good job, just make sure to check the work and don t let yourself get bullied if something doesn t look right.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Vanessa & Ronnie (and everyone else) were unfailingly professional, pleasant, cordial, helpful - and they restored my beloved Subaru Forester to like-new condition. (It looks great! Not a sign of that bashed-in fender.) They kept me informed of progress, and completed the job earlier than estimated. The final charges were exactly as expected, and they handled communication with my insurance company and the rental car agency with no hassle for me.I hope I ll never need body repair on my car again, but if I do I ll be heading right down to Chilton Carstar on Pacific Avenue. Good customers service but the mechanic not so good!! When I pick up the car the they made a mess of my stuff at the back door and they missed a tire cap also when I check the tire air pressure they put it 45 psi the correct psi is 30.

I just had my rear bumper fixed here after it was hit. The bumper looks brand new! The turn around was also very quick and was done in a few days. They also gave my car a good wash and cleaned the interior. Thank you!

Punctual, friendly, in and out under 10 minutes for an estimate. Edit a month later: none of the above matters if an estimate is never sent to insurance company. 5 stars to 1.

Owner was super nice! Just needed a license plate screwed to the front of my car and they said come at about 11:00am and they had me out of there by 11:01am. Awesome job, super fast, and kind people

Pretty much the worst car repair experience I've ever had was at this Chilton's location. Dishonest, deceitful, slow, dragging out my claim. Awful experience, stay away if you can!
