CarStar did a wonderful job on my car ! The work is excellent and the representatives that I worked with were helpful and courteous. They stopped off my car to my house so I didn t have to go back and pick it up . I highly recommend them !

Andrew was very friendly, helpful and proactive in customer service and explaining the repairs and process. He also helped get my radio code when the radio was disengaged from the battery. The work the team did on my hood repair looks impeccable. Color matching was excellent as well. I would be happy to go back to Chilton on Eddy Street.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Paula was awesome to work with. They replaced the cat on my Prius, and was crystal clear on what was replaced, fixed and what total out of pocket cost would be. Would work with again.

I needed a side power mirror and front/rear dashcam installed.Dude who helped me was very kind, thorough in explaining how the installation would go, gave me options, the works. Didn't feel shady like other mechanics in the past have felt.

My car was stolen then found across town badly damaged. It was scraped up andnot drivable. At. Carstar Chilton Auto Body on Eddy Street I was given top rate service, PLUS meaning the team there should get SEVEN stars. They fixed everything perfectly, did even more work than I expected, and didn t change me a dime extra. Also, Andrew and Paula were always quick to help answer any questions I had and kept me posted on their progress.I am amazed at how great a job they did and how kind and professional the team was, especially Andrew and Paula.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I came in to get my catalytic converter replaced. The part was backordered but Andrew kept me updated on when the part would come in. The replacement was quick and he even helped me recharge my battery! I had a great experience here and will be coming back again for future services.

I was delivering food to one of my stores. I ordered so much food that I needed a cart. As I was taking out the food, the cart hit my back bumper. The employee saw what happened and said, please let me know the cost to repair it. I went on Yelp and read the reviews from Andrew's company. It is true, quick response and very flexible with their schedule to access me. I drove down on Monday and picked up my car today, Friday. Andrew called me and picked me up this morning. I walked home on Monday and his shop is in the Tenderloin. I mentioned that it was a bit uncomfortable leaving his shop. If you need a ride after you drop off your car, please ask!! So kind and his work is amazing. Yes, everything you read from others about this business is true! No high 5's , it's a high 10!!!

I cannot recommend Andrew enough! I bought a new car in November of last year and with all the wind earlier this year, a tree brand fell and hit my roof. I was pretty bummed about it and Andrew was one of the people I reached out to on Yelp. He responded super quickly, even jumping on the phone with me past 8pm to guide me through the process, and gave me a very fair quote that when comped against other options.Once I took my car in, I felt like I could leave it in safe hands. After a few weeks, the bodywork came back perfectly and on budget and Andrew was VERY responsive by text, which I appreciated.Would absolutely recommend using Andrew if you're in need of help. It sucks to get your car dinged, but he takes a little bit of the pain out of the experience in a fair, professional way.

Accurate Auto Body has by far been my best experience with any body shop/mechanic. I brought in my Toyota XLE For estimate & Repair Alex & Joe Shop owners went over the Damages . 3 Days later might car looked as if there never had any damages & very reasonable. Definitely I recommend this shopExcellent workmanship & very honest.

My car was 4 days in Andrew body shop and he could not get an estimate for insurance. I decided to take my car out of his body shop and he charged $ 1500 just for storage. I don t recommend it.
