After a terrifying experience with a total loss accident, where my car was towed to a questionable body shop, Humberto came to our rescue like a guardian angel. I had a great experience working with Rob at Call Car Collision after my vehicle was hit and run. They were diligent about making sure the fixes were high quality and followed up with insurance often to make sure the process was streamlined. Cannot recommend them enough!

This was my first time going to Call Car Collision and I had a great experience. I had water filling my trunk and didn't know where it was coming from. They did thorough tests to figure it out and communicated with me every step of the way, including photos and videos as they tested. They were very transparent, did a great job, and my car was even cleaned upon arrival as a bonus. Would recommend to friends and if I have an issue again I'll be returning!

I have been trusting Call Car Collision with my auto work for decades, and I can honestly say each experience has been exceptional. Humberto, Richard and the team run an amazing operation - they give clear, honest, professional advice, and the solution is always better than what I hope for. Even my insurance claim rep commented to me on how great they were to deal with. Car always comes back looking new and clean. Most recently I was stuck in the rain after my dealer week-old windshield wipers failed, I called, and they got me the new part within a few hours, I drove over and in 5 mins the best wipers ever at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them !!

I have been using Call Car Collision exclusively for close to 10 years. Humberto and his team are so helpful and professional. Humberto always navigates the insurance process flawlessly and efficiently for me so that I don't have to think about how awful the insurance industry is. My dad , Alan , has been taking his car here for a very long time and he says that the relationship that he has built with them has not only been profesional and efficient but it s been very transparent. They got the job done on time and perfectly done. It was like I just got the car out of the lot. I recommend coming here for any type of problems you have. They will take care of you and become a long time friend as well !

Had my wife s car fixed here. When I first called to ask about the process, Humberto took his time to guide on how to navigate the system. After we scheduled a date to have the vehicle dropped, I received updates throughout the process, and the most important thing was that my vehicle was released on the promised date. When I was rear-ended recently, a family member recommended the services from Call Car Collision. Upon calling the shop and speaking with Rob, I knew he would handle the situation efficiently. He reassured me that the team would fix my vehicle to the best of their abilities after inspection. Call Car Collision worked with my insurance in a quick and professional manner. I received updates through text and call, and someone was always available to answer questions I had about the process. When I went to pick it up, I met with Humberto, and it was evident that he and the team put hard work into fixing my car. They even washed it and cleaned the interior (vacuumed + wipe down)! Humberto and his crew are professional, courteous and efficient! I have been taking my cars over to them since 2005, my first accident. I took on my father s recommendation and have never had a better costumer service anywhere in the car/shop industry.The results are superb, quality of service, materials, timing and overall communication, always clear and prompt. Humberto took great care of my Infiniti! I had a damaged bumper that needed to be removed, sanded, and repainted. When I got it back it looked good as new, and they had even taken the time to vacuum my interiors and wash the rest of my car! I have known Claudio, Richard and Humberto since my fist dent about sixteen years ago and it was my insurance agent who sent me there!Theirwork is unbelievable! the car was like brand new! Claudio and I worked together for four/six months about ten years ago on some added custom work and it still looks great! They also refered me to some excellent mechanics when needed. All people should be this trustworthy!!

Humberto the owner, was very professional and amazing! He helped us deal with the insurance, and helped us with the car rental. I was very pleased with the service. It was great customer service, he explained exactly how he was gonna fix the car. All I did was wait for one week for the car door to come in , and it was fixed perfectly. This is the shop my family uses if we have car accident. It's highly recommended and you won't regret it!

I had a great experience getting my car repaired here. Humberto was super down to earth and professional. He walked me through the whole process very clearly and he responded to all of my questions within minutes. My car was repaired and detailed and it looks brand new again! Humberto was so on point that he even sent one of his workers to open up the shop for me to pick up my car on Saturday (they re closed on Saturdays). I highly recommend using them to get your car fixed If you want clear comminication, professionalism and someone whose down to go an extra mile to help you get your car. Thank you guys for doing a great job and going above and beyond to help me! You guys rock!
