Wow!!!! It s the BEST! Carlos is absolutely the most professional and extraordinary man. His team really blows me away and does a great job. I didn t have photos that show my car before their work. It had some very stubborn stains on the seats. All the seats are super clean and like new. Interior and exterior both look fantastic!!!

I recently took my Volvo XC40 to this car detailing place for a full exterior detailing and ceramic coating, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Carlos, the manager, was very helpful and friendly, and Jim, the owner, was very responsive and gave me a thorough breakdown of what was gonna be done to the car. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving my car looking better than the day I bought it. The ceramic coating looks stunning. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to give their car the best treatment!

I will definitely go back to California Detailing. I took my daily commuter car in to have the interior detailed. When I came to pick it up, they had also washed the outside. The inside looked like a brand new car. No shiny or greasy residue from stuff like Armor All. Whatever they use is great.

I took my car for a detailing today as a Christmas gift to myself. And I couldn t be more pleased with the amazing results. My 3yo car looks like I just drove it off the lot (probably better). It s such a treat to have a new car again. Thank you to everyone on the team here for your work (especially Carlos and his knowledge). I have used them for about 10 years and it s always incredible what they can do. Not the cheapest option - but worth every penny!

Carlos did a great job taking care of our Ford Mach E. We got Ceramic Pro and PPF a year ago and it's been working great. The annual maintenance was easy and quick, and got the car back to looking like it just rolled off the lot.

When I got my new car and wanted my first PPF and ceramic coat job, I called every ceramic pro dealer from San Rafael to San Jose. A few minutes on the phone is all it took for Jim to differentiate himself from the others. He took his time talking through my options without being pushy or upselling. When it comes to ppf + ceramic coat, I quickly learned that the end product is very dependent about the prep work and attention to detail, so it was important to me to send it to someone that took pride in their work. The detailer at my dealership had left many holograms in the paint of my brand new car before it ever left the lot. The team at California detailing completely eradicated all imperfections from the dealer, and the ppf and ceramic coat were installed to perfection. I didn t realize how brand new this car could look until I picked mine up from the shop! From the first phone call to picking up my car- Jim, Carlos, and the team at California detailing were helpful, professional, and do really incredible work. Can t recommend enough.

Good service and excellent results. The place is expensive but worth it if you want to pamper your car. I went there for interior and exterior detailing for my '07 Boxster. I dropped off the car in the morning and it was ready for pickup that evening.

Jim was very kind on the phone and Carlos knows what he's doing at the shop. They applied a very nice "Gold Package" 8-layer ceramic coating to my new Tesla Model Y (black) and it came out perfect!Well worth the $$ and you can tell they are the best at what they do.

Got my Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated here. Jim and Carlos was super helpful. The team did a very good job. It s so much easier to clean and wash now. Will definitely come back here for more detailing services in future.

The absolute best in the city. The first time I used them, I needed a full detail for the 4Runner I was selling. They made it look brand. new. Today I had to bring in my Rivian R1T after it was EGGED. It honestly looked pretty unsalvageable and the staff set reasonable expectations with me. We walked through what it needed, I was told they would stop at no charge if it didn't look like it would work, and they saw me same day as a drop in. The results were amazing. They saved the paint and made the truck look brand new.The only complaint I have is price. They're pricey. But hey... If it works, it works.

Excellent quality, excellent service, and excellent outcome. I was initially disappointed because they didn t communicate that the car shouldn t be washed for 2 weeks after the ceramic coat; however, once I shared this, the company immediately took in my car and fixed the ceramic coat for me. World-class customer service. Would recommend anyone give them a try.

Went looking for a top-rated installer to add PPF on my 2023 Bronco and came upon California Detailing. From the initial call with the owner, Jim, it was clear that he knows his business and how to treat customers and their prized vehicles with the utmost care and respect. I d recommend Jim and his team to anyone looking for a high quality product with a level of customer service to match.

This is a good guy with a great product. I owned a subscription car destination nearby for nine years. Keatley Detail. I retired happily in 2018. I always respected Jim. It s not a weekly car wash. But, all of their work is top notch. The ceramics etc are in good hands here.

I reached out to Jim to get a quote on detailing my 2009 Toyota Corolla that I am trying to sell. Right out the gate, he was honest and told me it probably would not be worth my time to come into the shop. He took the time to answer my questions even after he knew there was no sale. To be clear, I did not use their detailing service, but Jim's customer service was genuine and helpful like a true mom and pop shop!

Jim and Carlos has taken care of me the past few months with my new car even after a small accident (someone reversed into my front bumper and chipped it). They applied a clear coat to the front bumper/hood and ceramic coated the whole car. They were very quick and informative. It makes the car looking brand new again. So cleaannnn. Appreciate you guys!

We have used California Detailing for two cars so far, and Jim and Carlos have both been very professional and customer-focused. They re both excellent to work with and their team works very quickly on a variety of detailing jobs. Highly recommended!!

Carlos is as friendly and professional as I remembered since my last visit (December 2019; went with a basic detailing). Though I had a $25 coupon to use from Yelp (for the Complete Retail package this time (May 2021), as the coupon was only applicable to this specific service), I chose not to use it after seeing the care his team gave my Model 3. Though slightly pricier than a few competitors farther out in the Bay Area, I'll happily pay for the trust and piece of mind; the service provided is worthy the 5-star Yelp rating. (Just a fair warning though - Jim's pretty curt when talking on the phone (you'll more likely to be talking to him when calling than Carlos). Efficient, but his conversational pacing can come off as impatient to some elderly customers I know. Not a definitely bad quality, ergo not a complaint from me personally, but could be tweaked to match a customer's pace of speech. Jim's otherwise very experienced and courteous.)
