One of best body shop, I went there to get fixed my glass, staffs were kind and friendly. Everything went smooth. Also quick fix as well. Highly recommended

Ian and Louie came highly recommended to me and my first experience with their shop exceeded all expectations. Communication was easy, accurate, professional, straightforward, and pleasant. My car looks better than new after being in the shop for a fender bender repair - they went above and beyond, really next level. It is clear that this shop takes great pride in doing excellent work, and for a very fair price, coming in under other estimates that I got. The whole vibe of the consult on through to the delivery of the finished product back to me was so great, I would give more stars if I could. If you are looking through reviews to decide where to bring your vehicle, look no further, this is the only place to go.

Ian and his team are amazing! Ian is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also treat you very nicely and friendly. I have been there several times before and everytime I go, they always find the problem and fix it so well. They always get the job done on a timely manner as well. Highly recommend!!!

This shop was and is great!!! They go beyond what they said they would do! I was very impressed. EXTREMELY happy with the outcome of my car! I HIGHLY recommend them...whether they are approved or not approved by your particular insurance company or you want a GREAT body shop...they are the ONE to go to!!! YES YES YES!!!!! Ian and the team did a fantastic job on my car! They also did a good job following up with me even after there was a typo in my email.I had a paint job needed for scratch to the side of my vehicle and they had it looking good as new with an amazing turn around time (~24 hours from dropoff!). I was in an accident that left my car in worse shape than I had ever hoped for. Louie was willing to take my car in and helped discuss the different options for me. unfortunately at the time I did not have full coverage and my Prius I was hoping would last me for the next 7-10 years. After a couple of discussions in person and on the phone Louie and Ian made the near impossible, possible. At the time I was a traveling as a med student through the states and I needed my car more than anything to travel from state to state. I was scheduled to drive to Oregon in less than 3 weeks. Louie was able to get my car up and running again and while they were waiting a few extra days for a particular part, he did some extra paint work at no extra charge. Because of the extensive damage He was very transparent of the cost of every thing needed fixing. He discussed with me what they needed to do, and what they did not have to do and was willing to discuss the charges and trying to get better pricing based on market prices. When the vehicle was finally complete, the car looked like, and drove as if nothing happened. Amazing work done by Ian and Louie and the team here.The staff at Bryant Bay Area Auto Body did 10/10 work on my vehicle. While I hope to never have to step foot into the shop again, if I need any work done I would 100% roll my vehicle into this shop again.Very professional, empathetic, and transparent.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

Ian (pronounced Ion) is extremely helpful. I see why his nickname is Ian-man. After a few months of my 2019 ford escape getting repaired I noticed a piece of broken glass rattling around inside its rear door. When I took the car back to the shop, Ian had the glass removed quickly and easily without any issue. Now my car is good as new again.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service. I called in to see if I could walk-in to get an estimate. I went in 30 minutes later. Ian gave me an estimate of $250, and was open to working on it immediately. I agreed. The job took lesser time than anticipated, so he only charged me $125. No cutting corners and quality work. Highly recommended for all your body work needs.

Louie and his team did a great job fixing the front of my BMW. I had an unfortunately run-in with a chair that had fallen off a pickup truck on the highway. The front end of my car was is sorry shape. But all is well that ends well thanks to this shop.I really appreciated how Louie would call me with updates at every step of the way. He always made himself available when I had questions.

I was referred to Bryant autobody by BMW SF to repair my BMW after an auto accident. I need to thank BMW! .Louie and Ian were some of the most professional individuals i have ever dealt with, seriously.I had my car towed to their shop, they gave me a VERY reasonable estimate for repairs.They called me a week later to tell me it was ready to go.I was truly astonished by how fantastic the car looked and drove.I HIGHLY recommend Bryant. Ian and his team are great! I called Ian s shop on a Saturday and he offered me a consult and gave me a quote on the spot. I shopped around and got a few recommendations, but ended up going with Ian since he was so easy to communicate with. He worked directly with my insurance and made the process seamless for me, and I was able to easily call him to get updates all while dealing with delays due to supply chain issues.

Ian and team are great. They had already come highly recommended but are super thoughtful, responsive, and efficient and totally exceeded our expectations. I couldn't have had a better experience at Bryant Auto Body. Ian was incredibly helpful, informative and responsive both to me and my insurance company. When I dropped my car off Eric was there to greet me and walk me through what he noticed was needed, took photos and explained what he was seeing. They were both super friendly and at no point in the process did I ever have second guesses about their work or service. Trustworthy, efficient, and delivered my car back a day early and in pristine new condition. Thank you!

I smashed the fender on our Audi A4 and Ian put it back together again so it looks new. His prices are fair (lower than other estimates) and the work is great. He is very easy to work and just gets it done when he says it will be done at the price quoted. He also did some extra work on our car for a really great price and did it right away. Highly recommended.

5 star service from start to finish. I m always weary going into auto shops but the vibe here was welcoming and most importantly I felt they were being honest. I was in and out in a half hour and was satisfied with the results. Will definitely go back to get work done.

Ian is amazing.I've had the unfortunate luck of needing a car repair on a couple occasions, but I'm so lucky to have found Bryant Auto Body.I have had both out of pocket payments and worked with insurance to get my Mazda Miata looking like new again. He's worked with insurance and taken away all of the hassle for me when dealing with the other insurance company (he's a pro working with them) to make sure everything is fixed properly. When paying out of pocket has found ways to save me a bit of money. In each case he's done a superior job and is very open and forthcoming about the repairs needed.He's such a trustworthy shop, that even after moving to Oakland, I recently brought my CRV to Ian after it was rear ended and he not only remembered me, but took care of everything just as well as he did the first few times I went to him. I'm extremely happy because he even helped to fix an unrelated but minor item near the front grill, making sure my car was in the best possible shape.He also was able to finish the repairs a day early so we had the car before leaving for Thanksgiving travels.I 100% recommend this place of business to anyone in need of car repairs. I recommend it to me friends and family as well.

I had double trouble mechanical and body work, Ian had a great mechanic around the way (Harry at Prestige also excellent!!!) and coordinated the entire repair from estimating to total repair of my SUV. When I picked up, it was like a brand new car!!! Love it! Thanks Ian!!!! Will return anytime I m in need of auto body work.

Nothing less than amazing, honest, and quick. I've taken my car in two times and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.It's rare to find such a great auto-shop in the city, and am so glad I have a go-to place now for all of my repairs!

Ian from Bryant Auto Body went far beyond any other repair shop I have ever been to. He not only contacted the insurance company on our behalf but made sure that we were getting the best parts and best prices for them.At the end of the day, the car was basically brand new again. Whenever I get dings or any body work done, I will be going to visit Ian at Bryant Auto Body Inc.

I came into the shop and got my side mirror fixed. Everything was on time and the new side mirror came out flawless. The owner was very friendly and welcomed. He was even nice enough to replace my license plate holder. Great service and great deal! Definitely would come back again.

I took my car in to get an assessment done before selling it. Ian very kindly advised me how to fix things myself, and he helped me put on a hubcap that had been giving me trouble all for free! I 100% plan on returning here with my new car if I ever need work done.

Excellent service! My car looked like new!! Mr. Shin kept me informed, worked with my insurance company to make sure my car was given proper care, his team are skilled and meticulous craftsmen, they are the best auto body repair in San Francisco!!
