Amazing experience. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and informative. I worked with Joey to pick out the exact build I wanted for a new GS and when it came time to buy I was in and out within an hours time. Joey was extremely helpful with picking out the proper loan options for me as well as walking me through additional maintenance services that BMW has to offer and even explained which one's would be beneficial for me and which one's wouldn't. Thank you all, I will be back for more when the time comes :)

SoSo cycles made my first brand new bike purchase a seamless experience. Their team was professional and courteous. I've somewhat recently come to SF BMW but have had good experiences every time. A bit of a ride for me, but easy to set up an appt, Thames is great & he explains everything in detail, answers my questions, kept me looped in as work progressed, confirmed whether additional time/work was necessary & why, and finished in a timely manner.They go the extra mile to make sure my bike is in good operations shape & the cost is fair. I always ride away having confidence my bike is in good, road-worthy condition.I can't recommend them any more highly to anyone in need of their services!

Got what I wanted, and service is always good!1200 s too much? The 750 is budget friendly , and plenty of getup for anything.

Had a fantastic experience getting my S1000XR serviced under warranty. The parts were ordered ahead of time so I was able to ride in, get the new parts installed, and ride home the same day. Very friendly staff, prompt communication, and thorough work.

Very disappointed with my experience in buying a used BMW motorcycle where the frame of the motorcycle is rusted from top to bottom. No response from dealership except it s part of the issues of living in San Francisco.I owned a Honda, no issues, older bike, Apria scooter, older bike no issues. Friends who have others motorcycles. One friend works body shop & has 2 motorcycles, is a neighbor & the bikes are older than mine. No issues, the bikes are covered night & day. Everyone I m showing the motorcycle too, they are shocked.The owner of BMW, no response.Mike from BMW called & we talked through what we could do, very happy with the discussion. Looking forward to meeting with the dealership

Worked with Joaquin, great sales person. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything at any point. Joaquin was patient with me and accommodated my schedule. Would definitely recommend.

Just like when I purchased my 3 series and my x5 I had a great experience, it was fast but not sped through as if trying to just make a sell but made sure all my needs were met. Highly recommended

Love this shop. Staff in service is awesome. They know their bikes and there s no attitude. Sales staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced as well. Been around SF BMW shops since the days of Dave Golden BMW and 8th Street BMW. It s great to have them in town.

He was informative, patient when answering all my questions, took his time explaining the features on my motorcycle I decided on, and was very professional. Friendly staff who were very helpful. I came in knowing what I wanted and they were quickly able to get me set up with the information that I needed to make the purchase happen. They even put up with me asking them a bunch of questions about all of the other models that they had available. Altogether, it was a great experience and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank to Joey and all of the team for making this such an easy and pleasurable experience!

I ve been going to BMW Motorcycles since 2008 and have always received the best service. Thames, Mario and Mario, Matt, and Joaquin are super friendly and have gone out of their way many times to help me out in difficult and unusual situations. Never mind the superior quality of BMW machines and service, it s the family-friendliness of these guys that keeps me coming back.

Joey was quick to help me and answer all my questions I had about ordering a bike after my local dealer ghosted me. Throughout the whole process he updated me weekly on the order/build/delivery. The transaction was very smooth and easy, he had all the paper work ready for me even in the short notice I gave him that I was coming in. He even helped load the bike onto my trailer. I couldn t of asked for an easier transaction.

I couldn t be happier with their work. In fact, I ve learned my lesson and won t take my 2021 s1000xr to any other shop. I found the work performed by the SF mechanic(s) to be far superior. Mario and Thames (sp?) the service managers I had contact with provided excellent customer service and kept me well informed. SF hit on all three requirements for my return business: reliable, dependable and predictable.

Cruise control is literally the best!The staff at BMW SF has been amazing. I was getting back into riding after taking a 7 year break and decided to walk around to all the local dealerships.I was pretty specific on what I wanted because I watched so many different videos online. I watched so many videos on FZ-07s, MT-09s, Z900s, and every 600 & 1000cc sport bike review i could find. After watching a ton of videos and sitting on all these bikes I decided I wanted an Inline 4 engine because of the sound while having something I could also sit on for 15-45 minutes at a time.I went into several dealerships armed with as much knowledge as I could and then asked the sales people questions about the motorcycles. Some of the questions I already knew the answers to, but I asked them anyway just to see what answers I got. I was really struggling between GSX-6R, ZX-6R or the S1000RR.These bikes were all very comfortable to sit on and I was confident I could sit in the seat for 15-30 minutes a day and not be sore when I got off the motorcycle. The only real question I had was, was should I spend the extra money to get cruise control, heated grips, electronic suspension and up and down shifter; or should I go with a 600cc bike that doesn't have all those features on them. How good is cruise control or electronic suspension anyway.The staff at BMW were super helpful. They told me everything they could to help me make the right decision for myself. They didn't care what bike I bought just so long as it was the right bike for me.I finally settled on a S1000RR and I couldn't be happier. The staff was super helpful at accommodating my busy work schedule and getting paperwork signed. I definitely gave them some strange requests when I was purchasing the bike but handled all of it flawlessly. They did everything they could to make sure my time wasn't wasted. They walked me through everything on the bike and I had 0 surprises after the bike was purchased.I have been riding the bike for almost a month now and I am SOOOO glad I got cruise control and all the other features. Being able to rest your hand for 5 or 10 seconds while you adjust your vents or seating position is fantastic. They need to sell 600cc sport bike with cruise control. Also, you don't have to be Valentino Rossi to appreciate the sheer brilliance of a quick shifter. Doing 70 on the freeway and blipping a down shift is magical. If that doesn't put a smile on your face, then you might want to go see a doctor(or The Doctor) because you are dead on the inside.Special thanks to Eddie for going above and beyond to helping me with my motorcycle. It had been about 7 years since my last ride and he helped me get right back into it! :)

Great group of guys here. Knowledgeable and fantastic service in all departments. Grateful to have such and awesome shop with some genuinely good individuals close by! The only place I bring my R9t to get worked on and they always take care of me. Not one single complaint here, they get things done and my bike always comes back better than when dropped off. Thank you!
