Bismark and his team did a fantastic job with my Toyota Prius. It is an older 2002 model and another driver took off the front end while it was parked. Bismark replaced and painted the front fender and bumper and repaired and painted the hood and driver door to match. It now looks like a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. Very high quality repair and I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bismark exceeded my expectations in every way. Bismark's communication, professionalism, and honesty were outstanding. He carefully explained the repairs needed for my 2009 Honda Civic, ensuring transparency throughout. The end result is remarkable - my car looks brand new with no trace of dents or rust spots. I have already referred friends and family to Bismark, and I highly recommend his shop for top-quality work and trustworthy service. After having shopped around the Bay Area for different bodywork solutions, I am fairly confident it does not get better than Bismark, regarding quality, value, and honesty.

Bismark and team did a great job with my car. And they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was covered. They were also really great with communication, letting me know what to expect and when the parts would be available. I highly recommend Bismark and his auto body shop!!! Can t thank him enough for figuring out and fixing a botched repair job that was done by another auto body shop. I was going to another body shop 6 times for 3 hours at least waiting for the car at a time and Bismark with his amazing crew took less than an hour to figure out what the issue is and fixed it on the spot! A huge weight off my shoulders and knowing that my car is in great hands now!!! This is almost unreal!!! I was talked down to by that other auto body shop owner/mechanic and made to come back over and over (as I ve already said) for hours at a time to an end result that was not done well even after all the times I went back there. It all happened from a passenger window being broken and then that other body shop told me that I had to change a door latch and following that another door handle mechanism. One thing after another this was already strange to me but also each time one was fixed the other issue followed like a domino affect ..When finally I have had enough I went looking for another auto body shop and was highly recommended Bismark and his shop. So this is how I have happily ended up at Bismark!!! I am grateful for him and his time soooo much!!!! I am very happy and thankful that the universe possibly brought me to his shop!!

Wow!! Bismark, the owner, is the nicest guy! Beyond the best estimates and the fastest turn around times too, he kept going above and beyond by giving me a ride home. He ensured I would get my car back before leaving on a long road trip. He also offered to make sure my car was in shape for the long drive. I forgot there were still people like him doing great business. This place has that family owned business feel with top notch services and the utmost integrity. I brought my car to Bismark Auto Body to repair body damage and replace a tail light.The price that I was quoted was fair and reasonable so I asked Bismark to proceed with the work.The work was done in less time than Bismark had anticipated and the repair work was excellent; there s no evidence that any body damage ever existed.At all times Bismark was professional, polite and respectful. His follow-up was great and he was always good to his word.I highly recommend Bismark Auto Body and although I hope to not need any additional body work in the future, if I do I would absolutely use their shop again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From doing volunteer work in the city, I heard about Bismark. I took my 2009 RAV4 to have the rear bumper fixed. They replaced it completely and did the job very quickly. We worked out a fantastic price, they even washed and cleaned the car without asking. Needless to say after all that work my car looked like new.It is nice to know that businesses like Bismark offer great services to the community and enable us to do our work.Service: Body & Trim

Bismark and his crew are very trustworthy and hard working guys ! My grey Toyota Yaris got Vandalized. Multiple scratches and door damage. Bismark and his guys fix all the damage in about two weeks. Great paint job & body and trim. Hopefully my car doesn t get vandalized again but if I ever need a auto body shop I will go back to Bismark. Bismark and team repaired my Toyota Highlander and left it brand new. Our car was badly damaged in a small accident. The driver's door would not open and the front of the car was distorted. Bismark and team fixed the structural damage and left the car looking like new. The service was great. I had an amazing experience going to Bismark. I called earlier in the week and asked if he could fix my exterior door handle on the right front passenger side for my Toyota Camry 2000 and he said yes. I brought him the part and he installed and painted it for me. He s very flexible with time which I truly appreciated bc he waited till after hours for me to bring him the car part and my car. I left my car with him overnight and he got it all done in a timely manner! Price range is very reasonable. He s great I recommend going to him and I will definitely go back to him if I need anything fixed for my car. Thank you Bismark!!Service: Painting

Bismark is amazing!!! I damaged my car backing out of the garage and he did a phenomenal job fixing it - the car looked brand new! He was so helpful and friendly - he is always the guy I recommend to friends and family! Bismark Auto is fantastic and these guys do A++ work! I had moderate bumper damage which required replacement of the bumper and tail light. These guys were able to give me a fair, honest, and quick quote. They were in constant contact with me while waiting on the parts that were ordered (only took a couple days!) and then fixed it all within a matter of an hour. These guys are meticulous to details, very friendly and will help you out in any way you need. Bismark is so communicative and does fantastic work. He helped me with a relatively small body work job, but did not treat me like a small customer. He took his time to explain things and always picks up the phone himself. He worked directly with my insurance (Geico) to supplement what was needed based on the initial estimate. Wow!!! Amazing customer service. Amazing work on my Jeep. Bismark was able to fit me in so quickly. Everyone at the shop is SO friendly. They were able to fix a huge mistake I had made on my car. Bismark was recommended by my trusted mechanic and he did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, friendly, good listener and fair prices. I had what I thought was a mechanical issue with my door and Bismark realized it was a much simpler problem. He did not make me feel stupid, rather was very matter of fact, and showed me how to fix it. I would definitely recommend him and will return if needed. (He also cleaned and vacuumed my entire interior without my asking)

Bismark fixed my rear end damage on my new truck & left it like new. He gave me a complimentary wax along with great customer service & communication while fixing the truck. Bismark is the place to go! I was involved in a hit and run on my front bumper. I had to go through my insurance and my deductible was high so I shopped around for estimates because I was most likely going to pay out of pocket. Bismark gave a very good quote considering my situation. He gave me a quote that was $300 lower than the next cheapest quote I d gotten. It was significantly lower than my deductible as well. The end job was fantastic! My bumper looks good as new!

Years of parking our Honda Fit outside on the street finally took its toll. In addition to faded hood paint, there was a ding near the passenger-side rear view mirror. Bismark and team repaired the ding, repainted the hood and related sections, and also painted a black panel at the base of our windshield (which didn't seem to be in scope but the result was amazing). The cost was exactly as quoted, and the car was ready a day earlier than estimated. Bismark was easy to communicate with via text to schedule a workable pickup. Highly recommend!Service: Painting

I got my brand new rear bumper here at an incredibly reasonable price. Great job painting the new bumper with the exact same shade of the color of the car. They even had my car washed when I went to pick it up!!

Bismark was prompt, and knowledgeable about the specific issue I was facing. He did a free diagnosis and quickly fixed the issue. He also took a look at one of my headlights which was missing a screw, and replaced it for me, which kept the light in place. I recommend Bismark and will return for any auto body need!
