I am selling my Audi this month. Had contacted Audi service center to do a check and they wanted more than $ 1100. I contacted Big O Tires and they asked me to get the car. The guts on the counter had a great conversation and completed all the checks including doing an Oil change and all this for around 200 bucks. The customer service was excellent. The warm conversation that their executives in front desk have makes you feel confident that your car is in safe hands. They ate not pushy. Just warm and professional. Great place, great people and great professional execution of the job. I am glad I found them.

I don t have much experience with auto service, but this place is beyond amazing. I have requested the tire service early morning and the same day I got my tires done. Where the other places is a waiting time for a week or two, which wasn t working for me. The staff is very nice and friendly, and I was happy to see prompt and excellent service. Definitely in the future going to this place again and highly recommended.

I dropped in last week with my elderly uncle in his '07 Lexus LS460L with a large screw in the front tire. The shop was busy and crowded with cars, but a nice gentleman named Tony assured us he could get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, he helped find the factory wheel lock which was hidden in the trunk like a hard-to-find easter egg. We really had no idea where the wheel lock was, or why there even needed to be one for that matter! The important thing is that Tony took the time to help us, and was kind and accommodating to all our needs. They finished the car in 20 minutes and we were on our way. A very good experience (besides the screw in tire) overall. Thanks again, Tony!

A bought tires from them at a reasonable price. they said the rotating for free after 5000 miles. I brought the car back they told me the earlier the better, so I came when they opened at 7am. there was already 2 cars ahead of me, so I waited almost 2 hours from my car. Still a long wait for getting up early. But it was a Saturday I didn't see that many people working. So maybe a week day is better, don't know yet!

Waste of my time. I went in for a simple tire repair job, a basic patch for a screw lodged in one tire with a very slow leak. After taking down all my car and tire details they quoted $50 and 2-3 hours. Not great, but on a Saturday before a road trip it was ok. Hours later they called me, said I need 4 new tires! That is called a shameless upsell. Very common and possibly even legal. But a complete waste of my time. And not good for the environment to throw away perfectly good tires. I drove home, on the way stopped at a random auto repair shop who patched it in 5 minutes for a much lower fee. So stay away from Big O and their shameless fear monger upsell, and find an honest neighborhood repair shop. If you actually need tires, much better prices at Costco.

Found a nail in my tire. Yuri and his staff fit me in for a new tire (that was still under the r big O warranty!) just before the shop closed.The tires may be a bit more expensive, but the service is fantastic and the warranty you get with the tires is absolutely worth it.Much thanks for getting me back on the road safely and quickly.

Made appointment for tires over the phone with Will. They got the tires in the next day and asked if I wanted to come in earlier, which is what I ended up doing. Friendly shop, work got done in a timely manner, no high-pressure sales job like some shops give you. Very pleased.

I had booked my appointment online the morning of, there was a glitch that didn t notify the shop of my appt. However they worked their magic and fit me in their fully booked day. They didn t have my tire and gave me options, including ordering a tire for delivery later that day. I opted for the ladder and my car was available for pick up at 5 o clock. If you ever need tires, I highly recommend the guys and gal at the Geary St Big-O!

The Big O team at Geary are the real deal. I've had 6-7 things done over the years and it's always straightforward, fairly priced and never had anyone try to upsell me. I'll keep going there as long as they'll let me!

I think of Big O Tires as a national chain, so hadn t gone there and favored local businesses instead. I m pretty sure they re individually owned - I ve been to the Geary location now a couple of times and they have been super, super nice and helpful. Really cannot recommend them enough.

Called on a Tuesday for a Thursday appointment was told I d be notified when the tires came in. Thursday morning comes around and no call so I drop off my car as the appointment at 9am. 4 hours later told they don t have the tires. I get the bridge was shut but why did no one call me the day before letting me know the tires aren t here? No other tires available so a waste of 5 hours on a day I had to use my vacation days for this appointment. Will not return, go to Costco.

Can t get wrong with big O Tires. They are local, they are helpful and seems like a reasonable option if you need to change tires on your care. Shop around and they could help you to install tire you bought online

Everything was great until they left my vehicle out with the windows all the way down and unclocked for who knows how long before I picked it up. I could tell some homeless person went through my glovebox.

Honest people. Took my car in for squeaky brakes expecting to have to change. They told me I had plenty of life left and recommended leaving as is. No charge for the inspection at all.

Very bad service staff, and very rude, the big fat tall guy was very rude to us , he mess up everything, but he still think he is right. So rude and bad, I swear i won t come back anymore. And will tell everybody no go to Big O tires for any service.

Had a late night flat tire, and was able to book an appointment first thing on a Saturday! Will called me before my appointment to go over what they had in stock for me and I dropped my car off right after. As soon as I dropped it off, Will was calling me to let me know it was ready! It was about an hour but it went by smoothly. It s a great crew over there. They re friendly, dog loving, and good at communicating. I hope I don t have any tire problems in the future, but if I do I plan on going back to Big O tires!

Used their website to pick out tires and make an appointment. Their website asks whether you'll wait or drop it off, and I chose wait. I got an email saying they were reviewing my appointment request and then later another email confirming the appointment.But apparently making an appointment is totally pointless because they take walk-ins and don't give preference to work already scheduled. Not a huge problem for me since I work from home and could take the bus back, but might mess up plans for others. If you aren't going to set aside time to do work, why even offer appointments? Or at least they could have a disclaimer about this and not have you say you're going to wait around for the car when they can't guarantee a specific turnaround time.Their system online apparently doesn't work correctly with the store's because it was showing the wrong name and address information for me. Not a typo or something, but a random name and address.But most critically, they didn't have the tires we picked and can't get them at all because they are backordered.The guy working at the desk there was super nice and did offer a different set of tires that would work on my car, but we had researched tires and specifically come here because they apparently had them. If you don't have the tires, why confirm the appointment??I had already driven ~35 miles on the donut getting home from the flat, and now I've added another 5 miles, and still have to figure out somewhere else to take it. I wasted the time going over there and back and now I have to figure out somewhere else to take it and it probably won't be fixed until after the weekend.

I randomly stopped in to ask if they thought I needed new tires. It was determined I should get new back tires soon since they were old, showed me the cracks and they were able to replace it same day with no appointment, took one hour!He advised me about some other issues they saw. I didn t understand what one of them was (something with axial) so he showed me, which was helpful. I ll be back next week to get everything else in order. Much appreciate help and explanations!

We discovered a flat tire Saturday morning around 9:30 and they were able to get us in the shop by 10. To replace two tires was about 45 min. Friendly guys and quick service. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks!

Delores at the front desk was patient, knowledgeable, great at communications and customer service. Their prices are hundreds below what my dealer quoted, they did the work in less time than my dealer said was needed, and my car was ready before the promised time. I had a coupon but they were able to beat that price. Excellent work, great prices, and outstanding customer service. I couldn t ask for more!

I called the shop thinking my brakes were out again or near, my car had been running horribly for over a month. I spoke to Yury and instantly got good vibes by our conversation over the phone. I called on a Saturday and he said bring it on over, I left my car there and within 1.5 hours he called me and said your brakes are good, no need to replace them (they were not even 1 year old), he gave me a decent price on 4 new tires + an alignment package which was all I needed! My car is now running great again! Everyone at the shop was great and very helpful, I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of! Thank you Big O Tires and your professionalism! Definitely recommend this shop, you re in good hands.

Dealer told me I had to get my tire replaced, no ready to patch it. Big O patched it no problem, very friendly and professional service. Drove across across the country on the tire, still holding up great! Strongly recommend.

The Big O tires on Geary got my vehicle in and out with a tire patch on a very busy 3-day weekend. I didn t have an appointment and their phones were ringing off the hook and they had no spots to park any vehicles, but somehow they accommodated me, got it done in less than 1-1/2 hours and had me back in my car. They are awesome!

Amazing and friendly service from Tony and Dolores. We did an oil change, brake fluid flush, and tire change. Despite a small leak after the initial oil change, they went above and beyond to fix it and make it right. Tire change was fast and smooth process. Highly recommend and will be back for future services!

I went in there to buy tires. There was a huge line with only one worker attending us. She was really nice, gave meA quote for the tires but those ended up being out of stock. The only tires they had ended up being 70 dollars more in total than my original quote. It took while for them to go get the tires for me. At one point the woman at the desk had to go into the service area to remind the service members to grab me my tires. Overall I spent about half of an hour in there just to get two tires without install.

Great staff. They were attentive, called me with updates and were done on time. Totally recommend them.
