They were so fast, so helpful, service rep was so kind (Ishmael) and the technician (Roberto) also kind, professional and fast. My window is apparently really hard to come by (see curved glass) and they went above and beyond to call and locate a window as quickly as possible. Thanks Best Service Auto. PRICE POINT IS UNBEATABLE. Dealership was going to charge three times as much for the work.

I have a 2017 VW GTI that was indeed of a windshield replacement due to this ever expanding crack through my line of sight. The OEM glass on the GTI was made by Vitro and I called up Best Service Auto Glass to see what type of glass they had to replace my windshield. The representative on the phone said that the glass brand they work with is Fuyao. For those who don't know, Fuyao (or FYG) is an OEM glass manufacturer and has supplied OEM glass to manufacturers since 2018 or so. Since this was an OEM/OEE glass brand, I decided to move forward with Best Service Auto Glass for the replacement.The installer was very prompt and came to our house for the installation. The installation took maybe about 75 minutes before he was done. After the installation was complete, I noticed the brand of glass they installed was from Benson. And again for those who don't know, Benson is a more generic brand of glass and does not supply to glass to OEMs or any current auto manufacturer. This was definitely an aftermarket brand and wasn't what was promised on the phone.I got on a call with the manager at Best Service Auto Glass and they scheduled another glass installation due to this mistake. They came out 2 weeks later and installed a Fuyao glass. The installation was quick again and completed in under 75 minutes.For those who care about the brand they're getting when it comes to glass replacement, I hope my experience here helps you with your decision with Best Service Auto Glass. I personally take comfort from having a brand of glass that's more well known and supplies directly to car manufacturers vs unknown brands. That being said, Safelite also offers both Fuyao and Benson too.For those who don't care, Best Service Auto Glass provides great customer service, prompt and at-your-door service.

Best Service Auto Glass is hands down the best in the business from their friendly call center customer service to the mobile service techs! I Called them right up spoke to Rene gave my year make and model of my vehicle and he took very good care of me with a budget friendly quote and professional installation by Roberto who did an excellent job! I was impressed with their fast turnaround time and outstanding service I highly recommend Best Service Auto Glass to all.

Had a same day appointment. Everything done within 3 hours, from when I first called to when I got my receipt. Fixed windshield and cleaned glass in my car very thoroughly (he even found a very old croissant I had forgotten in there!). Very quick, on time for appointment, friendly technician, and person who answered my call, Jonny, was also very helpful and accommodating.

Got an appointment quickly and the service was very prompt and professional. By far the best price for window replacement in the San Francisco area. Got updates via text and email along the way which made coordination with company and servicer very easy. Would highly recommend.

I needed my window to be fixed asap even though they were booked solid they went beyond to figure out how they can fit me in. Less than 30 minutes later I received a call back saying they were able to accommodate me. They kept me upto date when the driver will be arriving. There were constant communication with both the office and the driver. Great Customer Service! I will definitely use them again and will refer the company. By the way they have the best rates.

After being the victim of a smash and grab at the Golden Gate Bridge rest area parking, this company was able to come to my hotel and replace the back windshield of my suv within a few hours of calling them. So glad I didn t go with my insurance and saved a bit through best service auto glass. The technician was very understanding and accommodating the tight parking areas. I appreciate their time and doing a great work since I d be heading on the road again.

Called to make an appointment for rear quarter window replacement on my Corolla. They were very professional and straight forward! Got a same day appointment and the technician did the replacement in less than 30 minutes (he even vacuumed out the broken glass). Great service and great price compared to Safelite and dealerships.

Cheapest out of 4 shops I called. My window was replaced and car was cleaned within 2 hours of calling them after getting robbed. Now I just need to get it tinted (I have limmo tint 5% has to be aftermarket 3M, not factory tint)

Great experience!!! Roberto and his team came SUPER last minute. My windows were smashed and I was leaving on a car trip the next day. They came first thing in the morning (arrived when they said they would) and did an excellent job. They were very kind as well. They did excellent work and my car is good as new!!!

They did a really great job replacing my back window someone busted out. They were very responsive, prompt, answered all my questions and concerns in a professional manner, price for the job was fair, and the technician Rafael did an amazing job with the installation of my new window! Looks good as new! Will def keep them on speed dial!

Professional, friendly, and fast!! From booking the appt to paying the invoice, quick and convenient. Hopefully we will not need to have any more of our windows replaced anytime soon, but if we do Best Service Auto Glass will be our first choice.

Called for availability, if they have windshield for my truck. And the guy who answered said yes we do. Asked them if they can do it right at that moment. And they said he ll call me right back. And they did and only took them an hour to came and did it for almost an hour. Pretty sure five star is not enough of what they do. Highly recommended 100% the guy who did my windshield name Roberto. Cool as hell first experience on my side regards windshield or any glass for cars. Definitely not going to any dealer or whatsoever. Got me a reliable resource. Thank you best service auto glass

Great service and response! I highly recommend these guys!!Crazy man smashed my window along with 20 plus more on my block and they were here the next day. Safelite was double the cost and 2 weeks out.

I have a 4runner that was broken into and they responded quickly, made the appointment right away and I'm amazed how fast the guy replaced the back window. He was done in like an hour or so and cleaned/vacuumed out the glass. My back window rolls up and down fine, defrost works. The price was also not as bad as I originally thought it would be. I'm impressed, especially with how customer service seems to be declining in most places. Great job!

our trunk window shattered when the hydraulic cylinder popped out while closing it. Best Service arrived on time and did a great job replacing it with a factory tinted rear window. Belter, the owner is very professional and a great guy! I had an issue with a service and he went above and beyond to take care of his customers! Really a rare thing to find these days.I had my window broken and the guys were able to fix it that day. They came out to my house and it was completed by the end of the day.Thank you guys!

Rafa did a very good job replacing our X1 windshield that suffered from a crack from getting hit by a pebble on the freeway. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
