My family has been taking our cars to B&W for many years, they are very good, honest people. I was panicking one morning recently, because I was about to leave for a long road trip when my engine light came on. I called B&W, and they were able to service my car right away, which was a huge relief for me! I sure do appreciate them.

B & W makes car maintenance easy. Their scheduling tool is easy and their front-desk staff is efficient and friendly. The issue with my car was diagnosed quickly and I was on my way in no time

I can not recommend this shop enough. They have a giant garage and even allowed my friend to bring in his RV one time. This is almost unheard of in the city. I have many cars and despite being able to do small jobs on my own I regularly fall back on these guys to lift the heavy weights. They are so fast and reliable and very fair labor costs. I am probably a very annoying customer trying to fix things myself with my novice skills and Darren has never once gotten mad at me. His soft spoken assistant is adorable too. Theoretically if he did have to bite my head off the nice young lady would probably make me smile even if it were 7am. I have been coming here for 10 years and cannot speak highly enough of their service and professionalism. They have done an excellent job repairing high mileage Land Rover and 4Runner. They are transparent with costs, fit the issue the first time and on time. I will be a loyal customer as long as I live in the State.

I took my 2001 car in for a checkup. The shop identified all the issues I needed to address and gave me a fair repair estimate. I highly recommend them for their honesty and customer service!

Quick same-day service of tires, brakes, alignment on a 2004 Toyota Sienna. Had to end up using a different type of tire due to availability, and they walked me through all the pros and cons very clearly. Everyone was honest, upfront, and professional. Thanks!

I found myself stranded after the studs on a hub of my boat trailer sheared off. I was able to do the work myself except for these stubborn broken studs that I couldn t extract.I showed up at opening to B&W, which was super busy but they took my ask anyway. They were quick, courteous, and effective. They gave me an old school, high quality vibe and would recommend based on how I saw they treated other customers.Service: Brakes

First mechanic shop to ever give money back! I first took my bmw to the dealer and they wanted to charge $400 for a diagnostic check even before knowing what the problem was. I instead took it here and they were able to diagnose the issue and not charge anything since there was nothing wrong with the car! Will gladly bring my car back here. I also did my brake fluid bleed here since the costs were much more reasonable than the dealer. I highly recommend this place!

I've had all my vehicles serviced here. Only exceptions are oil changes. Otherwise I've come here for all repairs and tire replacements for nearly 20 years. Got 2 new tires, tire alignment, and an oil change all for a reasonable price and very quickly! Dropped my car off at 10am and it was ready by 2pm!

I called B&W for an estimate for some oil leaks in my car. They called back in a very timely fashion and gave me what I consider a very fair quote. They also come highly recommended from my previous mechanic so I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I had a great experience with B&W. I took my car in for an oil change and a break check, within 2 hours they called me back with an update on my brake issues and a fair price quote. Work was complete within the same day and everything is running smoothly. This is the first time I went to B&W service Center. My car was serviced very quickly at a reasonable price. The young lady at the front desk was both helpful and friendly which was not the case for the other persons. Not a single smile, not even a good morning!! Not a pleasant welcome.

I showed up to get some service work done. They took my vehicle in right away. Did the job on the spot and very quickly. The price was quite a bit better than other shops. They were professional and courteous. I will definitely be going back when needed.I highly recommend.

These folks don't know what they don't know. I drove my car in to get the brakes fixed on one wheel. They said it also needed a "parking brake actuator"; I gave the OK. After they installed it, the car wouldn't drive and had to be towed; it is now a useless heap of metal and will be junked. On the upside, they didn't charge me for the work.Service: Auto brake repair

At my last service at the official dealer for my car I was told I needed my front breaks replaced. I shopped around and B&W quoted $100 less than the dealer for the same service. Scheduling a next day appointment was super easy. I took it in and within 30 min I got a call from the service tech saying that my breaks had at least 6 months left in them. When I went to pick it up, they refused to charge me for anything! I've never had better auto service and won't be going anywhere else for my car while I'm in SF! Love these guys. One of the only places in the city that'll work on my cargo van (2013 ford transit) and it just so happens to be right around the corner from me. They always get me in relatively quickly and are good with making sure you know pricing before they go in and do the work. Got tires, brakes, transmission, and engine work done here so far. The one time they couldn't do the repair (some crazy detailed transmission stuff) they recommended a shop down the way and they ended up being really solid too. I thought it was my brakes and thanks to the mechanics there they told me it was my tires. Had my car back and driving smooth at a great price.
