I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the outstanding service provided by the professional and kind team at Avenue Body Shop! After our car was vandalized, we took it to a shop recommended by our insurance company which was an extremely frustrating experience. After essentially denying our claim, we decided to get a second opinion at Avenue. It was the best decision we could have made!From the moment we walked through their doors, Joel and the team made the entire process seamless. They not only expertly handled the insurance claim for us but also went above and beyond in restoring our car to a condition that exceeded our expectations. Brought our Tesla to fix the bumper and trunk door. Not only did those areas look like new, my car overall looked better than when I left it there. For a body shop, fixing the car is the baseline, but what makes this place special is the people. I felt very welcomed, and they practically treated me like family. They even let my son (safely) view the body shop and cars - he loved it. They told me I was in good hands there, and that was more than true! Highly recommend!

BEST BODY SHOP IN TOWN!!! They do excellent job. I never received a better service than that. More importantly they work with their customers. So if you are looking for a great deal, you should come here.

It s these little hidden gems in the city that make it all worthwhile. I could go on about the professionalism, quality attention to detail, or throwing in an extra couple panels of paint for free while they re at it that you get from these family style smaller shops but it just doesn t do justice to the feeling you get when you get your baby back and see the finished product!

Really exceptional service from Joel who helped me out with some scratches and dents in my car!I originally came in with some paint damage to my car and the entire team has been super friendly and prompt with keeping me updated about the services for the car.They made the car look brand new for the damaged parts and even replaced the headlights with new ones and returned the car spotless on the inside interior and also under the hood! I had also lost my keys and they offered a replacement for me included in the cost of the damage repair. When I called in for updates all of the team at Avenue have been super sweet and prompt and walked me through the claim process with my insurance provider. They've taken a huge load off my mind while dealing with the damages. Highly recommended and I will let all my friends and family know of their services.

Easily (not even close) the most reputable and skilled body shop I've ever worked with. It's a close-knit family business, with a long history in SF. I've brought my truck in 3 times. Once for some elective work and twice after someone else banged it up. The work is immaculate, and everyone there is incredibly nice. They don't just do the repair, they return your vehicle to you in pristine (i.e., detailed) condition.

Brought my Tacoma in for rust repair around the windshield. Got an honest quote and superb service. When I picked the truck up, it had also been cleaned inside and out and looked great! I will definitely be returning for any future body work and highly recommend them

If you re considering bringing your car to the dealer for body work, do not! Bring it to Avenue. The folks at Avenue went above and beyond on time, turning the car around in a week, and on quality: I used insurance for the repair, and the insurance didn t approve an OEM replacement bumper, but Noe got one for me anyway. The car came from them looking as good as new. I m so grateful to the people at Avenue!

Joel and Noe, Anna and Maya (and body team) are always amazing. I've had a few large and small projects done here on my SUV, and I can't recommend them more highly. My mechanic of 15+ years, Action Auto referred me here years ago and thought I had reviewed Avenue, but just had a little work done, and if you need high quality timely service, they should be your first call.

Come to Avenue Body Shop! This is the best auto shop I have ever been to! I brought in my car for repair, and they went beyond the service that I requested. Aside from the team and owner being so nice, they were also very detailed and helpful in explaining everything from the work to the insurance.You can see the value in their work; I'm so happy with how my car turned out.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Great shop, Got into an accident without insurance and brought my car here to get an estimate. While I ended up deciding it was time to get a new car instead, they gave me a really fair price to fix it, and was very transparent with explaining everything to me. Very friendly family run business. If I m unfortunate enough to get into another accident, I will definitely come here in the future.

I had an accident in my garage as I was exiting. I had a road trip planned, and was bummed I wasn t going to have my car. I took it in on a Sat morning, after the incident. One of the few places I saw open. Joel was quick to help me get the process started. And was willing to help me out, as I let him know, and work with me. However, due to their prompt, prompt, efficient, beautiful job they did. I was able to get a call from sweet Rossi(hope I spelt it right). Saying it was ready early. Thank you all for such great, prompt work. I highly recommend them, if you re into keeping your things looking beautiful. Thanks all!!

I feel so overly BLESSED!Someone attempted to steal my little baby. Damaged my car.Broke window and my ignition.This heavenly recommended shop took me right in, worked with me and my insurance claim.My car looks brand new and they even did detail cleaning !Who does that?I thank each one of you.The owner Noe, Joel and all the beautiful women inside dealing with my claims and any team member I didn't meet.They made me feel so at ease. Everyone so easy going, gentle minded, friendly and kindhearted.Very personable and honest people.I know this is more than some would say but I am just super grateful.Thank you soooo much.

Can t speak highly enough about the team at Avenue Body Shop! They fought for me and the repairs that my vehicle needed- they were patient, honest, and did a fantastic job replacing two doors and repairing a quarter panel. Car looks better than new and it s thanks to the hard-working employees at Avenue- This is the place!

Avenue Body Shop did great work on my CRV mirror! Noe (the owner), Joel and the rest of the staff were kind, funny and good people. Noe found a used part to reduce the cost of the repair and made sure he provided a good deal. I brought my CRV in end of day, they kept it for a few days to order the part / do the repairs and quickly called me to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean on the inside and out! It was truly a great experience.

They did a great job with my car after my neighbor hit it after me only owning it less than a month. I'm always scared to leave my cars behind places, but they really dug into detail and got the job done very nicely. Looks like nothing happened at all to it. I'll definitely return, but hopefully I won't have to. That is, if my neighbor doesn't run into my car again...

I've never had such a great customer experience other than with Avenue Body Shop. They made me feel like family and I really felt taken care of during a time that is pretty stressful when dealing with car repairs. I've used them 3 times in the past 2 years for repairs, and the last time my car was involved in a hit and run accident and the car was not repairable. They gave me great advice on how to handle the claim, they were so communicative and reassuring on what next steps would be. Car repairs are never fun, but Avenue Body Shop does its best to make you feel like you matter and your car is valuable. Don't go anywhere else but here!

I have been taking our cars to Noe and his family for at least 10 years. I send all my friends to them, so confident am I in their work and integrity. They do quick, flawless work, are completely honest, and always give you the best price they can. I just came home from their fixing our three year old BMW, as well as detailing it. It looks new. But they also take just as much effort with a 19 year old Honda Civic that I park on city streets and that gets the heck beat out of it by careless drivers. They keep that one from becoming a jalopy, and always at an affordable price, since I am paying out of pocket. My insurance company also finds them fair and scrupulous. Go there and be happy!

Avenue body shop is the best body shop I've worked with. They are a family business and it shows. Avenue made my unfortunate car accident experience much better and were super helpful through the entire process from getting the car towed, to dealing with insurance, and estimating the repair. First thing I have to say is thaaaank you!! Especially Janai!!Mid pandemic still commuting around the bay using public transportation, killing my pockets and I finally find these guys....My car was pretty much totaled and I didn't have all my money up front, also didn't have insurance when I had my accident months prior ( long story , I have full coverage now)..Janai is the sweetest woman on earth!!She expressed to me that she knew the struggle and everybody is being affected and worked with me!We worked out an agreement, she and her staff where patient and now I'm on the road again!

I really appreciate the work Noe and his team have done on my car. He was very professional and made sure I knew what was going to get done and what would get worked on. This body shop is awesome. Brought my golf in after a crash and Noe took care of everything and kept me updated the entire time. He spent time with me to sit down and explain everything and dealt with the insurance companies for me. They were quick, super friendly and easy to deal with. The car looks as good as new and I will definitely come back here next time. Thanks Noe.

Avenue Body Shop seriously went above and beyond!! Went to get a few repairs done & when I wasn't able to afford a new bumper to replace my super banged-up one, they bumped out the dent for free while making the other repairs - all within an hour while I went to grab lunch nearby! Good reliable shop full of trustworthy & kind people - definitely will be referring them to friends & colleagues.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my 2014 BMW 228i to Avenue Auto after another driver scraped the driver's side door and back panel when trying to force a U-turn on a narrow street where my car was parked. Avenue Auto had the best reviews on Google by far and, after having had the damage to my car repaired at Avenue Auto, I whole-heartedly agree with all their 4 star reviews. Avenue Auto scores high on both the repair work and on their customer service.

The best body shop hands down! I was rear ended on a Monday afternoon. I called Avenue Body Shop and they sent a tow truck to me and had my car towed to the shop. They helped me get a rental car even though the Enterprise was about to close. I was on my way home within 20 minutes of arriving to Avenue. And 1 week and a day later, I am back in my car, happy as can be. Thank you Noe, Janai, Joel, and Esther. You have made a very stressful situation so much better. I will refer every one I know to your body shop.
