Excellent, professional took care of all insurance paper work. Completed installation of Toyota original windshield in about an hour while I waited. Highly recommend them.

It was a great experience. They were all so helpful and professional.I felt bad when mu car got vandalized, but they made me feel better by showing compassion and caring. The price was great as well and within my budget. Great experience. Will defer recommend it for everyone in need of their services.

No nonsense rapid service same day appointment at the shop. Part supplier didn't deliver, so customer service lady went and picked up the part to avoid delay. Seamless insurance connection. Seemingly perfect installation. Inspecting before leaving I had to ask the technician to come back with the vacuum to clean up a lot of missed glass shards in crevices and not so obvious places, and he did a great job.

The service was incredible. Above and beyond helpful, effective, efficient and with genuine care. They went out of their way to source the glass for my car in order to get my repair done the same day and at a price much more reasonable than one I had been quoted online that would have taken 7 - 10 days. I had a great experience here. They booked my appointment same day, and with a small discount. The staff was really kind and helpful. They helped with my door open light issue and vacuumed the glass pieces out of my trunk from the broken window that was being replaced. Service was pretty quick. I got advice on how to care for my vehicle going forward as well. I appreciated my experience here!Service: Glass installation

In a hurry to get my broken back glass of my CHR replaced, surprisingly, someone from Auto Glass Now answered my call though it was Sunday shops are closed. After getting all the needed details of my car by a gentle lady on the phone, i was asked to bring my car the following morning. The staff were really friendly and accomodating. I brought in my car in their shop at 9am and at 10:30am i was already on the road driving home. They did the work so fast and orderly. And i am fully satisfied with the quality of workmanship they re rendered. My appreciation to the craftsmen

What they deliver undercuts what they promise with a smile. Their glass work seems to be solid which I'd say what's important. Unfortunately, regardless of what they promise, you will have to do a lot of cleaning by yourself.There are cheaper places that would deliver the same quality of work, so feel free to save your money by going elsewhere.

I am really happy with my service from here. Someone tried to break into my car and shattered my back window. Tried to set up an appointment with other mobile window replacement shops and none were available or were too pricey. Finally found this place through Google and they were reasonable.Customer service was helpful and even helped me the same day for mobile repair. I hope my window doesn't get broken again but at least I know where to go for quick and easy service.

Fast, friendly service. I was pretty upset that someone smashed my window for a lighter and USB cable. State Farm listed AGN as one of the places I could go. I did not have a good experience with the National competitor last time, but AGN vacuumed most of the glass out and got the rest after I pointed it out. From the time I called State Farm to when I drove out with a new window was only 1-1/2 hour. All that frustration melted away as I drove to work a little late.

This place turned an overall negative experience of a car-break in into something positive. It was very quick and easy to call, schedule a time, and check to see if they had the part I needed.Even though I was late to my appointment, they were able to accommodate me and completed the job in a timely manner. The service included cleaning all of the broken glass out of my car which I otherwise would not have been able to do myself.

Our car window was broken into on a Friday night, Lynette located a window for us and picked it up . They had us back on the road in no time first thing in the morning. They were so kind and helpful . We really appreciated them!

A classic case of you get what you pay for. They clearly struggled to get my mirror cover back on after replacing my windshield, rather than take the time to do it right they stuck it on with this lovely black goo. Needless to say it fell off a couple days later. My check engine light came on the next day too so I can't wait to see what else they cut corners on. Unless you need the cheapest windshield replacement possible I would avoid.Service: Auto windshield repair

Went here a couple of years ago and liked the work. My windshield cracked, so figured I would use them again.. They trashed my vehicle, left it horribly dirty inside, gouged the paint above the windshield, left black resin spots on the hood and around the frame. They even broke the wiper mounts and just stuck the blades back on unsecured. In short, awful work.

I had two rock chips right next to each other on my windshield which can be really difficult to fix but they were able to fill them. Saved me from getting a new windshield.

I had a great experience with these folks. When other places couldn't get my rear window glass for days, Rovonne got it far quicker and charged less than half of Safelite. He also went above and beyond to take care of me. He was very communicative and even drove my car to me at the end of the day.The others there were also a pleasure to work with.There were some minor issues when they returned my vehicle but they were very receptive and quick to fix them.

I never leave reviews, but this place really amazed me with service, speed, and kindness. Linette was extremely helpful on the phone and in person. The rest of the staff were also very friendly to me. Same day service by a fast, competent and friendly technician. Arrive when on time and got the job done including vacuuming all the glass very well. Very reasonably priced, $150 less than my dealer. The appointment person was also competent and friendly. Great experience, highly recommend by my son who was also happy. Now I recommend them!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Went to Auto Glass Now after waiting over a month for a response from another company.Worked with Jasmine. She was spectacular. The communication was phenomenal and my windshield was repaired in less than a week. Wonderful! Will rave about the service and communication forever!
