I recently had a windshield crack that needed repair and I am extremely happy with the outstanding service I received from this company! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with such professionalism and care.What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by Jacky. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain the repair process to me and answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner.The repair itself was done quickly and efficiently, and the end result was flawless. I couldn't even tell where the crack had been! I was also impressed by how reasonably priced the repair was.Overall, I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of windshield crack repair. And if you do decide to use their services, make sure to ask for Jacky. He is an absolute gem - genuine, kind, and truly cares about providing the best service possible to his customers.

Had my passenger window broken and called a bunch of places. These guys were flexible on pricing, did an amazing job literally within an hour of me calling them and vacuumed all the glass shards too. Highly recommend!

This review is about a year late, but well deserved.Had my back window and the tiny little window all the way in the back on the driver's side door. I shopped all around, got a quote from the place that my insurance said would have a discount, and auto glass not only was the least expensive, but they were able to get the glass in for the small window quicker than any one else I spoke to. Service was great, would highly recommend

They are very efficient and fast. I talked to several other businesses but only felt comfortable with Jackie. Jackie conversation with me on the phone made me comfortable that they knew what they were doing. I made my appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. As one employee started to take out the broken windshield, a second employee arrived in a van just after the first employee removed the broken windshield with the new windshield. Perfect timing and coordination. The only thing they were wrong with is that they said it would take about an hour and a half to finish and they were finished in just over one hour . I hope I never have any more broken windows but if I do I will come here immediately. Thanks Jackie and staff.

The people at Power Auto Glass are amazing! Our car was broken into on our last day in town, and they were willing to stay open a little late while we drove across town. Their generosity and prompt service helped us so much! They vacuumed the glass out of the car and replaced the window in 20 minutes. When bad things happen, it's great to have such great people like at Power Auto Glass!

They came to fix my broken window and ended up DAMAGING my car by leaving scratches on my brand new Mercedes. I am heartbroken. The scratches happened when the worker was attempting to remove glue stain and debris around the window with a cloth.The owner Jacky Fong apologized and insisted in taking responsibility for this through a phone call. I was angry but thought he deserved a chance to make up for his mistake. Unfortunately when I wrote him in email restating his repair plan, he did NOT respond. He has been ignoring my emails and is refusing to respond in writing. I guess this is his way of handling business. Extremely shady and irresponsible. Very frustrated right now because the estimate for fixing these scratches are about $2700. (Almost 7 times the cost of the window repair)The strange thing is he would not send me the invoice for the window installation. Maybe he wants to pretend that he never fixed my car...I am having a horrible experience because of Power Auto Glass even after someone broke into my car and is hoping that my insurance can help me.. I hope that my review could prevent anyone else from having this type of experience. Please beware.

If you are looking for fast, reliable and affordable windshield replacement, this is the place to go. Called to get an estimate for windshield replacement, the most affordable place in the city. Jackie was friendly and made sure I had all the information I needed it before going there. They were super busy when I walked in. Service was done in within 1 hour wait. Very satisfied! If you have a Volkswagen they will not be able to repair your windows. It s unclear to me what the reasoning was. I was told they can t get it Just giving y all a heads up before your waste your time

Had my car window broken into down by the wharf, a lot of shops were closed and I gave jackie a call and he said come down I ll take care of you, he even had the tint for me too. He took about 30 min to put a new window in and clean up all the broken glass for me. Jackie is amazing, within an 1.5 of me discovering my broken car window, it was replaced. He vacuumed the whole area affected by glass, including my dogs car seat. No gimmicks. No surprise bills. THANK YOU JACKIE!

Upon calling around, this auto glass shop quoted me the lowest price for the replacement of my side window. Upon arriving, they made me feel welcome and assisted me in under 1 hour. My 2022 Dodge Durango got broken into, glass shattered everywhere. Called, they said no problem, fixed it in and cleaned the entire inside in less than hour. These guys are true professionals and provide superb customer service. I definitely recommend them. No hassle, no bs, no hidden fees, just amazing, straight up good business.

As expected every few years or so, my car window got smashed late on Saturday afternoon parked in Uptown Oakland, even though nothing of value was in the car. Luckily, Auto Glass was open on Sunday, had the appropriate window in stock, and quoted a very fair price for the full replacement. I dropped my car off at lunchtime and my window was replaced less than an hour and a half later. They even cleaned off the tiny bits of window shards that I hadn't had a chance to vacuum away. I very much appreciated the straightforward, no-nonsense, great work and service, and I strongly recommend Auto Glass to anyone in SF whose turn it is to pay the broken window tax.

They re really the best here! Super kind, fast, and communicative. Cheapest window replacement in the city. Hopefully won t need to go back, but most definitely will if I have to. ;)

Definitely recommend! I was on a road trip in San Fran and my car got broken into unfortunately. Called my insurance and got my windows fixed the next day! They look amazing. Also to my surprise they vacuumed out all of the broken glass in my car. As I was leaving for work this morning, I discovered that the passenger window of my brand new car was broken into and shattered into a zillion pieces. I had an important meeting that I had to attend so I googled "mobile auto window replacement" and these guys were at the top of the list. My insurance company initially referred me to another place, however, the soonest they could get someone out was next Monday (today is Tuesday)! When I called Power Auto Glass, they told me they could get someone over to my office by 11:30am. Sure enough, the awesome guy showed up on time, told me he would be done in an hour and guess what?!? He was actually done in an hour! To my surprise, he also had a shop vac with him and cleaned up all the broken glass that was inside. I wasn't expecting that. They guy was also very friends and extremely professional. I was expecting to pay a higher rate with that fast of a service, however, the cost was the same as the other place that couldn't see me until next week. I hope my car doesn't get broken into again, but if it does, I will be calling these guys again and also referring anyone who needs a new window.

Truly the kindest and best auto experience I ve ever had. I call on a Sunday night when my car had been broken into, and I was desperate to get if fixed so I didn t have to leave it Street parked like that over night and miss work in the morning. The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and so I got there as quickly as I could and he still got if fixed at 7pm in only 40 minutes and better yet was less expensive than the quote my insurance gave me to fix it 3 days later.

Very responsive and quick fix!Called in late evening on labor day and was surprised someone even picked up the phone. Jacky offered me to leave the car in the shop overnight so it can be fixed first thing in the morning. He said it would be ready by 10am and sure it was ready on time.

Friend from out of state had a broken window and needed a repair to drive back out of state same day.Auto glass clearly stated they had it in stock. so my friend went directly to them to find out that they really didn't have it. Be careful when they say can do it same day and have it in stock.Auto glass charged 350$. Thankfully because they did not have the glass another shop took care of the issue for only 220$ that same day. Beware...

My window got replaced but they were $100 more than other places. But they were open when I needed(the only reason to go there, and why they got the second star) they did a poor job removing the broken glass from the car. There were large pieces of glass all over. A 2 min sweep with a vacuum and a rag could have done better. They also lost a peice of the door trim and denied it. Stating that it was never there. If you can get your window changed someplace else, you should

Affordable, fast and efficient. Called ahead and they had my window in stock. They gave me a quote (around $190 or 195) and even got it tinted for an extra $45-ish.
