I was referred by a long time customer and this doesn t always mean you re going to get great service but there are no auto body, repair and maintenance shops like Auto City Repair. Jaime is honest and extremely professional. I had body damage, brake replacement and oil change. My car was done in a fair amount of time and runs perfectly! I would recommend them to anyone.

I pushed in my car in Got a great price, Got a client of my own.I Was able to feed and water my dog .. Even had the councillor give me advice on where to take a walk in the city.... was able to warm up cold pizza of couse before I left. And was Provided napkins for my meal. Was able to charge my phone Came back paid Signed two pieces of paperDove away.........Yeah they're okay I guess.

This is my favorite shop in San Franciso. They can fix the alignment of your Ferrari's window seal or rebuild your Manconi to slice that mortadella.

Driving our Benz Sprinter from Toronto, Miami, San Diego to Yosemite National Park. Felt panic when the brakes sign light was on. It was on Sunday. After doing some research we drove our RV straight to the auto city repair shop preying for good luck. They replaced the brakes rotors and pads, engine oil changed as well. We charged our RV battery there as well. They did great job!

I got alignment done here. Arturo and Jaime were approachable, friendly , honest and knowledgeable on the issues going on with my car .. Service was great, timely and quite affordable. I would recommend them to anyone ..

I've had my vehicles serviced by Jaime for almost 30 years! He is THE BEST! Super honest, friendly, reliable and affordable. I recommend his service to everyone I know. Arturo and all of his coworkers are also very friendly, helpful and punctual. Amazing service. I was trying to take my rear car seats out to replace a part underneath. But got a bolt stuck.. visited Auto City Repair and they used multiple tools in their arsenal to get to stuck bolt out.. and DIDNOT CHARGE me for anything, even after when I asked to pay multiple times. Who does that now-a-days! Very impressed by their service.. My future go to place in SF.

Service and experience was excellent. I needed repairs quickly for a broken belt and Hyman was able to do the work right away. Best part for me was how well Hyman communicated everything along the way. He explained everything clearly and gave me updates on everything, which is really important to me. Auto City has done many repairs to my old truck, mainly from harm done by vandals.I cannot compliment them enough, most especially to the "big boss" Jaime He's the best..... a true gentleman(don't want to forget Katherine, the secretary, she's very nice also) Take your vehicle here.....you'll be glad you did

I had a great experience. Jaime was able to fix my car at much less than State Farm estimated the repair. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely use this shop when I need to in the future.

2023 update: the service is still stellar, I highly recommend you choose this garage for all your car repair and maintenance needs!If you are looking for a garage with great service, the right knowledge and skills, and great prices, look no further! Jaime and his staff are amazing. They are friendly, competent, responsive and you know you can trust them. They will only do the work that s needed and give you tips and advice for the next steps/maintenance. This is now the only garage I will be visiting for all my car maintenance and repair needs. I strongly recommend!

Jaime and team are great, I take my truck there and he troubleshoot until he found the issue, they were fast and very polite as always, I will be coming back for them to take care of my vehicles also the lady at the reception is nice ( didn t catch her name) . Jaime fixed what 4 previous auto shops couldn't! He guessed what caused the noise while turning and was determined to be 100% certain. He replaced 7 bad u-joints on my Jeep, and he did it fast! He test drove before and after too! He's friendly, honest, and great and determined to diagnose and repair. I won't take any vehicle to any other shop again! He has a customer for life! It was the most pleasant auto shop experience ever! Thank you, Jaime!!!

Amazing. I fell out of the sky as a traveler from a couple states away with a problem. I called out of the blue and then went to the shop. Jaime was very helpful listening to my engine and working through the symptoms.Jaime was eager to be helpful but not to push services. We decided that maybe it would be more informative to have another listen to it later in the day after the engine was properly heated up from a trip across the city and back. When I returned later that day we determined the problem and he helped me get back on the road.1) There was never a push to sell a service or work that wasn't actually necessary.2) The shop itself appears busy but also clean and well organized - a VERY good sign for a mechanic you want to work with.I fell out of the sky with a problem - ripe to be sold services and work because my priority was to be capable of getting on the road for 800 miles not to shop around for the best price.I feel very lucky to stumble into a shop that values doing the right thing instead of the opportunistic thing. That sense of ethic evidenced itself through the investigating, question asking, problem solving, exploring options, shop upkeep, and genuine curiosity shown by Jaime.Why should my review mean anything?My engine/vehicle experience: High. On top of a seemingly endless list of my own vehicles (I like used cars, trucks, postal jeeps, old cop cars ...etc) and friend's vehicles, my ex-husband (yup, right to marry also means right to divorce) had a habit of bringing home mechanical strays from cars to boats he said he would fix (I would actually fix).My experience with mechanics: HighOutcome: I'm home, safe and sound.TL;DR: Great. I told my niece who lives nearby & has new baby to use them if she needs a mechanic. Call them. Why are you still reading? Call them!

I have a 12-year old Toyota truck that is not driven much, but does need maintaining. I have always preferred independent service shops like Auto City Repair to dealerships, as I want to know the people involved. Arturo and Jaime are honest and fair, the work they recommend is done well and on time, and the cost is reasonable.They are close to public transportation here in San Francisco and a short bike ride, so it's easy to get there and go about my business when needed.Their bright orange building on the RIGHT HAND side of Folsom Street is hard to miss, too! I recommend them for bodywork too, as I've seen pretty amazing results (for other vehicles) come out of there, too!

Love these people. Honest, personable, and extremely competent. They just saved us $1000 on a bumper/rear light repair. They will always try to give you their best for the least amount of money. They understand customer loyalty. We've used Auto City for 30+ years! You won't find a better crew of people to care for your car.

Great service, good advice always. took our car their because of a noise, they checked out the car and couldn't find any issues, and they didn't charge us for looking at the car. have previously taken my car there for preventative maintenance be cause i was giving my car to my son for use at college. new belts, hoses, flush radiator and brake lines. was very pleased with the cost and the timeliness of the repair times.

We have had two BMW's serviced by Jaime and his great crew for the past 20 years or so and never been disappointed at the quality and promptness of their work. I can't tell you how much money we have saved but their prices are very reasonable and we have benefitted plenty.by using them.

I am very happy with the service I receive at this place. I ve brought my car in several times for service and Danny the mechanic always lets me know what s going on with my car. He is professional to the fullest and does premium work. I parked in front of this shop, headed to my hotel after 18 hrs of driving (with everything I own in my car) and a gentleman, Arturo Nieto, came outside and offered to let me park in the business space so that my belongings would be safe. Such a wonderful show of kindness and humanity that I will be bringing my car here for ANY repairs. Paying it forward is what makes the world a better place!

4.8 The service was great and staff was friendly! The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars was that I had to call them for each update; did the part come in and when would the car be ready. But each time I called, everyone was super helpful. I'd go back, but really hoping that's not necessary anytime soon.

If you find yourself in a situation where you need a collision repair shop, this place is top notch! Honest people, great communication, excellent service and repairs! I highly recommend Auto City repair and their team!I brought in a CTS-V after I was hit from the side and they did a phenomenal job!

I have been taking my car for 6 years to Auto City Repair. I love these guys they always fix my car that is a 2002 Mercedes, and has ongoing Maintenance probem but they always come through and if they miss something the fix it. Thank You Jaime and Arturo
