At every organization, you have to find the right people. I met two spectacular and helpful individuals at this outlet. If you need help with parts, visit or ask for Sandra Lincoln (Sandy); If you need help with service, visit or ask for Klever Jurado. They both helped me phenomenally by going out of their way in their individual capacities. My lights were out and they helped me put it on without an appointment. I am not an easy customer so I recommend these guys and I mean it when I say it.

I was there today 11:30am 12/19/23 for License plate bracket for my Audi and was given an attitude by the service person at the reception, they finished and did not install bottom 2 screws very simple service request and became an irritation. I would never get my car serviced here and am thinking twice now about getting an Audi in San Francisco. You lease a $70k car you would think service linked to it would be better!

I purchased the extended service package from Audi SF. The team here was extremely professional and provided cost effective advice on servicing steps. Marin Maric specifically was helpful when I came in for a tire puncture. He was able to fit me in for an appointment within 15 mins of me calling. He also made me aware of the fact that my tire warranty was still in effect and that it would cover the cost of replacing the tire. Overall a fantastic experience!

It s really nice to have a local resource that values providing high quality customer service.Today, I worked and had a very positive experience with Chris Sung.(1) I initially called to make an appointment to get my oil changed. During the call, Chris looked up my profile and noticed that I was due for my 40K appointment. He reminded me to make an appointment for that service and saved me making an extra trip.(2) When I dropped off my car, I mentioned a problem I was trying to solve regarding my mom's car lease in southern California. Not only did Chris provide needed advice, he also asked for my mom's VIN so he could help me look up the information I should have looked up!There is five star customer service, which Chris definitely provides. And then there is the kind of "above and beyond" service a person provides because he has a good heart and is a good human. That's what I experienced today.

Needed camera repair and maintenance on my 2015 A4. Darren in service was fantastic! Explained everything clearly, dealt with insurance seamlessly, and got my car running like new again. Top marks for Audi San Francisco!

My experiences with the service department at Audi SF have been great. The services are quick, and I ve always worked with Chris who has been really communicative, and tries his best to take care of problems in a way that s fair and reasonable!

Marcos and Darren were very helpful in serving my Audi a4. The service was a quick turnaround and everything runs great, they also helped replaced a damaged part free of charge.

Derren was a perfect service manager. He knew all about my car and they took care of the intermittent issue in quick time. The multi-point inspection also uncovered some other necessary maintenance that they were able to take care of while the car was in. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to Derren and the service team at Royal Audi SF.

Chris S is the best! Friendly and fast service. This is the place to go, very good communication and helpful.Update!!! Marin M is also the best! Great friendly service and love that they send a video of my car related to my service request. Also comped my Uber ride. Very communicative and eliminates the myth that all dealerships are bad. Top notch, worth the cost to get it done right and have peace of mind

As usual, my visit to the service department was quick and professional. Marin is easy to work with and helpful in answering all my questions during my visit and taking good care of my car. The video of and clear explanations of the service performed is a welcomed addition.

Chris helped me tremendously today.I was in the Sonoma redwood forest and had a car problem. I figured I could fix it but needed help. I called my San Francisco Service Center. I was 1st told to lookup and watch a youtube video but I was in the forest with barely any fone signal. I could not have hunted for and watched a video. I got transferred to Chris and he patiently walked me through the fix- and told me a different thing that made the problem go away faster. I appreciate Chris taking the time to walk me thru a few fixes I would normally have been able to do myself. It saved my day when the next alternative was AAA. Thanks Chris.

Wow! What amazing service! I live in the North Bay, and was unable to make a trip to the city! I spoke to Dwight, he coincidently had a driver coming to Sacramento, he offered to pick it up. Once it was in for service, I received a text, and was able to communicate via text through the entire process. So much easier than phone calls. I also received a video of my vehicle being worked on , such transparency! Thank you Dwight and Team!Service: Electrical

Send in my 2015 A3 to work on the passenger seat airbag sensor the day before I travel to East Coast. I knew the job would take at least one week. My service advisor Klever is kind enough to hold my car until I'm coming back to SF after two weeks. Highly recommend.

Shout out to the Audi SF team (and particularly Jesus Cordero) for taking great care of my a4 over the last 3 years.If you or your friends have an Audi, do yourself a favor and get Audi care + bring it to these folks. Great work, timely communication and a very happy car.Only things to improve would be a car wash (thanks SF bureaucracy) and maybe a slightly higher taxi budget (though it does work if you take muni one way ).

Marin at Audi Service department charged me oil change for $477.75 , I told him that I did same thing last year was $200.00. He told me that's because of inflation. WOW over 100% inflation and if I need get a discount , I have to pay in cash or debit card.

My Audi has a yellow oil low warning while I was driving in the city. Stopped by at Audi service center and Klever quickly checked and topped off all the fluids. Great customer service!!

Service in SF is far less than other Audi service centers. When I asked "Can you guys arrange Uber from my trip home, I was met with "Don't you have Uber on your phone?" . Competitors for Audi take this extra step. Unfortunately Audi SF does not. For the overpriced service of an Audi service center, they should do better. Zero personality and zero customer service skills.

Very misleading!!!Called to have my Audi window replaced because I got broken into.After speaking to my insurance company and them telling me that Audi is one of their locations that they work with I gave them a call. Audi person over the phone was nice as pie, telling me that it wouldn t be a problem and that they work with insurance all the time. So I made an appointment for the next day because they didn t have an availability for that day. I was a little reluctant to have my car sit over night with no window but the idea that a dealer was taking care of my car and that it was going to be done right put my mind to rest. Next day I bring my car in and was greeted by the nicest people. While dropping off the car they told me they preferred that I paid up front ($895) and have the insurance company reimburse me. I this point I told them that when I called the day before I was told that they work with insurance companies and that my insurance company agreed. They then told me they do and that me getting reimbursed by the insurance company was their way of working with insurance companies. I told them that s not them working with insurance companies that me working with insurance companies and took my car down to Bay Shore Street to In and Out glass company and got my glass done in an hour for $195 out the door. To me this is misleading, if you don t work with insurance companies just say we don t work with insurance companies!!!!Service: Body & Trim
