Highly recommend. Job was done perfectly, got my car clean, customer service is great - text updates throughout the whole process and office that pick up the phone and helpfully answers all the questions.I also liked the fact that instead of holding my car and waiting for small plastic part I got it back and they will just call me when it arrives and put in 5 min. Very nice solution.

Had my car damaged by hit and run and insurance directed me to this shop for the repairs. They were so friendly and the whole process was well-communicated. I think they're a gem of a find.

I needed to have body work done on my newish XC40. I was immediately impressed on how well the shop kept me informed, via text messages, on the status of the repairs. The quality of the body work and the paint matching was perfect. Additionally, the entire team was very professional and courteous. There was only one minor issue with a sensor needing some adjusting after the fact, but they handled this very quickly and even ensured my transportation to/fro my home.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chiara set the bar and my experience here. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, sets expectations, and communicative.The shop did excellent work on repairing the minor damage to my Mercedes. Our job was not complex, but was scheduled and carried out in very challenging circumstances, in the midst of an intense spread of Covid infections. Alioto's, like many other body shops and garages was having problems fielding a full crew . Getting parts was also disrupted. In all cases, the shop stayed in contact. All of our interactions were friendly and professional. Our car was returned in fabulous shape, and we have to say that I've never experienced a car returned as clean and fresh . . . inside and outside. We have a quite old car, although we've tried to keep it in as good a shape as possible. It was refreshing to have a crew, such as Mr. Greenblat and his colleagues, demonstrate such respect for us and our car. We recommend this shop and its crew without reservation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Incredible customer service. I went to this shop with a fender issue and they repaired it for free with a cheap, fast solution that was exactly what I needed in a short time span. Best auto shop service I've ever had.

Worst experience possible. They told us the car would take 4-5 days to fix. 16 days later we get it back. Today they said it's not ready to be picked up because it needed to be "detailed". Getting the car back it was dirty with streak marks and smudges all over the windshield and rear window. The door that they replaced still had a huge yellow marker streak across it so hard to see how it was detailed.

They had my car fixed extremely quickly, and assured me with great confidence that they had it under control. Also, they sent me email updates so I knew the status of the repairs as they progressed. I had a nasty deep scratch on my front bumper and my license plate had to be screwed back in to the bumper. The car was fixed on time and they even washed it!

Alioto s Body Shop is the best! My 2001 Saturn was sideswiped, driver mirror hanging by a wire and driver door paint scratched. I was upset as Mike explained that I would need a new mirror. In the meantime, he was able to put mirror back temporarily and removed most of the scratches except one small spot. I can only praise the Body Shop, and Mike s outstanding care and concern. Alioto s has been taking care of my car for years and every time their service, care and professionalism has always exceeded expectations! Thank you Alioto s!

When it comes to my car, I am really detailed oriented.The technical advisors are real professionals. They provided a one stop shop service for all your collision and repair needs.Super Clean!! This place is amazing. My bumper was loose on one side and I came to Will's to get a second opinion after being quoted $900 at another body shop. For under $100 they fixed the problem AND cleaned my car.
