Alioto's does wonderful work. Hong my insurance adjuster and Maria were excellent and thoughtful communicators. In addition to an insurance claim repair they were able to fix a problem leaky window that a discount glass installer created and was unable to correct. Alioto s fully removed the window and reinstalled it. Saving me the price of a new window.

Alioto's has very thorough and high quality work and customer service. They helped facilitate the insurance and car rental so that it was seamless. They were very responsive all along, even after when I had a follow up issue. I got very regular text and phone updates. They respected my preferred name and pronouns (for the most part). The van was returned cleaned which was above and beyond. I am super satisfied with the work they did. Van looks great in the front section where it was repaired- like new!

My jeep was repaired at Alioto's after being hit by another car. Alioto's made a inconvenient situation much more convenient to deal with. From the beginning, they were extremely helpful in coordinating the tow of my car, assisting with the rental car, setting reasonable expectations for time of repair and working well with insurance. Throughout the process they updated me twice a week or more on the status of the repairs. When I picked up my car it was ready to go and was cleaned inside and out. The repairs were done very well and I would definitely use them in the future.

Having dealt with body shops in the past which were decent, these guys surpassed my expectations in comparison. For the short time my vehicle was there, from check in to check out, they were on top of it. Front office staff checked me in with a smile on their faces and very friendly and professional. Answered the few questions I had. Then Tam from body shop introduced himself saying he will be attending to my vehicle and asked if I had any concerns and let me know what were the next steps and possible wait time. Also while the vehicle was in the shop for only the few days, he and the staff updated me almost daily what state of repair it was in up to completion. Never had that from previous shops I had visited. VERY IMPRESSED! If any of the readers of reviews sees this, go to them for your vehicle claims!

Do not recommend. Make sure you do all photos of your car before. Check your car after service, I guess you will found something new. Wasn't don work as it was.Make new damages and scratches.Did not assemble whole parts.

Took us two days to quote $1300 to replace a broken window. When we said that seemed high, claimed they had sent us the wrong quote. When three other shops quoted us $300 or less to do the same work, we picked up our vehicle from them. Garage shop coordinator blew up at us and berated us for getting quotes from other vendors. Don't be fooled by how "nice" this shop seems, they're slow and overpriced.

Great place, very professional. Except the front desk lady who wears leather pants and big lashes. She was VERY rude on multiple occasions, definitely put a damper on our experience.

All the stuff here provided Excellent customer service Richard good care of my car and got it repaired quickly and also cleaned it up a bit so when I picked it up it looks like a brand new car again. They kept me informed of any delays which luckily was only an issue with delivering the first replacement part but didn t take long for them to receive a new one and get the car put back together they even waited a few minutes after hours for me to get my car back because I was running late. I would highly recommend Alioto s Do anyone!! Unfortunately I ve been in a couple of accidents but I ve always taking my car is here it s not a great work and customer service they provide also that they have an on-site rental car service available to make the process more smooth!! Great experience. They estimated the car well, worked with my insurance company, and since there were parts to order, let me have the car back while they waited (it was a cosmetic repair). Then when it was time to do the work, I brought it in and there was a great app that kept me up to date with exactly what the repair status was and when it would be ready. Our vehicle was rear ended and had to get the car repaired. Alioto s works with our insurance and they are also Tesla certified - so we decided to work with them. Long overdue review. No longer live in the Bay Area but took my Tesla Model S here multiple times over the years. Was always taken care of, great friendly staff, highly professional. They went above and beyond multiple times when dealing with Tesla was difficult and always kept me up to date with what was going on. Work was also solid. Highly recommend for anyone in the SF/bay area.

Good honest people. Great quality work. Works directly with my insurance company. They are one of the very first and few shops that are Tesla certified! They did such a great job I bought their staff pizza as an extra thank you.

What can I say.... Alioto's never disappoints! I've going for over 20 years for service here....and it's always stellar! Very prompt responses... They do amazing work. And most importantly, the people that work there are hard working and really care about their customers. I'll be going to Alioto's garage for any auto body needs for the foreseeable future.
