Customer service is horrible. They will only answer from email . Won't let you speak to the owner or manager. They don't answer phones. They say they will ship. Items to different states they do not, and they keep asking for more money for me to pay my own shipping after I pay over $400 for my part. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DON'T TRUST....!!!! RED FLAG !!!! RED FLAG !!! SCAM, AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I PAYED FOR

Horrible customer service! They have a car listed on Craigs List with no info. I call and ask about DMV fees and if it s clear title. The young guy is helping and I can hear him ask his manager. After 3 basic questions the manager jumps on the phone and ask what I want? Told him other guy was helping just fine but he jumps in rude and hostile. No customer service skills at all.. I do hope this is not his businesses! Let him know, there are no plate # showing and I want to get REG fee from DMV.. he said come buy it and then you can take it and find out! I was like no, I don t want to buy a car with $1800 in late fees. He told me he had a buyer on Saturday anyway. Let him know that isn t guaranteed, I have cash money and he didn t care. I was nice but this guy was far from professional. Let know, I would become from the Sacramento area and have to ask questions ahead.there was no chance I could even ask about car when the workers are privileged and have no one to answer to. I am in the automotive industry and these guy are tough guys with no business skills. Reminded me of the repo man.. no soft skills and a joke.

Arwin was very kind! I m an artist and needed an old car door for a collage project that I am working on. I came in not know what to expect and Arwin showed me the selection, and took the door off and gave it to me for my project for free. I ll post an update when I m finished with it.

Outstanding outfit. I got a flat coming across the bay bridge and pulled off and they really went above and beyond. I had a meeting to catch and left the car with them and they were able to get a used tire the exact same brand on the car within an hour of my return. This place has everything car related. I got a great set of tires with all matching rims. I also got them at at almost a steal. I have a 2001 Honda and I love it. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. Their on top of their game with auto parts. If you need car parts and your on a budget call them you will not be disappointed. Drive Safely

Sean thought he had the part for my 2004 Honda Accord so I can drive over to buy the part ; however, he quickly called me back to inform me that he didn't have the part. He actually found the part at his competitor's for me. Great service.

I called here to find a part for my Acura. Sean, whom I spoke with was incredibly helpful and I rarely experience this type of service in this industry. I will happily visit Ajak to locate parts for my Subaru next.

This business is well set for recycled auto parts that are reasonably priced. Office is clean and organized well. The staff are very helpful.I will go there no question about it.

Crooks and dishonest People! I would not do business with them. Sold me a failed transmission unit and called within the 30day period . They never warranty or exchange the unit how can you steal 1200 from someone and sleep at night Mr shaun? Even if the module couldn't be replaced an exchange of a working transmission unit would be the honest thing to do.

Ajax worker went out of his way to do extra. Vehicle was in a tight spot and I didn t have keys somehow he managed to have my vehicle gone .all thanks to Ajax ( This is a real review I am not a bot )
