Zach and the team here are great. They were super thorough with my Tiguan with detailed communication as well. Zach even took the time to show me specifically under the hood of my car, everything that was going on. Quick service too!

I take my beloved VW Golf R MK7 in for routine service at Advanced Autowerks. I drop it off in the morning and it's done by afternoon. Zach is personable and never does any major repairs without talking to me first. A few months back they identified a water pump leak and knew about a recall that saved me over 1000$. I love my car and I trust their expertise. It's a great place for VW services.

The shop is highly professional, but quite expensive. The repair bill for a valve cover leak, an oil filter housing leak and changing thrust bushings was $3514.75. The shop provided me measurements to justify most repairs which is the technically correct way to assess wear and tear.Advance replaced a $716 valve cover as a precaution on a part they said endemically fails, but Google had no search record of endemic BMW valve cover failure. They did tell me up front and I didn't pay close enough attention.

Between 5 vehicles and over 10 years, both my wife and I have been fortunate enough to rely on Advanced Autowerks. Zach and his whole team work their tails off for their customers. The work is always explained clearly, the work is done with expert precision, and the price is always fair. I literally bought my last car brand simply so I could stay with these guys for our mechanic. All of our interactions here have been smooth and non-confrontational and I find that so refreshing, especially considering how acrimonious and distrustful some mechanics can be. Seriously, if you have an Audi, BMW, Mini, VW, or anything else they can work on, look no farther, this is your new shop.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

All the positive reviews of Zach and company have been spot on. I needed to find a good mechanic shop for my A3 and they have been nothing short of fantastic (both timely and ethically). I came in for the standard 40k maintenance repair but Zach thought it was unnecessary for the time being. Well, there's no doubt in mind that I have found my go-to mechanic and will spread the good words.Service: Oil change

I called Advanced Autowerks at 5:55 pm due to an airbag warning light that popped up on my VW dash. Zach kindly talked me through the possible issues and advised me on the best course of action at the end of his work day. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. If I ever have an issue with my VW when I'm in the city again, I'll definitely be calling Advanced.

Recently got an oil change done on my Audi and have to say the customer service here is excellent. The service reps are very friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me some good preventative maintenance tips for the future. The shop is also very neat and clean, which typically signifies to me that they're orderly and have good attention to detail. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for more service in the future.

After many shops were unable to fix an intermittent issue with an old car that plagued me for too long and then these guy nailed it right away, ever since I've exclusively used them for all my car needs. Time and time again I'm reminded of how good they are, car always run great with no hassle, and the customer service is top notch with everything explained to the level of detail any engineer would want. Zach and team run a very honest shop. Brought my A8 in for some love and Zach suggested I not dump $15k into the car for transmission and various engine oil leaks, etc. Bittersweet advice- unfortunately now looking for an RS5 replacement!

The crew at Advanced have been servicing my A3 since the dealer service expired several years back and I couldn't ask for better service. Zach is always upfront and strait forward with his estimates and has been really great at giving me a heads up on a probable costly expense at the next service interval.Thanks for keeping my baby running great all these years!

I was in from out of town & needed my engine light checked along with a 60k service for my VW. Zach really went the extra mile to take care of me and explained everything to me very well answering any and all questions I had. Zach made sure everything was working and was available to help fix all issues. My wife and I bought a used car from Zach, they had acquired this VW Tiguan from a lean sale after a customer abandoned it at their shop. We had some unexpected fees at the DMV but Zach helped us out. In my experience this business is run by very honest people with high integrity. I highly recommend them.

Looking for a shop that knows VWs and other German cars as well as the dealership but at more reasonable prices? Need honest, efficient, capableservice with your best interests in mind (and a longer-than-average warranty? Then come to Advanced Autowerks.Sure, the perks of coffee gift cards and cold drinks are thoughtful touches. But ultimately it comes down to whether a shop does things well and backs up their work, and does it all at a reasonable price--without trying to gouge you or talk you into service you don't need. And that's what they do here. Give them a try.

No joke, this was the most professional experience I've EVER had with getting my car repaired. The shop is clean, and the business is extremely well organized. In addition, the proprietor is incomparably friendly and thorough. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. I'm typically very critical of auto-repair services and generally don't give out five stars, but this shop deserves every single one. If you're looking for someone to repair your vehicle (mainly, a VW or Audi) and don't want to deal with searching endlessly, look no further than this shop. You won't regret it.

Well Zach is probably a rather rude individual, who probably treats his own American kind much better than us foreign shame on unwelcoming people like this. Also fells untrustworthy. My fix involved much less operations on my engine that he described, as performed by official dealership. Total garbage. Totally sketchy place.

I have been going to Autowerks for years and can't say enough good things about Zack and team.Let me start with; I'm on my 5th Audi and can site an event, with nearly all the cars, where the dealership service tried to, or successfully did, rip me off.With AW its the opposite. In more than one occasion they have tried to save me monies. One time they found that while my Allroad warranty was over, there was an extended warranty on the suspension air bags... when AW called me to tell me know, I said, "oh thank you, ill come get the car"...and Zack said, "don't bother, I put it on a flat bed and sent it to your dealer"... Another time I was running late for a flight while dropping off my car, and instead of waiting for a cab, one of the folks at AW stopped what they were doing and drove me to the airport...I am not kidding!!Honest people, great prices, great service!

Blown away by the professionalism, authenticity and friendliness of Zach and his team! I called the other day and was able to actually get the service manager (zach) on the phone (dealing with dealerships lately has been a nightmare - no one is available and the schedulers/admins aren't very helpful for technical advice). I told him the issue with my Audi Q5 and he took the time to explain, in detail, what the problem could be and what next steps would look like. As a petite blonde woman who happens to know a little about cars, you can imagine how many frustrating encounters I've had with mechanics trying to rip me off or find issues with my vehicles for their benefit. I can already tell that this group is nothing like that. Autowerks is independently owned and operated and they seem to genuinely care about building long-term relationships with their customers. Taking care of a car used to be something that felt like a chore or a headache so it's refreshing to find polite, professional mechanics who aren't jerks. It's amazing what being a nice person can do for business. Highly recommend! *****

This place is awesome, I HIGHLY highly recommend this place! I can never think of enough positive words to use, as they consistantly exceed my expectations from customer service, convenience, and (at the heart of it all) great work on my beloved car. I drive an old 2000 Turbo Jetta but every time i bring it to Advanced, it runs like new. Mack and the rest of the team are incredible - she always seems to get me in when i need it and they are great about reminding me when its time for regular maintenance. I honestly cant imagine taking my car anywhere else at this point.

These guys were about half of what the dealer would charge. They're knowledgable and careful with your money (won't over service your car.) You can tell a good shop when there's a waiting list to get in, which is the case here. They were booked solid for two weeks before I was able to get my car looked at. Also they're the only shop that gave me a thank you card for my business and a gourment cup of coffee on them.

Really upstanding auto mechanics shop for VW/Audi/BMW. Their shop is clean and their lobby room offers a fridge full of fancy drinks. What really makes this shop is their people and customer service.My car was hit in an accident near the shop in the late afternoons maybe 20 minutes before closing. I called the shop and Zach, hearing me near tears, promised to stay open long enough to receive my car. He was so reassuring throughout the entire process - they made the whole crisis of an accident that much better.I now schedule oil changes and maintenance with Zach who helps effectively communicate progress with me during my busy work day.Warning: Valencia location's entrance has a giant dip! Don't scratch your bumper on it!

Absolute experts with Audi. Have been bringing mine to them for something like 17 years. I know cars and can say these guys give honest, Audi-experr advice, worth Ebert penny I've spent, and I've spent approx 950,000 pennies with them so far. :-)

I really recommend this garage. I just take my car here for regular maintenance and I think Zach and his team always do a great job. Prices really reasonable and service is really fast!
