Literally the worst place to go.Customer service is horribleThey are ignorantOne of those who works there who wears glasses is arrogant and besides he cut pieces of my car s tire. As I was at the end of the day and I was the last client of the day, they were in a bad mood in a hurry to leave and I couldn t see the damage at the time, I ended up seeing that when I got home. Disappointing.I paid $150 to change the wheels of my BMW, they get the sensors from the old wheels and didn t return it. I had to go this morning to complain and get the sensors back.I don t recommend it to anyone.

I have been going to this location in South san francisco for years. I remember when they first opened. Over that time, the crew and management at Acevedos have always had low prices and quick service. For thirty dollars, they patched my tire and put it back on. Took them around fifteen minutes if that. If you ever need a patch, a plug, new or used tires, and you are on a budget. This is the place for you! Thank you, Acevedos! Five stars!

First time that I go there and I feel like it was a bad experience because I went to fix the tire of my car and I talked to the lady and she told me that the price include the balance of the tire but the guy who was fixing it told me that it didn't it's not necessary but even though he said that I wanted to get balance and it seems like they didn't want to do it I feel like it's because he didn't want to do extra work for it... If it was more money they could have told me that at the beginning that wouldn't be a problem but it's like buying a meal and they guy refuse to give you the soda just because I didn't need it? Even though is paid

This is the worst tire shop I ve visited in the Bay Area. Please be careful the owner is super unprofessional and a liar too.I asked him to install tires, that I just had freshly painted. Once he finished installing, I checked the wheels to find the rims completely scratched. When I confronted him he accused me of doing it when clearly it was the tire machine marks visible.Instead of apologising he assaulted me and refused to pay me back the money or even fix the wheels. I ll be warning everyone about this place it was definitely the worst service experience I had.

5 stars well deserved, I stayed on the road and started walking to look for help and fortunately I found this place, I asked them for help and they did not hesitate to give me their help and even took me back in their own car, thanks for your help

Friendly people and got the job done quick. However don't expect quality. Threw my tire around like it was nothing scratching the rim a bit. Was not gentle removing the old balance weights either which was disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about their rims.As you can see in the picture tons of scratches on the inside of the rim from him slamming a screwdriver or some metal tool in trying to remove old weights....

Came here and they gave me this almost finished tire for 75$. Are you serious? Check before installing both tire condition and price. Never come back again. Worst tire shop I ever visited

It sounds like this place is very hit or miss depending on the mechanic you get. My mother had her tires checked and decided to get one patched. Turns out when she returned a week later because the problem wasn t resolved, they had taken her money and did nothing to the tire (no patch) during the initial appointment. Not cool. We won t be returning to this place.

Just went there on a recommendation from the tow truck driver (which made me a little nervous). They took care of my tire, in and out in 20 minutes, for LESS than they thought it would cost me. I repeat: a mechanic charged me LESS than they needed to... shocking, I know. No promises for your experience, of course, and I was lucky to have a job with no surprises, but I really appreciate them doing honest work for an honest price with no nonsense.

They are fast in removing all the parts of your tires but they are the best in forgetting to put it back from air cover to tire metal cover

Honest and reasonable... went to two other tire shops near by who both would not patch the tire claiming the screw was to close to the side wall. Came here and the manager said easy fix and would do it less than five min. Don't forget to tip, these guys work hard and have a great attitude!

Thanks to Jesus, I got my inner tie rod, and rear shocks changed alongside of two new tires in 3 hrs time. My car is better than new now. Very reasonable priced, fast and efficient. He also recommended me a place where I could get alignment for less than $60.

My daughter and l spent more than three days calling around to find the right tire size gently used for a good price. We ended up at this great place, thank God. Not only was the tire a great price they included mounting and balancing as well. We brought the bad tire and rim to them, which made it so much easier. All so instead of waiting our turn to get the car lifted up, they just took it in right away and handled it. The customer service at the front desk was very pleasant and the employee that handled it for us was awesome. Everyone'was super friendly, they even made sure I wasn't getting my turn took by another customer also very attentive employees all around. I recommend this place to all. Thanks Acevedo's Tires,

I called in Saturday afternoon for help with a slow leaking tire. They were able to see me same day and had me patched up and back on the road in no time. Very friendly and affordable. I ll go back for any future car troubles.

Mounting was quick amd dirty. Nothing to complain except the usual bay prices. I paid a $120 to dismount and mount tires on my 14s wheels. (Not 19s or 22s) And there were brought in and was not in the car. Also they need a logo uniform of some sort... well, when i arrived, there were a couple compadres standing there but nobody came to greet lol. I actually spoke spanish so i talk to a customer that i thought was a worker and he point at some random guy and he was actual the worker. What a trip. To be honest its spots like that in socal that i love because they charge $40 for the same work. Quick and dirty.

This guys are the best. Affordable prices, little to no wait times and honest work. Been coming here since my first car ever and I'm on my 4th now.Can't recommend them enough. Superb!!

Definitely a 5 star for their low price and speed. However I would have been happy to pay more and get my wheel a little cleaner. Just 1 extra minute to take out oil and dust from the wheel and the customers are more happy and willing to pay more

Fast service and prices appear decent but be careful when buying items here. I brought my 2017 Honda Civic in for a flat and found out I had to replace the tire. I asked for higher quality tire and they went about looking for one in their stock. When all was said and done, I had a lower end tire on my car and was charged 162 dollars for an 89 dollar tire that was no longer even in production. My mistake for not checking and assuming they would do as they had said. Will not be going back here.

Changed my tires as I waited. Price was reasonable, not cheap... so I wish they would have mounted the tires with the weight mark at the valve, as they are supposed to do. I also wish they had replaced my valve stem caps.Edit: I took my car back a week later as I noticed a shimmy in my steering at certain speeds. The guy (different guy) took my front tires in and checked them. After putting them back on the car I ask him what the problem was, he said one of the wheel weights had come off. I mentioned that it probably wouldn't have happened if the tire was originally mounted on the right mark. (I used to do this work 30 years ago, some things don't change though, less weights would have been needed in all probability). He kind of nodded in agreement. I tipped him for his help, but driving home felt a similar shimmy in my steering. Took it to Goodyear in Daly City, and had them balance them instead. In perfect balance now. I'm pretty sure Avecedo's balancing machine needs a calibration pronto.

IT SHOULD BE NONE! FAULTY EQUIPMENT! POOR SERVICE!bought a tire Tuesday,It popped on the freeway the very next day. Huge thread rupture towards the inner rim. I brought it back. Being fair I ask for a new one for half price. The dishonesty on this man's face disgusted me. He asked if I bought a new or used tire when I came yesterday? Meaning because it's used before I can't get a new one for half off. There's a tire shop in Oakland where you get new tires for $80, they charge $65 for faulty used ones!

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I went with my mom and she asked a simple question they ignored her. If your workers are having a bad day that is not the customers fault. If the customer has questions it is your responsibility to answer. They give so much attitude, the employees and the woman in charge in the front desk. Very unprofessional! there are other tire places that are more affordable and more customer friendly! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! With regards of fixing a tire we had to come multiple times because of the same tire malfunction bought from their location. Save your money go with more professional mechanics!

The homies hook it up every time. I've taken multiple cars here and the service is great, it's quick. Tires or patchwork they do it on the spot. Tire patch is $25.25 so very reasonable.

Just had to replace a damaged tire and was thinking that maybe I needed to replace all four tires. I asked for the gentleman's evaluation and he recommended only replacing the damaged tire as the others were still in good condition. Very good, fast, professional and honest service. I'll be back for sure.
