Wont find a better place to work on Range Rover/Land Rover. Any generation any model they have all the knowledge needed to get the job done. Make an appointment no parking no nonsense

A rare breed! Open and honest about repairs and pricing. Came in with a broken part that was going to cost $6K. They informed me that the part was still under warranty and advised me to take my vehicle to a Land Rover dealership to have it repaired for free. They could have easily preyed upon my ignorance and charged me the full price. Appreciate meeting a mechanic that puts their customers ahead of their profits. Highly recommend! Can t thank these guys enough.

They've been servicing my mom's 2000 Land Rover Discovery for the last 6-7 yrs. It's rare to find integral, competent and professional service for Land & Range Rover vehicles in the Bay Area. They picked up from where British Motors left off with reasonable pricing and service oriented professionalism. I was referred to Pete and Jack by another LR owner. I met them in person and they did an initial no-cost assessment of my new vehicle. They took the time to discuss a full future maintenance checklist with me and took the vehicle on a couple of test drives. So far, I've had them do a complete system wide fluid change and I feel great about using these guys going forward to keep my truck in great shape. I brought in a laundry list of "potential issues" and we discussed the likelihood (if any) of those things occurring and also what those potential future mitigation costs would be. I feel like I have a clear idea of the state of the vehicle now and what to do going forward. THANKS GUYS!

I had a very good experience here. The crew were very friendly and clearly knowledgeable.My 1997 Discovery is my 8th Land Rover and I have dealt with many LR mechanics in 3 continents, and I can distinguish a good mechanic from one who just shrugs things off.These guys get a sweet 5/5.

I showed up before they opened, and Jack was able to help me out as soon as he got in. Within a few hours, I was on my way. These guys came highly recommended, and as a former mechanic and customer of theirs, I can see why. They're straight forward, honest, and know their rovers. Thanks guys, I'll be seeing you again :)

I only wish I'd taken my car here sooner as it would've saved me a lot of money. These guys have the right tools and equipment that allow them to replace or repair certain parts that other mechanics can't or won't. And definitely take your Land Rover here if you're needing brakes done. They'll measure your rotors before simply replacing them.

Their professional expertise regarding Range Rover and Jaguar brand vehicles including service, pricing and customer service are excellent. I trusted this shop. Peter comes across very friendly. However, after a few years of the brothers servicing my vehicle things changed.My rear door locks (Suddenly both doors) no longer worked when I picked up my vehicle from their shop. I paid them to replace my reservoir. After one year Peter told me I needed to replace the reservoir again. Later I spend about $1300.00 for thermostat cooling system, etc. They wanted me to do additional work. Peter quoted over $1000 for a service that I did not need. Peter debated their diagnostic check. They were wrong. I did not need that additional service. Later, I noticed my floor mats were a different color, green. However, I purchased black floor mats when I purchased my vehicle. They switch my floor mats! I called to asked Jack, I don t think so. No. Jack said. No other shop has serviced my vehicle.I totally lost trust in this shop. Recently I took my vehicle to a different shop. Just to find out, one of the holes had glue on it as a fix that I paid 11th Street Auto to replace. Also, I am paying for a service that I paid 11th Street Auto to perform once again. My vehicle has less than 1000 miles on it from it last service when 11th Street Auto performed Service. I am extremely disappointed.

They did a great job working on my 2006 Range Rover Sport. I would recommend them to anyone in the SF area. They are probably not the cheapest, but is that why you bought a Land Rover?

These guys helped me out. As much as I don't wanna pay for repairs, they at least gave me some pity and explanations..haha. a good mechanic's bedside manner, as it were. They took care of my issue and informed me of what I should and shouldn't look at in the future. Peter and Jack know their stuff...and it helps that Jack has the same truck as me! That helps out too! Thanks, guys.
