I would save anything Superior auto collision center is a good business when you're in need the service here is good and friendly and I would definitely say quite responsive even though I was not able to use their services to help they were able to provide was invaluable. Definitely a place. I would call again if needed

I called to see if I needed an appointment to get an estimate to fix a small scratch and the person who answered asked what insurance. I told him it's something small I'm paying my self. He began being rude and wanted to charge me $40 just to look at my vehicle to give me an estimate.I guess they only want insurance jobs so they can charge more.

If I could not even give 1 star . They told me my car would be ready in 3 to 4 days, and when I called on the fourth day to ask if it was ready they told me that my car will be ready in 2 weeks and the only thing they need to work on was the bumper ,not professional and the ladies at the office are so rude!!!

Have used this shop many times, for many reasons.. Staff is top notch, employees do it RIGHT!!.. and management takes a moment to ensure their work is above expectations I recommend them 1000%, you will understand once you leave their establishment 5* stars .Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Not only were they super nice and professional, the work was spectacular! Needed front bumper and headlight replaced due to an accident, not only was the work perfect but they went above and beyond by repairing the little dents and nicks on the sides of my car from other cars hitting it. My car literally looks new!Highly recommend!

I got into a minor accident and mercury insurance sent me here as they are their preferred shop. While the damage was minor they did an excellent job in matching the color and replacing the parts with actual genuine Hyundai parts. They communicated frequently and met their deadline. Also, they're right next door to enterprise rent a car, making super easy to get a rental.

First accident and these guys made the process extremely easy. Office staff helpful and friendly. Quality of their work, top notch! Finished my car before the expected date and kept me in the loop the entire way.....Hans was absolutely fantastic!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in for what was supposed to be one week they said they had ordered parts and then took 2 weeks with my car when I went to pick up my car the car emblem was on upside-down and then the paint on the bumper peeled off the moment my husband touched it, the guy asked to keep it one more week so they could turn it back to me in perfect shape, I asked how much longer that would be he said 1 more week, so I left the car and when I picked it up one week later it seemed that the paint was peeling under the headlight again, the guy said it's wax and he guaranteed nothing would be wrong I took the car home after 3 weeks of them having it. Now, 1 week later paint is peeling off in the spot I told him originally and now I'm taking it to aa different shop to fix their mistakes! I Don't recommend this place unless you want to be out of a car for an undetermined amount of time and then still have to take it somewhere else to get re-done!!!!

They did an amazing job repairing my Nissan. Flawless. The owner Sam was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and things were done properly.

This is a AAA repair center so we went and liked the service and work was great. Hans is very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure it get done right. Hopefully I wont have to go for accident, but if I do I will definitely see Hans.

Dont come here. Theyll rob you. Brought the car, waited about three days. they told me my car needed all these parts got an estimate for 1,600. i took the car out instead and all that was wrong was 1 part. yes 1 part. that cost me 150. if thats not trying to take advantage, i dont know what is. if i didnt know any better id probably would have gotten robbed.

Very unprofessional people, and become very rude to you once you question what they tell you about the repairs when you are simply asking them to explain "why" certain reasons things need to be done! They expect the client to just accept their estimates without asking questions.
