This is the only dealership in the area I will take my beloved Jeep to. David Garcia always goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have about my vehicle and service. The mechanics and techs have always made sure to address all concerns as well. I worked w two people here Victor and Stephanie. They were both good, but Stephanie was amazing! I came in on a Saturday for tire replacement and alignment. She got me out of here on 3 hrs, and she gave me a good deal on the tires. They beat out Costco and Sam s Club w pricing. I spoke to my local tire rep, and he was said that pricing could not be beat. Anyway, great service. I will definitely return.Also, ample supply of coffee and water. WiFi works well. I was able to work while I waited.

New vehicle purchase was was a great experience. They clearly work as a team. Our sales contact was busy when we arrived and others were able to help us seamlessly. Finance was smooth, professional, no pressure. No surprises along the way.I highly recommend Rydell. Service Dept. is great too!!

I am a regular at Rydell San Fernando, it is very conveniently located near my home and business. After so many years of coming in, I brought my car in for an oil change and was recommended to do other services. I approved and had a bad experience, I called Rick, the service department manager, and he assisted me in giving me a refund and making my experience 100x better. Really appreciate the customer service.

WOW, finally a Jeep Service Center that does their job. Great customer service, especially Ricardo. He gets things done without us having to ask and is ahead of everything. Highly recommend!

The express oil change was quick! BUT when I got in my car I noticed two things.1. The passenger seat was all the way back flat like if someone was lying down on it relaxing and/or taking a nap. Not cool!2. When I turned on the car there was a check engine light on. I went back and person told me I needed to bring the car back for service. No one told me that when they gave me back my keys. If I l didn t notice I would have to bring it back. Luckily I noticed it and went to talk to a person to schedule (I don t remember his name older gentleman sitting at the last kiosk) was very rude. I asked what the code meant, he said I don t know I m not the tech . Then he proceeded to tell me what the code meant. He indicated the next available date was at end of the month. I told what if something goes wrong, he said just bring it in. Then proceeded to say it s going to be here for a few days. Not explaining if they offer a renta l car. I was frustrated at him and left.I leased my car here last year first oil change and was not impressed with service and customer service.I even took 1/2 day to bring in my car.NOTE: this is the second issue with this 2023 Jeeep Grand Cherokee. Last year the water pump leak. I had to take it another dealership and they had it for almost a week.I ve never had so many issues with a brand new car. The reason I lease a new car is to not have problems that s takes my time to bring it in to have it serviced + leaving it for a few days.M

Generally a dealership is not a place I enjoy or would recommend however, Rydell Dan Fernando is an exception. I bought my Jeep there a couple years ago and was having an issue with a leak. Thankfully, I had purchased an extended warranty. The customer service was outstanding and my contact Sam was in constant contact. I would definitely go back for a new car and service.

I never thought I would own a Chrysler product and then again I never thought I would own a Jaguar either I now own a Cherokee Trailhawk and a jaguar. I needed to take the Trailhawk to a dealer for some repairs, I had no idea where where to go A customer of mine suggested I take it to Rydell and speak to Rick Guzman. I did just that and made an appointment. It was a very easy process.I showed up on my appointment date to meet a very friendly staff. Service Manager, Mr. Guzman came out to speak with me and listened to my concerns. We had a nice conversation and he passed me over to service writer San. San was very diligent in listening to my concerns and preparing my work order with all concerns.After completing my drop off with a very well orchestrated and clean service drop off area I was passed over to Denise for my loaner car. She was very pleasant and treated me with a smile and courtesy.As my vehicle was in for repair, I was kept up to date by San to the time the vehicle was ready for pickup.Pickup was great, vehicle was washed and ready to go.Mr. Guzman has established a great staff Give them a chance to service your vehicle!

Everybody was very professional and very friendly. I had questions about security for my car and they explained that I could get an update that locks my computer so that no one else could make keys for it, so I went ahead and did it. It only took about 10 minutes to do it. I feel better about my new Chrysler 300C. Thank you Service Department

It took me a month to schedule this appointment. Then they tell me 2-4 days for diagnosis. They promised an answer Monday. Then nothing. Then they said tuesday and on Tuesday they said Wednesday.��Now its been 5 days. Ricardo Favela who is to be taking care of me left on vacation so they been just sending over to diff ppl. Why are you making people appointments a month ahead and then when their turn comes up it's taking days and days. You literally gave a person an appointment in a month and then you expect them to wait days to get an answer.

This is my second car that I bought at Rydell the first jeep 2023 the one I took it to get check for and alignment and when I got my car back it had 300 miles more I understand that it needed to get driven, but that was too much. This time I have a brand new jeep 2024 and the only appointment that they have was 2 weeks away ridiculous and today I get a text asking me how my experience was and I m surprised because my appointment it s in 2 days not today 26 of December. Get your business together and check where you can improve it.

Bruce really took care of my factory recall. He was very clear about the process, time involved, and answered all questions I had. Super friendly to chat with, and actually listened to my specific scheduling and vehicle parameters to give me appropriate options for another pending recall.

Rydell Jeep Chrysler Dodge Jeep has the best customer service I have ever witnessed and Mr Rick Guzman in the Service GM and he even greeted with with a smile and treated me as if he knew me for years and I was then introduced to Freddy who is a service advisor and he hit another home run with his customer service and Kepte in the loop on what was going on with my Jeep and afterwards I went to the cashiers and Yes another home run they also treated me with kindness and concern, this was Legendary Customer Service and I saw that the employees treated everyone not just me with kindness and respect and if you get a chance please call them up or just stop by ask for Rick or Freddy or anyone in service and they will take great care of you my Jeep runs like New..Thank to the team at Rydell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership. I drove 5 hours to buy a pickup from Brian. When everyone else said no!!! Brian made it happen within 24 hours. I was in and out within 2 hours. Will definitely come back.
