Really impressed with this shop. When I first came in last year with a couple bum tires, Diana at the front desk was very patient with all the questions I asked (which was a lot, lol). She worked with me to make the cost as reasonable as she could and I ended up with four really great tires. Robert the tech also helped me with a small technical issue my car was having after he finished working on the tires.I just came in for my first tire rotation & alignment (free with the plan I got with the tires last year) and all went well. I did have to wait a bit, but that's to be expected with a walk-in type place. The waiting area isn't anything fancy, but they have a table you can sit at to do some work while you wait as well as some coffee and water. Overall I definitely recommend this specific Just Tires location.

Diana is the most professional shop supervisor I've ever had the pleasure of taking my car to. I have some pretty difficult wheels to work with but Diana and her team were able to get the new tires mounted in a surprisingly fast amount of time. She was even able to get my special order tires on the same day. Just incredible service and professionalism. I would Highly recommend everyone to bring their vehicle here.

The store manager Diana knows what customer service means! Best experience I've ever had! She runs a very tight ship and everything runs like clockwork. My service was taking a little longer than anticipated but it didn't bother me because Diana let me know what was happening.I hope Just Tires corporate office sees her value!

Had a wonderful experience at Just Tires! Manager, Diana, was so knowledgeable and competent and immediately informed me of everything I needed done and what I didn t need done after her assessment of my truck.Christian, Diana s mechanic, was very helpful in explaining the test strips used on the fluids to detect if the fluids were good or burnt and acidic.Manager Diana, a mechanic herself, explained to me in detail things I never knew about my truck and gave me a lot of good tips and advice on how to keep up with the general maintenance of my vehicle.Why I will come back to this specific Just Tires is because of the genuine customer service and professionalism that Manager Diana and Christian gave me and the other customers I witnessed as I waited for my truck to be done.Thank you, Manager Diana, Christian and Just Tires.~CannonCannon Coccellato

Diana gave me the best customer service I ve ever experienced! She was very kind, honest, and explained very well that my vehicle needed all brakes changed and even also gave me a recommendation of where to go and get my check engine light fixed. Over all amazing. She definitely knows how to run that tire shop she has it clean and organized smelling so good !

Diana and her service team are amazing! They explain to me all the options available to get my vehicle back on the road that same day. She was very transparent on what services that I needed and made me feel at ease the whole time. The shop was very organized and clean and I can tell right away that I was in good hands. Definitely recommend coming here!!!

Diana and her team were outstanding.They were honest, were able to give me reasonable options, they were and very clear about the whole process. I got all tires with a good plan and warranty and got new sensors for a much reasonable price that other places and dealerships offered. Thank you Diana and just tires team

I had my tire pressure light on, went here and they checked it and let me go on my way. Didn't try to sell me anything unlike the another location I went to. If I have any tire issues I will 100% come here again as a paying customer. Great service all around.

DO NOT COME HERE DIANA IS A BAD MANAGER ! Been here two times with two different cars and the manager, Diana, refused service because my cars are modified. She stands outside smoking cigarettes and I m an asthmatic. She has terrible attitude and Even worse work ethic. They were busy and only one man was working hard while she just stood there and smoked her cancer stick. I don t recommend coming here and I ll be filing a formal complaint for this.

Had a wonderful experience with Diana today. I came in for an oil change and she was very friendly and insightful. She even informed me on how to keep track of certain things relating to my car that I was unaware of. Being a young first car owner and not knowing much about cars, I really appreciated the level of care and attention that she gave me as a customer and made me feel very comfortable.

New store owner, Diana, was amazing! They didn t have a filter for my car but were able to call another just tires and direct me to that location so I could get my oil changed. The coworkers are very pleasant and checked on me before I left. I always come here and I m very happy with the service provided.

I love Diana her customer service is impeccable, she's very detailed and knowledgeable. I have been coming to this location for years and will continue! This location is one of the better Just Tires in the Valley area.

I had a great experience here. The manager Diana went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and all my questions were answered. They even inspected my brakes and advised it needed to be changed soon . which my other guy that does my oil change missed. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone!

I just wanted to say that Hector was so friendly the manager I believe our supervisor today it was after 4 p.m. and then Diana she took care of my car along with Hector. Now let me tell you about Diana this young lady has a superb customer service delivery she has a personality that is priceless not to mention how beautiful the girl is he helped me just a couple of weeks ago with tire pressure ask me to return to have the tires rotated cuz it was about time so I did today every time I go to the shop in San Fernando I am treated with such high respect the people they are so friendly so sincere so upfront honest you can't beat them they pick the best people that work at this location may have never change I am a customer forever they did a great job rotate my tires today and it didn't take long even with customers ahead of me thank you both for supervised 10 plus plus plus customer service thank you and God bless you both daily Antonio a happy customer

Diana will take care of your car service needs, even tell you best time to stop by. Oil change and tire rotation took only 40min. Other places don't seem to care as much. I was impressed!

I want too give a great shout out to Diana, at just tires for doing the utmost to get me some new tires. She s very profesional and charismatic. She s a great critical thinker, and a very hard worker. Diana is a great representation of the company, and because of her I will be bringing my money here all the time. I will also be recommending my fellow peers. Great service, great employee, I couldn t ask for anything better.

Stopped in to have a the tires checked for air pressure and was happy with the service I received. Hector and his new employee Diana have great personalities and are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Forget the dealer, I'm not going to them anymore to be ripped off. Next time maintenance is due, I'll try this place out.

I wanted to do wheel alignment at the respectful shop who has advanced, calibrated equipment. Fortunately Just tires were nearby my work. Excellent experience! Manager Hector C. was very courteous and knowledgeable. Technician James G. was able to bring alignment to factory spec and after doing short test drive brought my attention to possible minor issue in car s suspension. And by the way waiting office is very clean with plenty of cold drinking water .

I highly recommend this tire shop to everyone. Every time I go there I always receive great service from their professional and friendly staff. They care to help the community with their expertise on tires and other services. It's important to me to acknowledge when I'm treated well.

I used to use a shop closer to me till I felt I was being taken advantage of . I was recommended to take my car to Just Tires in Van Nuys and thankfully I did . I met Hector and now I d rather drive to where he is now to San Fernando.Always great service and I know I will never be taken advantage of , being a younger female as I ve heard horror stories.Thank Hector for the great and honest service.And to add on , he will also work on my car , that s great to see a manager who gets down and dirty !!!

I got two flat tires on the freeway and I called them and they took care of everything from the start they were very helpful. When I got here in the tow truck I was greeted by Diana and WOW her customer service is beyond amazing! Not only does she make you feel comfortable she s here making sure you know you are being taken care of every step of the way! I work in customer service and she is exactly what ANY company would need. This was my first time going through something like this so the fact that Hector called another store to get my paperwork for me and then when I got here they made me feel better and taken care of, I am so grateful I came here! Thank you to Diana and Hector! There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am that I came here instead of any other place.

Great service, the manager gave me a great deal and took my situation into consideration and helped me out a lot. She helped tremendously words can t express how great full I am. This will forever be my go to spot to get anything needing fixing with my car! She explains things clearly I trust only this mechanic now.

Listen up management, this one will be good..Saturday morning, sun is out and plans are temporarily on hold due to unexpected flat tire. I put enough air to drive down the street before risking being stranded on the side of the road. Why this detail? Because I easily drive by 4 other tire shops but knew I had to go to Just Tires.From the minute I walked in I felt the good vibe of this location. Hector made the process very easy, explaining to me how the air valve might have been damaged. I was told the wait would be over an hour long because of the number of customers. I seriously didn t mind the wait though because of the friendly, almost family like atmosphere that you feel once you walk in. I spoke to the other workers there, joking and having a great conversation. You can genuinely tell the team here loves their jobs. They had a great movie on( not a boring tv channel like most places) and being completely honest I was excited to watch it. (Remember I had an hour) Hector suddenly comes in right as the movie was getting good and told me my car was done. I didn t even spend 15minutes in there. The team valued my time and worked on the valve as soon as they could so that I could enjoy my day off..This team from straight to finish was amazing. I can t talk enough about how honest they are and the little details that they take that are greatly appreciated.Thank you! Monica

I received excellent customer service at this location. I went with a nail in my tire a few minutes before closing. The receptionist was extremely kind and professional. She did not look bothered by my late arrival, even though it meant they would have to stay late to assist me. She and the other technicians worked fast and efficiently to patch my tire and send me on my way.They took the time to explain to me the type of patch they were placing on my tire and the protection level it would provide. They also offered advice and tips on what to do if I was again in this situation in a more hazardous scenario. I am very grateful to have stumbled upon this tire shop in such an inconvenient situation . I commend these employees for their knowledge, efficiency, and integrity.

I brought in my tire with a screw without any appointment. As soon as I came in, I was promptly greeted and professionally. Options was conveyed provided to me about services. My car got serviced without any problems. Staff was extremely efficient, professional and receptive of customers needs. This is the reason why I switched from competition the down the street to JUST TIRES. Highly recommended due to EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. You received what you give. Its all about how you approach people. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Diana and the staff at Just Tires were amazing. They let me rush there after work to get my tires replaced even though they were closing in thirty minutes! She was honest about the fact that one of my tires was They were professional and friendly and I literally could not ask for more. Thank you so much!

Let me start with Diana YOU make this location the best!! I have membership to Sam's and Costco but I keep coming back because of Diana. She is super knowledgeable and down to earth. She always gives you options and gives her best opinion of what is the best choice. If she leaves, this place will lose a lot of customers including myself. Keep up the great job Diana!

I had a nail in my tire and so I stopped by here. The manager showed great customer service, was very professional and knowledgeable on answering my questions and providing the necessary information I needed on whether I could patch my tire or not. So far the repair is good I will definitely come back.

Came home from work today with a massive nail or bolt in my tire. Went to Just Tires at closing time. Diana and Giovanni were clocking out for the day but were willing to stay late to fix my tire. Professional and quick repair, excellent customer service.
