I just moved in the area, I decided to get an oil change.Instead of driving now 30 min I can drive 5 minAs usual I request their basic oil.I have using this company for years now.Can you believe they tried charging me $90 but for the past year I paid around $50.I actually call the one I always go and they confirm $50.The only excuse they have is: different owner.Save some money don t go there. Go to the ones in Hollywood area they all charge the sameReally disappointed and waist of time

At my local Jiffy Lube they are always fast & efficient. They recommend other possible needed work, without pressure. As an added plus, they give me a free coupon for the carwash next door.

Jesus, Tony has the best customer service they are excellent and they go be on the call of duty for their customers. I recommend anybody to come to Jiffy Lube in San Fernando if you re looking for good customer service and good care of your vehicle also the manager. Gilbert is very attentive to his customer and his staff. I recommend this Jiffy Lube for a great service.

It is always changing prices. If it was always the same or the obvious increment it would be nice. The guys are reasonable. If you have a coupon it helps. The way it goes depends on the manager on duty. It's convenient.

Went in for an oil change . Drove home and it started to smell like something was burning so I checked it out and had oil all over . I'm not sure what went so wrong. I have never had something like this happen. I called and they said they could clean it if I wanted them too. I spent almost $100 and will have to spend more to have it looked at.Service: Oil change

I recently visited Jiffy Lube in San Fernando for an oil change.On the website, it said they will perform a full courtesy inspection including the vehicle's battery fluids lights, and belts. Additionally, they will check and adjust the tire pressure, clean the exterior windows, and vacuum the carpets inside my vehicle. All of the above did not occur. I was wondering why my vehicle was done so quickly.I also asked one of the technicians if the microfilter is included in the oil change and the response was absolutely. The light for the microfilter is still on as it has not been changed and noticed dust or pollen coming out as my allergies kicked in.The price was more than what I usually pay at my BMW Body Shop.Very dissatisfied,Juan

I got my oil changed done and I asked them to rotate the tires and check all of the liquid levels. Everything was done quickly and efficiently in my car floor looked like it was vacuumed. The oil change came with the free car wash which was a nice touch. All the employees were very friendly.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had my oil changed they were fast friendly professional gave me a free car wash ticket and also checked my windshield wipers because the fluid hasn t been coming out, unfortunately they were not able to unclog yet suggested I d try auto zone see if they have a fluid that will unclog them. Andy was very helpful thank you!They also accepted a $20 coupon I found online so I was very happy!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Service was quick and easy, but this location they have more mature and appears they don't pay much attention to what jiffy lube car and customer service is all about, they didn't clean your windshields or mirrors,they didn't do any recommendations about your car needs in terms of maintenance.

Good service, got a free carwash, rates were fair $132 (all in) for synthetic oil change, with air filter replacement & a $20 coupon, about how much you would pa elsewhere, normally. Overall, still quite satisfied, my 10 years old car drives like brand new!

Pulled right in with no waiting, was out in less than 15 minutes and saved $12 with online coupon. I recommend this location because they have an automated car wash that's free with your oil change.

I just have good things to say about this location very efficient people very knowledgeable Ronaldo Y david did a great job on my Mercedes E 300 Oil change and diagnosis plus Car wash.I definitely recommend this place super fast and accurate, straight to the point.Very happy customer. Great and speedy service always. Owner is very attentive and polite. I like how their system keeps track of all the necessary services, how they check and fill low fluids, and the complimentary car wash is a nice touch.

Quick oil change. Prices are fair nd technicians are polite. But i do wish they took the time a little more and actually inspected my truck good. But i will continue going back.

I only leave a review when it counts. Ronaldo L is the man. He reviewed everything with me about my car. They make it easy and fast. This is definitely a place to take your car for an oil change.Also get a free car wash... DAMN!Thanks Ronaldo L.

I was thinking about getting a oil change,� there was a bad car accident on the 5 freeway north. So I did Google to find the nearest oil change place on my cell phone to find the location near me.� I found a few of them.� I decided to go to Jiffy oil place in San Fernando Valley. Once I found the Jiffy oil place.� I pulled up to service and I asked one of the services person to ask some questions about the oil.� The service person told me to park the car and walk inside in the waiting room.� Which was kinda of strange, they should ask the customer what's the customers wants. So I walked into waiting room and they will call. I've been in the waiting room for 15 minutes when they call me and ask some questions what to do. All I wanted a oil change and check the transmission oil level. Went back to seat until the service is done. By the time they took about 25 minutes done. It was fast, before I took the car out.. I asked them if they checked the transmission oil.. They couldn't find the dip stick.. I them you need go under the car pull the transmission plug to check it.. But they didn't check the transmission fluid. I wasn't happy what they do what I was told. This place is alright, I just wish they Listen to the customer what to say . I just paid $75 just for oil change only... It wasn't worth it going back.

I was on the freeway when a random large piece of medal, ripped out my skid Plate from under neath my car. I was freaked out and called this jiffy lube to see if they could help me out. Gilbert very kindly said to come right in. I was literally in and out of there within one minute. The young lady I spoke to, with the dimples; gave me some wonderful information in regards to replacement options, and answered questions I had about future safety concerns. THANK YOU for your incredible service. I will be back for sure!!!

I had the worst experience of my life. I will never take my car there again. First They put oil in my car that wasn't even the right kind. Whoever put the cap back on didn't put it back on right and messed my engine up. Then they so-called changed my spark plug when they weren't suppose to. Don't ever take your car there. They will not take accountability. I was without a car for a whole month because of them.

Got there early Sunday morning. A positive that there open for those that work six days a week like myself. Fast Friendly and too top it off you get a free carwash. Definitely recommend them to take good care of you and your vehicle.Thanks
