I never leave reviews. But Goodyear ruined my tires & then said they can no longer work on my cars. I was a customer for 22 years. My mom was a customer for 30+ years. Gone are the days of Ralph s ownership - who had customer service, integrity, was respectful, honest, and responsible. Edwin is the complete opposite: zero customer service, no integrity, disrespectful, dishonest, and irresponsible. New owners ruined this place. Go somewhere else.

I always go there for my oil changes or whatever other service is needed. Edwin and his team are quick, efficient, and most importantly friendly and cooperative. If there are any other issues with the vehicle, they are good at letting you know ahead of time as to prepare for next service. They are honest people who make sure you aren t spending more than you need. They will show and explain your issue in way where it s easy to understand. My parents are also long time customers, and Edwin and his team has always done a good job with all our vehicles. Great customer service and great vehicle service!

Today I took my aunt to get her car battery replaced. She has a 5 year warranty as d the clerk wouldn't give her a new battery. He said it's was her alternator that needed to be replaced and that was causing her battery to die. Not true all lies. Her dad was a customer for 40 years. This is not the way you treat a loyal customer. There all young kids now. This place is not the same anymore. Please be aware. Do not do any business here. So sad that employees don't value there customers anymore. They only want to do you rip you off. Very disappointed!!!!!

Edwin is great, and the machanics here get the job done right. Bring your cars here it'll be the best decision you make for your car's health. Good Year Tires for the win !

One year ago, I had the following work done at the service center. A new starter, rebuilt alternator and new battery (5 yr. warranty).Yesterday, I had my new mechanic replace the alternator approx. one year to the date. The mechanic mentioned the battery was low and needed to be replaced. I then returned to Good Year and spoke with the manager about replacing the battery. He asked why? I shared the information and requested the battery be replaced. The manager instructed another employee to take care of it, and it should be done in 30 min. Within, 30 min. I was asked to go out to the bay where my car and another mechanic were standing holding a monitor over the open hood. He proceeded to tell me that the battery wasn't holding a charge it was a bad alternator and to get my money back and he would replace the alternator. I was astonished by his request as he was having me look at this monitor, he insisted I look at it to see these numbers changing. The battery was not holding a charge because it needed to be replaced, as I requested. Well, I asked so you won't be replacing the battery as I had asked? It appeared their only interest was who was the mechanic, and left me standing there with my key in hand and without another word he walked away. I stood there looking around amazed at what had just happened.I do not believe that I misunderstood what their intent was. I know that I paid for a new battery with a 5 year warranty and upon my request to replace the battery it was not honored. If it were their policy to engage in the manner that they did it should have been stated upon my request to replace the battery, but it was not.My family has been a customer for over 50 years.

The work "Integrity" seems to be the foundational, underlying principle by which this business operates. Honesty rates the highest with me when it comes to a business - especially an automotive service or mechanic. This place comes highly recommended by others I know, and I am now of the same opinion. I trust them! Their rates may not be the "cheapest", but they are fair & friendly; which rates the highest with me. ( "cheap" and "trust" don't always go together. Again, this business "Integrity..." rate tops with me on honesty & good service.)

Ralph is very honest. It is great to support local small business and know that he is going to tell it to you like it is. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.Updated review. The service keeps getting better. Go see Edwin for all your auto repair and tire needs, he will treat you like family.

I originally came to know Integrity Tires by delivering parts to them and now we are friends. They have worked on several of my cars over the years : '10 Civic, Equinox, '17 Accord, Rav4 and the service is always top notch. They have nice waiting room with coffee, vending machine, and places to sit and watch TV. I recommend showing up early, as it's first come first serve.

The only place we go to care for our vehicle. Trustworthy, kind, affordable, honest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 8 years, several cars, all our friends use them too. Ralph was genuine and helpful, Edwin has been too. Soo thankful for this place.

Took my vehicle there to get fixed they said it would take them 3 days to fix the issue they had my car for 3 weeks and wouldn t call me back when I got my vehicle they left the old parts on the seat, oil and grease everywhere. Must have left my windows down as well my car was filled with cat hair and pee.

First off, the manager Ralph is awesome. This morning, I asked to have my car towed to his shop. Ralph was very informative, and not pushy like other shops. He was helpful, and made me feel at home while my flat tire got replaced. Thank you Ralph and thank you to his mechanics for all they did for my vehicle.

Ralph and his staff of highly qualified employees will take good care of you at a reasonable price. Their work is high standard and everyone is treated like family. We've supported integrity tire since the early 1990's. You won't be disappointed.

So these folks provide a mediocre service with mediocre to cheap parts. They treat their customers as dispensable, and frankly as if we owe them something. They represent the quintessential stereotypical caricature of a mechanic. You know nothing, I am Lord of combustion. I am no mechanic nor do I play one on television. My superpower is the ability to read, automotive repair manuals, blogs on auto repair, and the holy grail Popular Mechanics / Popular Science. They did not meet their own deadlines, the did not notify me of receipt of vehicle (it was towed in), they did not call to update on delays, their customer service is something you would expect from a low class unprofessional garage. I was referred by a family member which by the time I left I knew what the shop owner thought of him and his wife, so did the other customers. One star for the Keurig, and one for putting my car back together so I could leave.

Always a great experience at Integrity Tire in San Fernando. They are great and honest! More than once my sister took her car here after going to another mechanic and being told that she needed costly work done and every time Intergrity Tire found that to be false! So thank you Ralph for running such a trustworthy and competent establishment!

Edwin and his team are extremely competent and kind. They had the tire I needed in stock, and were able to help me right away. As a female l usually feel at a disadvantage with car problems, but the gentlemen here truly operate with integrity. This is the only place I will use in San Fernando,

My family and I have been coming to this shop were Zarate works and runs this location. He is honest and reliable. I believe he is successful because he is genuine and loyal to their lifelong and new customers. I believe we have been coming to Zarate for more than 10years. I even got my car towed from Orange County to this location. We will not go anywhere else anymore. Thank God for the Zarate family business. See you guys soon for our next car. Blessings.

I have used many different Auto service shops over the years and I can honestly say that Ralph and his team at Integrity Tire are the best. It is so nice to be able to take my cars to a place that provides a combination of knowledge, experience and great service. This is rare in the repair business where people will often over charge for unnecessary work. Every time I have a problem I can always count on Integrity Tire to accurately diagnose the problem, quickly perform the repairs and charge a reasonable fair price for their services. I go to Integrity Tire for all of my tire and auto repair needs.

Ralph and his crew are the only people I trust with my cars. He is the most decent and honorable guy you could do business with. I live in Santa Clarita, but would rather drive, (or be towed if necessary) to Integrity Goodyear in San Fernando than take a chance with anyone else.

NOTHING BUT TOP NOTCH SERVICEI used to take my trucks to a guy on Sepulveda Blvd, for several years. Something was telling me i needed a change. i when on a mission to read yelp reviews. Well long story short I came across three companies i decided to call them up.Ralph is just like me he will tell you his professional opinion and let you decide what is best for you and your budget. No pressure or trying to sell you anything.Highlight:he did not returned one of my trucks until he knew it was done properly but not only properly also until he felt it was good enough for him. He treated my truck like if it was his. You do not get that from many people anymore. this is the way i treat my clients and i am very happy i found a good guy that has good work ethics and is honest.

Need tires? Check engine light on? Edwin the owner will take care of you! This guy has been helping me out for years and he always does a little extra for me and my Dad!! Mechanics are all good people and are trying to make sure your car is ready for the road!!

Customer service was great very courteous. Words with me on discussing the best tires for my car as well as the way I drive. I will definitely be back to replace my other two tires and recommend this place of business.

I've been here twice and will continue going back. Once I had a flat tire and Ralph did not try to convince me to buy a second tire. He even said I didn't need it due to the relatively low mileage in my car even when I asked him. This never happens anywhere else. These guys are trustworthy and will fix your car for a reasonable price without upselling.

If you want your car fixed, for an honest quote take it here Goodyear was once owned, by good ol" Ralph". He retired and allowed other workers Edwin and his father, to purchase , and to consistently deliver, the high quality service, they promise there customers, and to do so better than there competition . So hat's off, to Edwin , and his awesome, customer service, and Robert , Edwins Father, for his team of mechanics, Jose, Eric, and Robert, awesome team in San Fernando.!!!!

I don't do any reviews, but Good Year tire shop located in San fernando valley inSan Fernando Road deserve one for their excellent customer service that was provided by Good Year crew has. Their crew was very helpful, patient, and careful with their service they provided my car needs. I would rate Manager Edwin a 10- review for his services at this location. I would recommend good year tire shop in san fernando RD for their great service.

I can't praise this place enough! Phenomenal customer service and quality work. Ralph is extensively knowledgeable and customer oriented so I never worry about taking my cars to him. This place is the best.

EXCELLENT service...Fast dependable and honest. Always willing to help out getting you the best deal!!!Highly recommend and if I needed to I would use them again. They were also very accommodating and helpful. Everytime I have been there I have noticed they have what seems to be alot of return customers they have seemed to know a while. Happy familiar RETURNED customers is a plus, in m y book, to look for in a business
