I recently purchased a vehicle at this location and met with Ami. She was exceptional with EVERYTHING. She was very professional, treated me very kindly, her customer service was amazing. She knew exactly how to handle my situation, her communication throughout my experience was personal and professional making me feel comfortable and secure in financing a new SUV for my family. She answered every question without hesitation! I will highly recommend her.

I wanna share that this place is a scamwe had trade in our expedition truck for a smaller car expecting good results turn our they had high interest and not only one but two car payments for a car and not just that the car gave up in less then a month that almost got us killed while driving on the freeway, the thermostat shut up which resulted our car to shut off in the middle of driving on the freeway and once we got to start again we drove to the dealer to complain and guess what they said did you make a payment? EXCUSE ME we also died and that is your worry, and how does a payment have to do with the car shutting down . it took them a good while for them to accept the fix and lend us a car and then our car was never ready it took over a month please please be aware and go to YELP you will see the true real reviewsthank you hope you guys don t get chewed up like me and family did with this place

The customer service i recieved from theor sales person ame was amazing have never experienced better customer service thank you for providing fast and efficient service and helping me leave with a vehicle in my price range. Would gladly recommend this location and sales representative to anyone lookimg for a vehicle.

Very bad dealer and services. I have bought a car a year ago. The car needed some maintenance. They told me to bring after 2 weeks and they will fix everything. Until now not fixed. Very difficult to contact them. Went to their side they promised again they gonna arrange the maintenance and call me back to bring the car. Never heard from them. Absolutely not recommending to buy car from ganas auto. I bought my car from 603 San Fernando rd. Gonna fix my car myself. They are just wasting time lying if they gonna to something.

We went to see a suv and they told us that today they would come out. Didn't go anywhere else. I waited for his call, and we went to see what happened this guy does even come out tell in person that suvs we were looking for no longer theirs. His names Jose Villarreal, senor customer specialist. Nothing B,S. Would not recommend this places.

Got a great car. With poor credit. I like the car and I ve never had an issue with it until now. I ve had the car for 2 years and it already needs a new battery. That s the only thing that I don t like. Other than that great service and the lady Martha was really nice.

Horrible dealer that prays on just turn 18 kids and have no knowledge of contracts. Over priced vehicles & high payments. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I had an amazing time. Jasson and his team helped me and son get into a fabulous Kia. The car is exactly what I was looking for. The process was worth every bit of the wait. They were helpful and very hospitable. The office was very clean and professional. Everyone was so patient and polite. They were thoughtful and thorough and most of all they found me the best deal possible. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!!!! I'll be taking my mother there in the future to get her new car.

I thought this place was a scam the way they put ads online. They advertise vehicles for a few thousand dollars to get you in, then tell you that could be a down-payment. All their vehicles are $25k - up.Their store looks nice, but getting me in under false pretences was horrible.It was a waste of time.
