NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this dealer.IF your Honda needs repair under warranty THEY still gonna charge you 250$ diagnostic fee and blame it on you!Lest say something doesn't functioning correctly. You bring car for diagnostic. They will try to diagnose. And then they will come out and say "Can not duplicate the issue"NOW YOU OWE US - 250$Because they couldn't or did not care to find a issue.What kind of clown run this place?I want to talk to you!

Be prepared to wait at least 2-3 hours! But their customer service is really good. I ve taken my car their a few times and I ve never been disappointed.

Service agent Angel Lopez is wonderful. Not pushy. Just honest. The way it should be. And he's the real deal. I always feel at home here at this dealership. Especially in the beautiful city of San Fernando. Thank you Galpin Honda. Especially Angel Lopez. Matter of fact, all the gentlemen here named Angel are great!

I went here for a simple service of oil exchange and wheel rotation. My car is about 13 years old. They broke one of the wheel studs during the wheel rotation. They avoided any responsibility and claimed that it was broken due to being worn out. They even would charge me $170 if I had it fixed with them. There is also a big scratch on the car frame near the wheel which wasn't there before. I got out of there, spent a few bucks on a new stud, and fixed it myself.I learned my lesson not to use their service ever again. Is this how a supposedly reputable big car service should operate?

They gave me a dirty car. They cleaned it again but a really sloppy job. Amazing how things start breaking down right after the warranty expires. Then they want you to pay an astronomical price 4 fixing a light that is only half working. When I refused too considerate, they wanted me to sign did I refuse the service. Is that what you call it? Service? I call it a rip-off. Not what I was promised when I purchased a brand new car. I notice some people are happy with the service, I doubt it. It's a hit and miss place. They usually hit you! I won't suggest for anyone to go there.

Miscommunication leads to $170 extra charge.I take my car in to get work done. It takes 5 hours and they give me a laundry list of problems with it (it s an old car) and charge me $170 for the inspection. ANGEL said the $170 would be credited to future work done.I take it in a week later to get the tires replaced and aligned and ANGEL refused to honor the $170 credit. And charged me ANOTHER $170.I explained that what he was doing was dishonest and I feel cheated. He didn t care. No concern about customer service.Honestly I would never come back because ANGEL was untrustworthy and dishonest.I expect a refund and an apology.

I am convinced they did not even resurface my rotors, change my brake pads, or change a bolt that was bent. My brakes are still not properly working after 2 months of having that work done. I m really unhappy!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Five Stars to the Service Team. Specially Angel, if you need service, ask for angel, he'll take care of you.As for sales, had to deduct the one star sine we were trying to trade in a Honda lease to purchase a new car; however, the responses were slow coming and as a result we went with the other H and get a great trade in value on the civic.

I m so disappointed on the service they did to my car!! Uneducated workers they charge me more than 400$ to do the major service and literally they gave my the car with no changes I wish I just told them to do oil change coz that s the only thing they are good at
