I reached out to Hugo Lopez to purchase a new car at Galpin Honda. Within 24 hours of my request, Hugo had taken care of everything. He answered all my questions and all I had to do was arrive at the dealer to sign my paperwork. Although it was a sudden decision to purchase a car, the process went by fast and efficient. Hugo was amazing! He was very communicative, he was thorough and detail oriented, he delivered exactly what I was looking for, and overall it was a fast easy process! I was particular about how much I wanted to put down, and the monthly payment that would work for me and he made it work. He went above and beyond and it's much appreciated! My wife and I did not have a great experience this morning when we took her car to get an oil change. I selected Any Advisor when I scheduled the appointment and when we arrived there, the lady working the check-in said our Advisor will be Ricardo. He came out to greet us and then took the VIN and miles for the car. We went to his desk and he was trying to sell me on other recommended services which I told him we weren't interested in. We only want the oil change and he said okay but they won't check anything else even though I knew they do the multipoint inspection. It took like 2 hours for the oil change and we got a call it was ready. When we arrived, he just told me the total and I paid. He handed me the paperwork and when I asked about the recall he said the car doesn't have any recalls. I told him it did with the fuel pump since we got the letter but he said the parts haven't come in yet. He didn't even go over the multipoint inspection with us and didn't seem interested in providing the best customrr service. The paperwork said the Service Advisor is Peter but on the desk it had Ricardo name tag. The multipoint inspection said the rear brakes will need to be replaced soon but they checked everything else like I knew they would and it all passed. We didn't enjoy the customer service today and I don't even take my Accord here due to the cost before. I took my wife car here because it was where she brought the car and near our house but after today experience, we're going to stick to Honda of Reseda.

Wow, just had a fantastic buying experience at Galpin Honda! After visiting multiple car dealers recently, I was surprised and delighted with my experience at Galpin. My sales associate Josue and his team went above and beyond. I got the exact car I wanted at an amazing price. The whole experience was truly amazing! They even offered to drive the new car over to my house in Santa Clarita so I could present it to my wife with a big red bow on it! Then Josue stayed to give her a detailed new car tutorial. I m just so happy with the experience that I ll be recommending Galpin Honda to all of my family and friends.

My family has been looking to upgrade from a sedan to an SUV. Was shopping around for a while when i decided to call and ask what inventory they had. Ron V was able to set up an appointment that day and test drive a few options and provided all the necessary info for every car and eased any hesitations that I might have had. The test drives were amazing and was back the following week purchasing my brand new Honda CRV. If you re looking for that commercial helpful honda guy, definitely as for Ron V.

Ricardo C. was wonderful at keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle at every step of the way. The service office needs to work on being more attentive with clients. I was standing in the office for five minutes after receiving the completion text message with two advisors staring at me and no communication until a third advisor showed up and she offered to help. She completed the service paperwork with me and got me on my way. I will not get my car washed after service again since the car was not completely dried upon receipt. The technician also left sunscreen residue on the door panel and center console which was extremely noticeable on the black interior. I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail.Waiting area is cozy and the complimentary coffee from the Coffee Bean bar is the perfect wake up call. I will be returning for service as I have a maintenance package with Galpin Honda but I will be more attentive to the interior and exterior of my vehicle.

My experience as a first time buyer was great thanks to Robert Miranda and Pedro Fernandez. Robert went above and beyond and got me a great deal. He was really patient throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and didn t make me feel pressured at all. He was able to find the specific color that I wanted. He also went over all the cars features upon delivery of the vehicle. Pedro Fernandez from finance was also very polite and professional. He made this purchase go smooth and went over everything I needed to know. I m happy with my purchase overall.

My experience at Galpin Honda at Mission hills was great. Especially with Our sales man Yousef , he was so helpful, patient and pleasant to work with. We did NOT feel any type of pressure, and he listened to me and my husband and understood what our budget was. I would definitely go back to Yousef to get another car.

I recently had my Honda Civic 2022 serviced at Honda, and I must say, it was a stellar experience from start to finish. I needed an oil change and there was also a recall on my vehicle. As soon as I arrived, the customer team greeted me warmly, making me feel valued as a customer. Sarkis, who assisted me, not only had a friendly demeanor but also demonstrated a wealth of knowledge about the services and the recall process.What truly impressed me was how efficiently they handled the recall and completed the oil change in no time. If I can give this location zero stars I would. To start off the whole team at the service department including the manger and director Allen M are very unprofessional. I have attempted to reach Allen multiple times, left massages. Yet not a single message has been returned. He seems to be avoiding me for the past 2 weeks. I own a Honda Accord 2018 purchased brand new in 2018. Completely paid off. Huge investment, not only did I purchased 1 but 3 vehicles. I ve been a loyal customer since 2014 never did I expect to be facing this major problem with my Honda Accord 2018. After 5 years of owing the vehicle, it has given up on me, yes I can t believe either and now it non drivable. It s parked. This started when I was on the highway when a sudden shake began shorty after the car had no motive. The vehicle turned off I waited 3 min to restart the vehicle when all warning lights including the check engine light came on. I called the dealership right way, scheduled an appointment brought the vehicle in the next day. I never expected to bring the vehicle in multiple times. There s an on going issue with this specific model 2018 Honda Accord 1.5 engine. There s been multiple complaints. Honda should ve made me aware of it probably the first time the car was in service. Lights kept coming right back. The first time the injectors were replaced under the warranty the second time the purge plug was loose. Never did one of the lights go off after supposedly replacing parts. During the two times I brought the car into the service department the vehicle was driven for several miles out of the dealership without my consent. Third, and last time I brought the car in they gave me a diagnostic that the engine was the problem. Sadly the the warranty will no longer cover repair. Service advised me that it would be very dangerous to be driven. So for 3 weeks I was out and about with my family, while this problem was unresolved from the first time. The car was driven out for several miles during the time of the service. Problem has not been solved.I have done my research and this is an ongoing issue like I have mentioned previously. Honda should be fully responsible for this damage. I have paid close to $40,000 to have a car last me for only 5 years. This is a factory problem, how is this happening? There should be a recall on this vehicle. I kept up with the maintenance of the vehicle during the past years and nothing has came up until now all of a sudden. I am stuck with a non working vehicle that I paid a huge amount for. I think the way the issue is begin addressed is quite unfair. I as loyal customer am frustrated at this moment. I hope this issue can be resolved ASAP promptly.

Hi All.Since I have had to give at least one star to continue my post I gave them 1 star. Really they should thank the sales rep for that. As for Galpin the dealership and it management staff do not trust them. They originally did not want to meet my price so I had left. For the next week they called me 3 time and offered me the price I wanted. When I went in they then said they could not do that and don't know why that offer made. We settled on a price and in the financing stage they jacked my total back to the original price I had begun my negotiating with. They must have thought that I wouldn't catch it. Needless to say we started out the day horribly. I stated I would buy the car because they made me mess up my wife's Saturday and I wanted this nightmare with Galpin to end, and the nightmare of car shopping. She needed this car after she was rear-ended at a red light. We went into financing I was connected with the most incompetent person (Fred) be careful with this guy. He wound up messing up the paperwork and after 2 weeks they called to tell me I have to come in and redo it all. Really? It is still not completed but they cashed my 20k check so I don't change my mind and just bring the car back to them. It has been a nightmare and I mentioned to them this is going to cost them when I submit my review. They truly did not care and seemed unfazed. Please do look at my other reviews I do not give out bad reviews. I just think this one was earned by them. I hope I can help a few people save money, time, and grief by just not visiting this place when looking for a car to purchase. I mean if you are going spend 40k on a car they should have made the experience better by resolving the situation. good luck in your car shopping journey. Don't get trapped in this pit that the Galpin Honda dealership works from.

My car recently encountered some issues, leading me to seek assistance from Galpin Honda, hoping my vehicle was still under warranty. Upon arrival at the service center, I was greeted by a young employee who, notably, did not offer her name. When I requested to check if my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) was covered under warranty, she declined to do so. Instead, she insisted that I pay $220 for an inspection, during which they would then check my VIN. This experience contrasted starkly with my previous positive encounter at the Honda dealership in Reseda. There, Howard promptly checked my VIN history and invited me to bring in the car for an inspection, instilling hope that my vehicle might indeed be covered by the warranty. Inspection fee would be $185, in which I didn't paid. Fortunately, my car was covered under the warranty, and it has been repaired. I wish the young employee at Galpin Honda receives further training to improve customer service. After this experience, I have decided to discontinue any future transactions with that particular location.

Bought a new Pilot for our family car. They had the spec we wanted in stock and beat other dealers prices in the area. Joey was our sales rep, he was easy to talk to, professional and straight to the point, no gimmicks or games. My only gripe was the speed, they re slow to get paperwork processed so make sure you have plenty of time available.

I had an awesome trade experience. I worked along Josue Guillen back in November 2020 and this year from August to September.I was trading and I knew what I wanted and color. He knew I was set on what I wanted and never once pressured to look at any other model or colors. The model wasn t in and gave me options to get dibs on what I wanted. He kept me in the loop with status on the car and when it arrived.I highly recommend him to others and he s also was my brothers sales rep when he went in as well.

Our experience here was terrible. They first agreed to let us buy a car that we saw the other day, and then when we arrived they told us that the car was sold out already. We then agreed to buy another car - with a lower price since the car is cheaper than the original one. However, when we signed the contract, they told us that the agreement does not include an item (which we definitely told them that we want to include while negotiating). They know how to trick you and they do so without even blinking an eye. I feel sorry for the people we met at Galpin - no shame at all!

If i could give this dealership 0 stars i would. Purchased a used vehicle from here and a week later had to send it to the shop. The team (David Godina, Customer Service) was absolutely useless and left me car-less for 3 weeks. Would not offer me a loaner nor reimburse me for the money i used for transportation. Take my advice and go somewhere else. Once they get the sale you're on your own(even with warranty included they were going to make me pay for the cost of repairs needed)!

Tell people the True!!! Honda have a lot of Recalls!! Now We are having issues with the fue pump!! Which is a recall. And Honda doesn t have the parts to fix it!!! I got a Honda pilot 2018. The vehicle is showing big issues about fuel pump. But!!! Parts are coming ending this year!!!!!! now I have to put that Honda Pilot 2018 in the garage because the fuel pump is already damaged!!!! Thank you Honda this is the last time I buy a Honda!!!

I highly recommend this dealership! I got a 2023 certified pre-owned accord in a very good condition. My agent, Enrique Beltran, has helped me get the car that fits my needs and budget. I explained to him what vehicle and budget works best for me. He s very transparent and honest with what s feasible and necessary and helped me negotiate to match my budget. He s very patient with all of my questions and he s comprehensive in explaining all details especially the payment schemes, inclusives, and optional items. It felt very sincere that he wanted to help us and not just to make a sale. I didn t feel rushed nor pressured and Enrique made me comfortable making the best choice for myself. This dealership has a good inventory too especially for certified pre-owned cars. At the end of the day, I was happy to leave with my new ride. In case you need someone to help you and get your money s worth, go to this dealership and look for Enrique Beltran. Very happy with my latest transaction.
