Smog check was quick, reliable, above and beyond; the complimentary headlight cleaning was a pleasant addition. There was not a significant wait to prior to service. The verification of the integrity of the test results could have been supported by the importance the inspector placed on ensuring a private test analysis.

First time coming to Economy Test Only and my experience with the staff was very friendly and punctual, great Service. They offered nice waiting area, bottle waters, and TV while you briefly wait. The best smog test location I've been to in over 15 years!The gentleman, I can only assume to be the owner, was very courteous. He saw my wife and I waiting outside and provided us free water bottles. He also let us go inside while we wait for our car which thankfully felt air conditioned (not sure if it was though, but felt really nice and cool inside).Service was amazing too! We were in and out within 20 minutes, and that's with waiting for another car ahead of us. I know where I'm coming and recommending from now on.

I highly recommend this test station over others in Sylmar/SF/Granada Hills area. The gentleman, Jose was very courteous and the service overall was prompt and professional. Best experience so far in getting a smog check for my car! Was helped out by Jesus who provided very friendly, honest service and in my case I think the actual smog check took only a few minutes, probably spent more time talking than the actual test. The place lived up to it's name in being economical. Highly recommended, will definitely come back!

They went above and beyond to help me get my car smog tested. I had just had the battery replaced and, surprise! That resets all the sensors and makes it so that you have to drive it for a while before it can be smogged. They helped me figure out how long to drive it and suggested that I drive no faster than 60mph. Because, apparently, the speed you drive matters. Then they tested my car and cleaned up my headlights! We had to get our car smog tested last year and we happened to find this place online and when we called they were friendly and told us to come in. We did and they were fast and efficient and friendly and this year we came back and it was the same service. As long as we need to smog our vehicles we will be back!

This place is Star smog shop. It's clean and the waiting room had hand sanitizer and signs regarding Covid compliance. The work was fast and efficient. There is also a mechanic on site for oil changes, etc.

Brakes, Tune-Ups, Oil Changes and Air Conditioning. Just look up EDDIE , you'll be shocked at the lowest reasonable price anywhere. Including your entire outer motor cleaned and more. Guaranteed!
