terrible customer service, the lady I spoke with was so rude I called with one simple question and she spoke to me sarcastically like I was stupid as if I didn't know I was calling a body shop kept cutting me off and not letting me speak. whole phone call took maybe 45 seconds. before I could even get into the shop they already show me reasons why id rather pick a different body shop with better manners and customer service. give your money to better people with better service. 0/10 do not reccomend

It's really the small places that shock you. It may not look like much from the outside but all the quality is in the employees and service. I highly recommend Big Guy Auto to anyone who is in need of quality body work for a reasonable price (who isnt?). I'm not implying that you get your vehicle fixed on the cheap, just that you get most for your money here. Just got my car back and it doesn't even look like anything happend to it... I'm still in a little bit of shock. Thank you Big Guy Auto!

This body shop is a top notch, work was immaculate, master piece, they repaired my Jeep Renegade and it looks like new now, this guys are the best of the best, highly recommend them.Thank you Big Guy Team!

Hey everyone this is the valleys best auto body shop, Raul helped me he explained everything very well, the prices are low and the quality of work is amazing, and it got done fast. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, trust me you will have a smile on your face once your vehicle is ready.

Went here to get an estimate on the removal of a large ugly scratch on my 2017 honda ridgeline. The guy looks at the scratch gently runs his fingers over it, says just a minute walks away, meanwhile im wondering how im gonna come up with a crazy auto body bill. So he comes back with a rag and some acetone and cleans the entire "scratch" off leaving the paint like it never was! Great guy an HONEST BODY SHOP he would take no money.I will always deal with an honest man, use this place.

They charged me 1400 for part in total 3600 i went somewhere around the block charged me 1400 parts and labor
