AutoZone Auto Parts is a great auto parts store for all your auto repair needs. A large Inventory in stock and if it is not in stock they can have the part in a day or two. They will check your battery, alternator, and other electrical parts free of charge. They will accept your used oil and oil filter for recycling. The counter people are knowledgeable and helpful. A large paved parking area.

I encountered one of the most professional, knowledgeable and kind humans ever. Melvin was well versed at his job, passionate compassionate, efficient and went above and beyond to ensure my experience during the visit was impeccable. He exudes great people skills and is funny! Relatable. I am observant and a people person. I can tell he is able to interact with people of all races and all ages which is rare in customer service these days. Many people work jobs for a check but lack zeal and passion. They forget that the customer is what makes the brand thrive and that customer satisfaction is equally as important as all other details if not - as Jeff Besos says - customers are number one. Without the customers there is no company and no job. He not only assisted with replacing my headlights and battery - he was patient, took his time, was thorough and talked to me the entire time as I was restless and a little irritated. What was initially frustrating and money that I did not intend to spend turned into a pleasant encounter and conversation. I felt intuitively I was supposed to be there. He has the kind of spirit that would renew your belief in humanity as a whole during these dark times. That's a lot to say about a simple purchase and service interaction. Melvin values people. He's a hard worker and exudes the qualities of a society and worker that once existed but seems to be fading slowly. It's hard even in restaurants at times to come across a server with decent customer relation skills. They rather be somewhere else, even though they are working for a tip and the root word is serve - lol . I felt like I was with family during my visit - I am of a different racial background. I pray to encounter more beautiful humans like MELVIN in life. People who make spending unplanned money feel worth it. People who explain and care. People who make you laugh. People who build customer retention. People who at their core essence are beautiful humans. Melvin should have his own shop - and I can tell whatever he chooses to do - he would do extremely well. Promote this young man, give him a bonus and a pay raise! Many blessings and Merry Christmas too all!

Absolutely disgraceful!! This shop had a rude young lady who name am going to mention since I want to see people who can give good customer service.Not only rude but with a bad attitude. Her name is Elizabeth.M and if she doesn't want to have good charisma she should find another job. Please if your going to work with people in the public have a good charisma. Many people go if they need help with something but she gave the complete opposite. Like I said before if you don't like where you work find another job or with that attitude work for the PD. At least treat people with respect like we were treating you. After the disappointment of not finding what we wanted we went to another AutoZone specifically in Van Nuys and San Fernando Road which had better customer service and we found the things we need in that AutoZone then this one.

Every time I go to Auto Zone I have best experience. The staff are always so nice and very helpful. This occasion Emily greeted me as I came through the door and got me started and Chris R. got my wiper blades and installed them. I hope everyone's experience was as good as mine.

Went in to buy windshield wipers blades saw that there was 2 people waiting behind 2 different registers so I went behind one of them and waited. Those customers were taken care of then when it came to us being next the employee with blonde hair and glasses(Naomi) was rude and gave us attitude when she told us that the line is actually behind the rope and i said oh ok well we were here before that guy anyways and she said "I'm not helping anybody right now"(With attitude) and preceeded to walk away and help the next guest shortly after instead of us. I get that they were busy with 4 employees being there but one of them could've announced to everyone to kindly stay behind the rope line instead everyone was scattered. I work in retail it's not hard to take a second and properly announce where the line follows so that people wouldn't be confused. Plus they helped out this other guy that waited after us and skipped helping us. This is the first time I've been in autozone after like 2 years only to have a bad experience with Naomi. The guy that helped us though was nice and his customer service was great! I loved how he helped us put on the windshield wipers on for us! I appreciate that guy and I wish I would have gotten his name.

I highly recommend this location! Edgar answered all my questions. I had a hard time finding the part number to the light bulbs to my headlights on my truck and he found them instantly and offered to install them for free. I am very grateful for his help and I will be recommending my friends and family to edgar

This is all I like a secondary home for auto parts I go if I can't find them at my Osborne store I can find them here one of the two and they're very nice and very Curtis individuals that work behind that desk now I suggest if you come in they'll find one way or another where it's at or how to get it or who you can go to other than themselves and that's what I call an auto parts store not always for themselves but for the customer thank you

6/3/22 between 2:45 - 3:05pmI'm really disappointed with this store. There was about 4 people in the back and they were all frustrated with figuring out who would help me replace my battery including the cashier (Aaron.C) because none of them wanted to help me. They made (Ashley) check my battery and she looked extremely frustrated. Before I was helped, I was strictly told by the cashier to go wait in line to the left when there was only one person in front of me but after, there were people who he greeted and helped at cashier no matter where they were standing. I thought people come to Auto Zone all the time to get their battery replaced. I didn't know it was going to be a problem. Unfortunately, I got terrible customer service. I would say the people around me would disagree because I watched them get amazing customer service even though I didn't. But I guess they pick and choose over there.

Called autozone to check if they had a part and they as soon as they answered they told me to come in person because they're too busy for my phone call and questions.I'm busy too why waste my time if you don't have the part I need in stock, isn't this the whole point of having a phone there? Taking my business elsewhere where they'll appreciate it.

Genesis Padron at San Fernando Auto Zone was great. He check my battery, and came out and changed it for me in less then 10mins. It was a great experience and I will go to Auto Zone again for sure.

The #1 place to go always have the parts I need in stock n friendly people too.For some reason I noticed every time I come to this store someone follows me like if I'm going to steal. Hey autozone here's a tip try remembering your customers specially if they come to store more once per week.

The customer service there was exceptional, and they were quick to pick the perfect product for me. The cashier, Everardo Villanueva, was cool to talk to; very charismatic. I highly recommend checking out this place for all your car needs!

Today 3/11/2020 I went into auto zone on maclay and 1st steeet for some wipers blades. Maya, grey shirt, helped me out and found me the best wipers blades for my car and had great customer service. I asked her could she show me how to install them so I could do it myself and she didn t hesitate to help me out. She also signed me up for the rewards program they offer. Thank you so much maya. Awesome customer service, great attitude and you delivered a great experience for me today. You re the best.
