The owner Ricky invited me to his shop after I called to ask about ceramic pro. I had just bought a (new to me) used car and wanted some paint protection. They brought it under the detailing lights and we were able to see all the imperfections and swirls in the paint. Ricky spent a great deal of time explaining to me how paint is structured, how they can restore the paint, and how ceramic pro is an added layer of protection on top. His information was truthful and honest, and not pushy in any way. Not only was I sold on the product, but sold on him and his shop. I bought the ceramic pro gold package, which included a two-step polish before the application. Ricky was even able to work with my schedule and expedite my appointment. I'm so thankful for him and his team working hard over the weekend to get my car done before my move. It's been about two weeks since I got my car back and it still reflects like a mirror, the dust just doesn't stick. I am beyond satisfied with the professionalism and service at Xclusive, it's so difficult to find a trustworthy shop to work on your baby and Xclusive is one of them. Thanks again Ricky!

I have to say Gabriel and the team did a phenomenal job on my 2018 SI! Not only did she get her windows tinted but she got a full ceramic coating. I love how the red pops out more and how smooth she feels now!! I will definitely recommend Xclusive to all my fellow car lovers!!Gabriel not only do I thank you for doing an amazing job but my car thanks you too!!

Outstanding work! Car came out super good. Really kind how Ricky prices were fair and his work really speaks for itself! Really appreciated how helpful and honest he was during the process and was able to answer questions. Definitely would recommend!

Xclusive Auto Detailing really exceeded my expectations. Setting an appointment was an easy process and they were very professional with the time expectation it would take to do the work. I found them on Instagram and yes I saw the great work online but until they worked on my car I was convinced it was the best detail I ve ever gotten. The ceramic coating package was well worth it. My car stays spotless for days and I don t have to worry about hard water spots anymore! I also had some stains on my floor mats that Eric was able to take out with ease. Definitely recommend if you want to get the best service for a fair price!

I took eric a 2005 Acura TSX HEAVY OXIDATED rust on the wheels the engine bay was beyond dirty. I left the vehicle with Eric for an entire day and half he did ceramic coating on it he did the works on my vehicle interior the engine. and let me tell you I was beyond happy with my service he did. the car was as if it came out of the body shop freshly painted. I'm really picky myself with my own stuff my cars and so on. the work he does is well worth it the deals he gives. as far as communication with eric he kept me updated throughout the process sent me pictures and as well posted them on his Instagram page. would I go back to him HELL YEAH!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ALL YOUR AUTO DETAILS. The best detail service around no doubt . Took my BMW to get a paint correction and a ceramic coating I must say the results were showroom quality and beyond that. The xclusive team really pay attention to detail. I highly recommend them and will be coming back

I can only speak of my experience here and it wasn t good. (I dealt with Erik). I dropped of my Audi for windows to be tinted ($350). I asked him how much more for front winshield tint and he said +$100 for front windshield. I also asked how much to paint calipers red, he said $200. Erik called me next day and said his guys had a hard time trying to get rims off, until they realized they couldn t because I didn t provide the wheel lock tool (my bad).So I said go ahead and just do the window tint, but I changed my mind about the front winshield (too dangerous for the night vision). I went to pick up my car after a few days and was ready to pay. He said he was now charging me $420 for the window tint. I was a little disappointed because $450-$100 is $350, not $420. He said, I had not considered removing the tint fee, that s why. I disagreed but paid anyways. :/I got home and noticed one of my rims was scratched (screwdriver marks) center rim, by the nuts/ bolts. It had been scratched at Xclusive Automotive, but I couldn t prove it because I didn t have before pics. I didn t even attempt to bring this issue up with Erik because I believed he knew, and all he had to do was DENY, then I got nothing. But I m 100% sure that s where it happened because Erik told me they struggled as they attempted to take off covers (not using wheel bolt cover removal tool I DID provide).Side note: I ended paying $150 for Audi to fix screwdriver scratches.Finally, after one week, I noticed 3 windows had SEVERAL noticeable bubbles/dust particle pockets. I had to take it back. I scheduled a Monday at 9am with Erik. I drove there and Erik sent me back home saying he totally forgot he had scheduled me, there was no way he was going to be able to do it that day, and told me to come back another time. (I live 35-40 minutes away)!I went back next day and the windows were fixed.**** Here is my main problem with Xclusive Automotive**** I asked Erik approximately 10x (in person, text, phone call, instagram messages) during the past month to PLEASE provide a receipt with my vehicle (VIN or License Plate or even Make and Model) so my lifetime warranty would not become an issue. I told him I need that because I have dealt with lifetime warranty tint gone bad where tint shops didn t honor their warranty because how do we know we did it on this car? We don t remember you or this car, sorry, bye. The receipt Xclusive provides only has $Amount and what was done, no vehicle info!! BEWARE***Erik s response was at first, Oh I remember my customers. I have an exclusive clientele. He took a picture of my VIN and License plate (30+ days ago) and said I m busy right now but I will send. Today (03-04-20) is 30+ days later... and he sent me NOTHING. I sent him my vehicle info and still... NOTHING. He no longer replies to me and I give up on trying to get my receipt. (Get yours though!)I would never come back here. Such a sour taste in my mouth and I know by writing this, I just voided my lifetime warranty here but I need others to know about what I experienced. Complete disrespect.

Xclusive automotive wrapped my tahoe with a chrome delete package. There quality of work was excellent. The staff was extremely respectful, honest and helpful. I would recommend this shop for any future vehicle wraps.

Took my Mustang in for a wash, clay bar, and wax/polish. They did an amazing job. Car gas a beautiful deep shine and they took great care of my paint. Abdolutely no swirls. These guys are pros. Highly recommended!

Damaged my $2000 steering wheel on my BMW. Had ceramic tint installed, very hard to see out the window when driving toward the sun (Safety hazard). I have to have it removed. All windows have a glare but the windshield is the one that effects my daily driving. Please believe the reviews and don t use this company.Service: Window tintingService: Window tinting

I brought my Tesla model 3 for clear bra and window tint and I am surprised on the how good the quality of the window tint I got I have never seen tint this perfect without one single spec of dirt . And best part is they did the rear window in 1 piece

Eric is the best. He has taken care of all 4 of our cars. From detailing to tinting to ppf and other mods. They are the best, wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars.

This is by far the best detailer out there I've always taken my truck with him and he's always taken care of me and done an outstanding job I've never had a problem with any of his service I highly recommend everyone to take your cars and trucks with him he will leave your cars looking brand new

Great price on window tinting. Excellent tinting!!! I'm a hard one to please, yet the guys at Xclusive impressed me to no end!!! Can't recommend enough.
