New hours at the tire center .Open lessAlways great prices and very helpful attendence. The quality of the product I have ordered are great. The warrant is amazing. Customer service has been pretty good so far. I have only come here for basic help

Came with a popped tire needed urgent service and they told me I had to wait 5 hours ????? That is so ridiculous. All other cars they were working on didn t have a huge problem like I did. They refused to assist me. I m so disturbed and fustrated. What should I pay for this membership then ?? Why couldn t they have some kind of good in them. I m honestly super disappointed and embarrassed bc I had to leave from there with a popped tire. Thank you very much jerks

Don t get your tires changed here. Made an appointment and was told it would only take an hour, ended up waiting 2.5 hours. After they told me it was done they made me wait another 20 min for them to get the car ready . When the technician came out he was telling me how difficult it was to change my tires because they were thin. After I got home I noticed that my back driver side rim was terribly scuffed along with the other 3 rims. I couldn t tell when I was at the shop because there was grease all over from their job . I drove back immediately but the store was closed because they took so long to install the tires. I called the next day and spoke to the manager and reassured me that it would be taken care of. I brought my car back and other workers came around to look and made skeptical comments about the damage. I have never scratched or hit any curbs with my rims, my vehicle has Birds Eye view so I always park perfectly or obnoxiously far from any curb. The manager opened a claim and said someone would reach out after 2-3 days. I called back a week later and the manager promised me the insurance claim company would call. When we opened a claim they lied that the damage was there already and said it was impossible that their machines could have caused that damage. They also lied that it was notated on the invoice at the time of installation but it was not. Really ruined the experience as I have always been a fan of Costco do not bring your car here especially if it s a nicer one.

Went here to replace a popped tire since it was the closet place to me. They not only took the job but said to replace all of them. Thus it causing their employees to be Angry and causing damages to my vehicle since they were already closing! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL.

Walked in for tire rotation at 1015 this morning and was turned away by an obnoxious female clerk. I asked about appointments and was met with an eye roll and shoulder shrug. You need to do better Costco! We usually have good service at the San Dimas Costco, but today it was horrible.

So I was a walk in and bought tires at about 5:20. They said it would take 1.5 hrs to 1.45 min. I shopped. It took over 2 hours. If you can make an appt. I recommend it. I had a bit of an emergency so had no choice. Currently they are offering $110 off 4 tires. Tires were $126 before discount. The tire technician was so nice and personable and apologetic for the long wait. Big thumbs up to him!

From around Christmas 2019:BEWARE. Truck was in perfect shape prior to dropping off at Costco. I had tires installed here, when I got my truck back the dashboard was lit up with sensor warnings. They hurried me off and said to just contact my dealer to reset all the warnings. Took it to dealership, less than 1 mile away, my front wheel hub was damaged. Service rep told me this could have been bad if I had taken it on the freeway in its current condition.I informed Costco and they offered no help. I was denied any sort of compensation from the store or their legal, I asked to see the video footage from the time my truck was in Costco and was denied repeatedly.The Service Manager from the tire center was very unfriendly and offered no help.

We will never purchase tires from COSTCO again. No possibility to make appointment on weekends. Waiting time over 3 hours. We are working family and weekends are the only time we have. Now we are stuck with tire rotation. We can't waist half of the weekend waiting in the line. We have Americas Tires on our other car and their customer service is much better. Never spend there more than 45 minutes and I don't think their prices are higher

Desiree found the problem with my tire after I had the car serviced at the dealership AND an independent mechanic. This is my first time at Costco Tire and I am now a customer for life.

Great customer in-store! Was able to compare multiple sets of tires with Mathew and got a comprehensive break down of costs vs safety rates. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely going here for my tires from now on!

This is my last set of tires from Costco.America's Tire Store is very close to here, and tires are what they specialize in.I was the 2nd car in the work bay today and I was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes to rotate my tires. It's two hours and ten minutes later, and I'm still sitting here in the food court.

One hour wait time turned into two and a half. All just to plug a nail! When I came back to check on the car, the rep looked flustered and said they would drive it into the bay right away. Pretty sure they forgot about my car.

Staff friendly. Answered all my questions. I came in at 7:15 pm and was helped promptly and had new tires before closing.Eric was the sales person.Thank you Eric and Costco.

My go to tire shop. If you can time your visit with special promotions it is even better. They will not up size tires. They only go by factory sizing.

That guy with long beard was a total JERK!!! No positive words came out of his mouth. Mind you... we buy membership here so be nice sometimes!!!

They repair only specific brands of tires and not all. So taking online appointments may not guarantee a service, as it depends on the type/brand of your tires.
