Great selection and excellent customer service! I bought new wi ndshield wipers, and they installed them for me. They also gave me tips for next time so I know how to do them by myself if needed. Highly recommend.

I don't ever enjoy leaving low reviews. I called the store this morning and asked if I could order a part over the phone. The gentleman helping me said, "You can, but I don't prefer taking orders over the phone." I said, "Well it would save me a trip if I can order and pick up later." He then replied, "Yeah, don't want to." I will continue using autozone, as I appreciate them as a company. I'm writing this, because if I were a manager I would want to be aware of how my employees are acting.

Went in for a part and couldn't find a part then found 3 of them and when I asked which one is the correct one, they couldn't tell me. System they were using didn't help them at all and the only part that fit pops out after a week. Great parts...This I don't blame the rep.

Put oil in the power steering reservoir.. Otto and Abel s knowledge and service delivered the perfect solution. They even made arrangements to get replacement fluid for the power steering from the other store. Was really taken care of. Thank you!

We took a starter here for testing. Autozone said starter failed test and is bad they suggested we buy a replacement. Turns out the motor was seized and the old starter is now in the replacement motor

I needed my battery- alternator- starter checked out due to my 2000 chevy express 3500 POS needing to be jump started a few times the last couple of days. The young man was extremely helpful and was able to get some good readings from the tests he ran.

Excellent customer service. My friend had engine light on his carwe drop in they did test took 2 mins came out with a prin out copy of the diagnosis.Thanks Auto Zone

I really have to say that the workers at the arrow highway Bonita avenue location are very knowledgeable. Had to put something on my daughter's SUV and one of them actually got his personal tools to help me put it on. Plenty of handicap parking and everything for your minor automotive needs to special order items you can get there

Horrible customer service location . I came in today asking about some transmission fluid and anti freeze fluid for my 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT. Keep in mind this is a Hyundai I'm talking about. Nobody knew how I look up the correct fluid type. I tried give them advise how to look it up Paul the person trying to help me gave me the up most horrible attitude about me showing him. ( What they did not know is I'm a state certified mechanic with 25 years experience managing auto shops ) I got every thing I needed with out Paul's help and again Paul got really angry and decided too mouth off rude comments after trying to tech him something. This employee has a chip on his shoulder and has no clue what he is doing. I spoke briefly with Manager about him I hope not to see him again or at least see a big change in Paul.

The employees here are very helpful and kind. I was clueless putting on my windshield wipers in the pouring rain and the night crew last night came outside to assist me. This was a true testament to the holiday spirit and good business practice.

I came in today after my car died on me due to a bad battery. My car had been giving me troubles cranking up properly for about a week. During which, I was trying everything I could to resolve the issue. So admittingly, my attitude wasn't the best when I arrived. Upon entry, I was greeted and helped by one of the service reps, Angel. I have to say, this brother went above and beyond to get my car started and running. And it's worth mentioning that I didn't make it the easiest on him with my attitude during the process. However, he handled everything professionally and stayed positive! That's a quality most don't have, so I appreciate all the patience and effort!

Monica the store manager was very rude!! very passive aggressive in her actions. Condescending in her responses I offered her feedback on how she should have more patience with customers and she immediately became combative and said "I have alot of patience" as a store manager for auto zone you should be trained on how to deal with customers who don't know exact auto industry standard names. You guys need to do something about her attitude. I will be calling corporate if I ever experience this level of rude behavior again there at the store.

I just purchased a car & the young man had fancy headlights I needed to find some that were age appropriate lol. Help me see better at night. The young lady helped me out on the choices. Very good to have a female there to help us not make females look dumb

My Daughter and I was So Impressed at this Auto Zone. My daughter was having a bad day already and to add to it her license plate holder had broken off . We stopped at the San Dimas Auto Zone and was so happy with the young man Isaiah M., not only did he help her figure out what to buy, but went above and beyond and actually went outside and spent the time removing the remains of the old plate and putting on the new one. Thank you Isaiah for being a Very Kind and Generous Young Man! It was Very Much Appreciated! Great Job hiring him Auto Zone!

The staff are super helpful and immediately offered their assistance as soon as we walked in the door. I suspected that I needed my battery replaced and they confirmed it through testing. I bought a new battery ($150ish)and they installed it at no additional charge. Plu, I received an $18 credit for giving them my old battery.

There system was giving them trouble. Instead of handleing it in a cool colective humble manor they were yelling/fighting with each other and snaping at the customers. And I gess you need a ID to buy a battery. The older women there has no pr skills

Idk who it was but I never see the Employees happy. I wanted to return a item and the guy said to go somewhere else and didnt pay attention to me at all. If your gonna work for Autozone, make sure you show customer service and a smile in your Face or just quit.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that they did not carry any of the marine products I was looking for. They are well stocked and helpful.

Luckily my mechanic tested my battery, in which it failed, so he recommended I go specifically to the AutoZone location for assistance. My battery was taken care of since it was within the warranty timeframe. This is my 3rd battery from AutoZone in the last 6 years or so. Always the way to go!

Worst autozone I have ever been to. Katherine s customer service is by far the worst. They racial profile customers for sure. I wouldn t ever shop here again. I would advise driving the extra 5 minutes and go to the one down the street.

Great little AutoZone right by the house very friendly staff managers pretty cool always find anything and everything I need if not they usually will get it in store for me within a few hours great place if you need anything stop by you will not be disappointed Norwalk later out
